Good morning ladies,

Today I will do Pyramid Back work **rest** and do it again but UP only then do the T-Back Squeeze exercise from GS Back; Pyramid Biceps work **rest** and do it again but UP only then do the Curl-up, Reverse-down exercise from GS Biceps; Pyramid Shoulder work **rest** and do it again but UP only then do the Overhead Presses from GS Shoulders.:rolleyes::rolleyes: This looks like a tough workout:p


I will use my new Sportline HR monitor, I think I got it figured out?:rolleyes::mad:

I am done with my workout! WOW! Debbie, that was a tough workout today! I can feel it already in my shoulders:p

I used my new Sportline HR monitor, if it's correct I burned 446 cal.:eek::eek::eek: Not bad!

'Morning! I'm so excited, my Internet satellite is working again! I haven't been able to check in since it wasn't working, nor could I find out how everyone is doing. I've missed you all, and hope everything is great with each one of you. Hopefully, I'll have time this evening to go back and read over the past almost week's checkins to catch up. Was able to keep up with the workouts. Belinda, you're right today's was a tough one. Want to run over and see if there is an update on STS and then off to work.

Good Morning Ladies

Today is Legs & Glutes + Core/Stretchmax....two days of legs a week has been doing well for me! Unfortanately no change in weight...=( but there's a difference in my legs!

Belinda- nice workout today!!

Cookie- Good to see you bright and early!! I'm glad you're up and running again!

Amelia- I stretch like it's a religion....I don't hurt to walk or do anything...but if I kneel down to the floor, I can't get back up without favoring one leg or holding onto something. It's almost not even the calf, its like the outside of the leg almost.....it's weird...:confused:

I have a few things to do today so I figured if I didn't check in now, I wouldn't get to check in at all. I am looking forward to todays workout. I think its gonna be a goody!

Belinda** Thats a lot of cals to burn. I would have never thought that it would burn that many. I am hoping to get my workout in when DS goes for his nap:)

Cookie** I was wondering where you were...and Cheryl. She seems to have disappeared again:( Im sure you have been getting your workouts in though. I did some good runs outside this past week, it was nice to get outside but now its snowing so I guess I will have to wait a while again.

Iris** I can't handle one leg workout a week...never mind two! I hate working legs and I don't want to make them bigger:confused: Genetics plays a big role in my legs!

Oh...crying baby! Must scoot! Hopefully I will report my workout later!

Morning

Today is a very long powerwalk for an hour on the treadmill at different speeds/inclines. Ive got 30day shredd coming today(jillian micheals) through netflix, so im excited to preview it and do it tommorrow.

You guys remember me telling you that I wasn't going to WI but once a month? Well I caved this morning:)rolleyes:) and i was pleasently suprised...down .8(well,its about fricking time;)) Its been two weeks exactly since starting my diet...ive had some slip-ups, but ive been counting every single calorie that goes in my mouth.Im proud of myself:D. I guess it does take two weeks for the body to 'catch up' with whats going on right now.

Belinda-fantastic calorie burn today. Are you still logging your food on MFP? Great workout too....

Iris-maybe a couple of days of rest will help? Sorry,i know its frustrating to have an injury:(

Lori-I have the same problems with my legs,i hate working them.I don't work them alot and when I do its no heavier than 25lbs. I try to do one leg workout a week along with two circuits(kinda work the legs,lol) I can tell that they are slimming down with all the run intervals that I do....

Cookie-Nice to see you....I figured you would pop in here soon. Great job with keeping up with your workouts! Anything new going on with you?

Hey to Trish,Kristine(oh boy im going blank right now) Hey to eveybody!

Maybe I will be getting in some more hours at work...there remodling right now to make our office bigger(more room for patients and staff). That was the reason for me not working during the week...keep your fingers crossed(but im not holding my breath:rolleyes:)

Lori** glad you found all your remotes again! Nice run yesterday, as usually! I was surprised at my cal. burn today, I had to check it out twice! I went heavy on my weights! Checking out the other girls cal. burn, my looks about right, lol! Enjoy your workout today!

Amelia** I would use a good bottle wine, like a Pinto Grigio! I always cook with real wine! You will taste a difference! I writing everything in a food journal right now, I forget most of the time, lol!

Iris** how are your calves today? Be careful, ok! Did you do PUP shoulders/MM shoulder plus IMAX 3 yesterday? Have fun with your workout today!

Debbie** I am so sorry, about your DS accident yesterday! I am glad your son is ok! Great job with your workout yesterday, sounds like you had fun!

Kristine** hope your DD is feeling better soon, it’s no fun with a sick toddler. Glad you got a workout in yesterday!

Cookie** I miss you, glad you got your internet back! Glad you kept up with your workouts, nice job! Wasn’t today’s workout tough, lol? I still feel my shoulders!

I'm working today -- will try and do a workout when I get back. I prefer to workout before work so I get it out of the way.

Belinda - I would never think to do the upper of pyramid workouts only. Great way to change things up.

Cookie - Happy to hear your satellite is working again!

Iris - It's so hard for me to get changes in my lower body so much easier for me to see changes in my upper body. Keep up the good work.

Lori - Let us know what your workout ends up to be.

Amelia - I always wondered about 30 day shred. Does netflix have a lot of fitness DVD's for rent? Great way to try before you buy.
 
Hey girls...im starving so this will be short...I finished my workout. 60mins on the treadmill and burned 390 cals....bbl:)

Got my workout in while DS had his nap:) Goodie! Sometimes I am never sure if he is going to have a nap or not but after not having one the last 2 days, I think he needs to catch up.

Belinda** I didn't find my remote:( have a new blueray dvd player:) But I probably will find the remote now that we have a new player....prehaps I should start by actually looking for it:D

Debbie** We are having a snow day today (but Im off anyway) DD is home from school and no one seems to want to get out of their jammies. Hope yesterdays problems were resolved...Ive hit 2 parked cars in my day:rolleyes: and one time when I brought the dog home from the vet, he jumped on the back sit (yelping) while I was pulling in the drive way and I drove right into the front steps! DumbA$$!

Ameila** Congrats on the .8! Thats better then nothing! Did you watch the TBL last night? I felt soooo bad for the two who were choosen, I was hoping the lady...(can't remember her name) was going to be going. I couldn't help but shed a tear when Danial and Jerry lost a couple of pounds, they just hung their heads!

15's/20's/25's (up and down...up again)..then band work from GS Back

PUB Bics
12's/15's/20's (up and down...up again) then 15's for reverse curls in GS Bics

PUB Shoulders
5's/8's/10's (up and down)
8's/10's/12's ( up again)
15's for over head press in GS Shoulders

Then I did Seg 1-5 of LM. I was having so much fun..didn't want to stop but I need to wake DS.

Hi,

I'm back from work. I feel like crawling under the covers it's so cold here. I stopped at Home Depot to pick up ice melt. I used 1/2 of the bag and only bought one -- what was I thinking!! Two men wanted to help me put the
50lb. bag in my cart, but I said I could do it (I really was struggling) just don't like to admit I can't do something.

Lori - It's fun to have a snow day. How much did you get? I'm going to go do a few seg of LM too. That's all I have in me.
