Good morning girls,

Today I will do 45 min. cardio, not sure with one yet I worked my abs yesterday, never done KPC abs on Monday

I woke up with a stuffed nose and a migraines headache and my ear is infected:rolleyes:

I need to make more cupcakes today:confused: I made some yesterday for todays supper....its my neices 6th b-day and I was in charge of cupcakes for dessert. Well, DS has a feddish for cupcakes, he wants them all and he wants them now! He either tries eating them, or he just takes them from one place to another, or makes a tower out of them, which of course comes crashing down with icing on it!:rolleyes: So...after he played with so many, DD ate so many and so did everyone else, there are about 5 cupcakes left:confused: Which means...I have to make more!

Other then that, I am going to get a cardio workout in and abs at some points today, not sure when. My sister is also coming to visit with her baby.

Morning! Today is 30 day shred by Jillian Michaels! Im going to try and do the whole 60min workout...it doesn't look like its as intense as Cathe's stuff.

Belinda-Hopefully that vitamin C will help! Great workout today!

Good Morning everyone,

Yesterday I struggled with step part of LowMax (2 left feet). I only ended up doing 3 seg. I forgot I usually like to do LM premix blasts for a short workout. Today I'm going to spin, go to work & back to Home Depot:) for ice melter.

Belinda - I hope you feel better . . . at least you were still able to workout.

Lori - The cupcakes sound yummy . . . please send some my way!

Amelia - Let me know what you think of 30 day shred . . . have fun.

Hey girls....did I say that Jillian Michaels workout didn't look as intense as Cathe's stuff? :eek::eek::confused:....i just finished 65mins of it and i can't move....i burned 655 calories:eek: i also feel like im going to puke:confused: Wow,is all ive got to say...wow!

Oh,its on sale at walmart for 9bucks:eek:

Not sure about my workout yet, probably treadmill, just like yesterday.

Heidi is still sick, she even was running a fever last night, so we are hanging out at the house. I sure hope that I won't get what she got. :confused:

Belinda - Did you say once that you use iTrain (or iTread or something like that)?? I'm trying to convince myself to get an elliptical trainer. I'm wondering if workouts exist for that.

THANKS girls for the get well wishes ! You girls are awesome! :DI am drinking lots of vitamins juice and took 1000 mg of vitamin C. My head still hurts and my noise is running. I am taking it easy today, I rested a lot. DH and I went out for dinner, so I don’t have to cook. I was glad for that, LOL!

Amelia** WTG, on your workout! High fives, girl! What kind of workout is 30 day shred by Jillian Michaels? Is it cardio? I have one DVD from Jillian Michaels, I never used it! BTW, nice cal. burn!

Debbie** nice job with LM yesterday! It’s a tricky one, this one will take time! I love that one, its so much fun! Have fun with your spin class!

Trish** isn’t LIC Timesaver Cardio Blast fun and a sweat fest? Its one of my favorite! I do have a lot of iTreads, they do have workouts for elliptical trainers. I bought them for DH, he still can’t work out.

Cookie** what are your plans today? Have a great workout!

Lori - When I was at the food store, I saw Duncan Hines now makes boxed cupcake mix for 12 instead of 24 cupcakes. Tempted to make some.

Did you girls see the amazing plane landing in the Hudson River (NY) today? It's all over the news here I guess because I'm so close. It's nice to hear a happy story. I want that pilot to fly my next plane:)

Just chilaxin after dinner:)

Todays workout was 4 miles in 33 mins and 3 seg of DM. My sister showed up, so I stopped. I wanted to fit in some ab work but my abs are still alittle sore from the last workout:)

Deb** 24 cupcakes is almost to much, isn't it? Although, the ones I made disappeared awfully fast:p My 4 yr old neice gave me a sticker of a star for the best cupcakes every made:eek: Her mom wasn't impressed! hehe! We were just watching the news, thats pretty crazier. Im guessing everyone was o.k? I was on the phone when it was on...so i wasn't actually listening.

Ameila** Sounds like you had a good workout today. Let us know how you feel tomorrow!

Kristine** Hope Heidi is feeling better soon!

Belinda** My bics aren't toooo bad! I wasn't quit sure how sore I was going to be b/c I wasn't really burning when I was lifting, it just felt like my weight was heavy.
