Hi,

Today was a walk at the gym & core work. It was a nice birthday, but we will celebrate on Friday. It was stormy this evening so didn't want to go out.

Belinda - Great job with LMR TB. It's good you can wait till after DD's wedding. You must be so excited for the big day:) Thank you for the birthday wishes!!

Cookie - How many times a week do you have to do the PT exercises.

Good morning,

Sorry I forgot to hit the enter :( I did LMR mobility fusion + I did a OnDemand dance (need to catch up) + Pilates for the hips.

I had my MRI for the brain aneurysm last night. Got stuck in a on the highway for almost an hour. Got home super late. Today I I need to take Sadie to her follow up appointment, they will run a lot of tests again on her.

Debbie - great job on your walk at the gym plus zoom yoga.

'Evening! Guess I forgot to hit send yesterday. I was tired. Sorry. PT exercises today and another PT session. Doing better. Spent lots of time on phone dealing with insurance, drs, and the pharmacies for meds. Gesh! It's like a part-time job. More to do with it tomorrow. Ugh!

Deb, did you celebrate on your birthday, or do you wait for the weekend? Just curious.

Belinda, when is the big day? You must be so excited about the upcoming big event. Hope all went well with the MRI. How's Miss Sadie doing?
 
Hi,

I forgot to check in yesterday. I think we were all so tired;) I had my hair colored today. It was nice and quiet in the salon. I did STS total body. We are going out to dinner soon.

Belinda - I hope Sadie's & your appointments went well. Sorry you had to be on the highway for so long. Great job with dance & yoga. How is Sadie on the car rides?

Cookie - The good thing about PT exercises it takes the guess work out of what you should be doing. Ugh, on dealing with insurance companies, they make you jump through hoops:( We are going to dinner tonight & a play at the end of September.

Evening,

Rest day for me today. I had a hair appointment today. I feel so much better getting my hair done. My hair dresser doing also DD’s hair. She will do our hair next week for the wedding. I like what she has in mind.

Debbie - did you do anything special for your birthday? I know you said this weekend. I hope you have lots of fun. We posted at the same time. Sadie isn’t doing so well in the car. We have to stop every 30 min to let her go potty. I also got my hair done today. Great job on STS TB.

Cookie - DD is getting married next Friday. We will have dinner rehearsal on Thursday. I got my dress, my shoes didn’t arrive yet :( I am super excited for the big event. My MRI went well, my doctor sent me a massage saying I am stable. Sadie is doing well. Today we tapered her down from the prednisone.

Today I did LMR LB skipped the bonus workout, ran out of time. I also did a dance OnDemand plus Pilates.

Today was a walk outside. We had a nice dinner and the weather was nice for eating outside.

Belinda - Great job with LMR LB, dance & pilates. You must be so excited that the wedding is almost here. It's good that you are getting ideas for your hair before the big day.

'Evening! Forgot to hit post last night. Just did PT exercises yesterday and today. Quiet day here, eldest ds came to visit, mostly to eat!

Deb, I love how quiet and relaxing it is in a salon. What play will you be seeing?

Belinda, how exciting! Less than a week! One of our dogs gets carsick, so she has to ride in her kennel.
 
Evening,

Today I did LMR UB plus Pilates with the foam roller. I was going to do a dance OnDemand, couldn’t get it to mirror image it to my TV. I can’t dance on a small iPad screen.

Debbie - great job on your walk outside. The weather is beautiful to eat outside. DD’s hair dresser moved to another salon. We love it. They give you wine, champagne, you name it. High end salon, great vibes. The girl is only 23 years old, she recommended what to do with my hair on Friday. She will wash and style DD’s, my hair and her soon to be husband’s mom. I am excited my son and DIL will be at the wedding too.

Cookie - yes, less a week. Sadie doesn’t get car sick. The prednisone makes her go potty a lot. It gotten better since we are tapering her down. In 2 day’s I will taper her down again. That should help.

'Evening! Nice, quiet day. Was feeling good, and felt was making progress. But did some stairs and now am back to having a pain in the ---! More PT exercises.

Today was a walk outside & babysitting my DIL likes to take a step class on Sundays. I didn't even know anyone still offers step classes.

Belinda - It sounds like a really great salon! It will be a nice way to start the day:) Great job with LMR UB & Pilates. Look forward to hearing all about it.

Cookie - It's quiet here too, I keep forgetting it's Labor Day since we don't have any plans. It sounds like you are showing improvements with your PT exercises. Stairs were tough for me when I had my knee injury for a long time.

Hi,

Today was LMR Pilates and Pilates OnDemand. Went to help DD with wedding prep for Friday.

Debbie - it is really a nice salon. I like it better than the my old one. Very upscale and everyone was so nice. Step is still in, lol. I gave up on it a long time ago, my knees can’t handle it.

Cookie - glad you making progress. Stairs are tough, I still have sometimes a hard time going up and down stairs. My knees are so bad at the moment. Not funny anymore. You are doing great.

'Evening! More PT exercises and decided I wasn't going to not enjoy the great weather and the dock. So did the stairs and even went for a kayak ride. Feeling the effects now, but it felt great at the time.

Deb, hope you had a lovely day. The weather here was great. I didn't know step was still around. Gosh, I used to love it.

Belinda, that salon sounds like a spa! How lovely. You must be getting so excited about Friday. Looking forward to hearing all about it. How's Sadie doing?

Belinda - Friday is supposed to be beautiful weather. Is DD nervous? Great job with LMR Pilates & On Demand. I don't think my knees would be able to handle step either.

Cookie - You did a lot so hopefully you recover quickly. I forgot to say the play is Schmigadoon. I don't really know what it is about so we will be surprised.

Hi,

Today I did live zoom dancing. It’s getting harder and harder to fit in a workout.

Debbie - great job on your walk outside. DD isn’t nervous yet. I am getting there. I ordered shoes online, they still not here. I have problems with my knees/ankles therefore I can’t walk in every shoe. Very frustrating. I am getting shots on the 15th.

Cookie - lol, the salon is like a little spa. I love it. It still feels so surreal about DD’s wedding. Sadie is doing good, still not eating her wet food. Which is surprising me. Sadie is ready for the wedding. Glad you feeling a little better. Please be carful.

'Evening! More PT exercises and a visit there today. Dr called with some test results, and now have a referral for two other drs. DH booked a three-day get away at an inn we had gone to twice before very early in our marriage. Before we even had kids. Anyway, new owner and they took reservation and deposit (1/2). Supposed to leave tomorrow, so tonight I checked the route, and found out the place is out of business. Never contacted us or anything. Called credit card company, and they said they'll see what they can do. No phone number, and email bounced back. What fraud. At least we hadn't driven there to find out.

Deb, I've heard of that play. I think it's a fairly new one, isn't it? We're supposed to see Brighton Beach Memoirs next month.

Belinda, so exciting about the big event. Hope the shoes arrive very quickly and fit well. Is Sadie going to the wedding?

Today was a follow-up Dr. appointment in NYC. So much walking. NYC was so crowded, lots of tourist visiting and the weather was beautiful.

Belinda - Great job with zoom dancing. Are you able to track the shoes? Maybe because of the holiday they were delayed, fingers crossed.

Cookie - That's terrible about the getaway, the least they could of did was contact you and reimburse you. There seems to be so much fraud nowadays:( I hope with the 2 new Dr.'s you can find some relief from the pain.

I did LMR LB. DD is getting married on Friday. We have dinner rehearsal tomorrow. DD is a yoga instructor, her mentor is coming and teaching a yoga class (relaxing class).

Debbie - I hope your appointment went well. I can’t imagine how crowded NY is at this time. Well, about the shoes….it’s a fake website based in China. I filed a dispute with my credit card company. The shoes are not here yet.

Cookie - the website claimed they based in the US. I am not happy I felt for it. How can this happending her in the US? The site looked legit :( I am so sorry you going through something similar with the place. Dispute your credit card.


I will enjoy my time with my DD and future SIL and family. I do what I can workout wise.
