complete breakdowns

Oh thank-you for the Cathe Comendium. Does anyone have a complete breakdown of exercises, muscle groups worked, amount of weight Cathe uses and combinations in the videos? (On paper that is) I would love to have a record to take on holidays. I've done some of this very quickly by hand (in "chicken scratches"), and would love to type it all out and organize it someday. . . I cannot help but chuckle. . . we all could probably visualize and hear Cathe and the crew even without a DVD player!

I think I could get into having those ipod workouts too!
 
Oh my gosh, now you've all got me thinking I'm the mental one. Isn't there anyone out there that has nothing better to do than write out Cathe workouts??? There has to be. . . someone, please? Please don't make me think I'm the only one! That'll mean what my DH says is all true. . . that I take this fitness thing too far. . . Besides, I've been at home with the kids for seven years now. I was noticing I hardly ever wrote anything beyond signing for the credit card, grocery lists and a few sentances to the teachers. So at first, before bed, I would just copy out recipes. I've since graduated to making up workouts for those days I'm either at the gym or holidays. As far as real mental breakdowns, stay tuned. This behaviour may just be a sign of what's to come!
 
Wendy Marie, Cathe's old shopping cart had breakdowns of some of the workouts. They're no longer there now that she's updated to her current one. I don't know what workouts you have, but I think several of her DVD's have breakdowns/chapter titles, like PS, the Gym Styles, and I think most of the Body Blast workouts. For the rest, I guess you'll have to sit down and do a lot of fast forwarding and note-taking yourself.

I know what you mean about mental breakdowns. I have them every day. So you're not the only one.;-)
