PT exercises and a bit of walking on flat surfaces in stores! Petsmart is probably wondering what I was doing, pushing a cart around of dog treats for a while before paying for them!

Deb, hope things are alright with the dr's appt. NYC must be crowded, esp at this time of year. 25 years.

Belinda, enjoy this time. It is so special. Fraud is all over and it is horrible. Hope you find alternative shoes, and get money back on those others.

Hi,

Today was zoom yoga. The yoga instructor was lucky the main island wasn't hit with the Hurricane. My knee is acting up since walking yesterday, tried to do a short walk but didn't make it far before turning around.

Belinda - Wow, the wedding is almost here so exciting! You and your DD will look beautiful Great job with LMR LB.

Cookie - You are good about getting your PT exercises in. I tried to park my car further away to get some steps in, we think a like. Everything went well with the Dr.'s appointment.
