'Afternoon! Suddenly, remembered I never checked in last night. Sorry about that. We went to visit ds, dil, and granddaughter. Came home and I got in a tb workout. Today was an indoor walk.

Deb, relieved your knee is doing better, and second Belinda in hoping you continue to monitor it. The granddaughter is full-on toddler. Right now, she is just about the age our daughter was when she came home. How's your little one?

Belinda, I hear you on liking workouts with less or no equipment. Sometimes I get aggravated having to take out so many things. I'm fortunate to be able to have so many things.

Today was a walk outside & it was cold out! We also babysat, he sure is an eater:)

Cookie - Great job with tb workout & walk. I decided today if it's below 40 degrees will walk inside;) How exciting you visited your granddaughter. It is amazing that she is the age when you brought your daughter home.

Hi,

Pilates abs and live zoom dance is done. No walk outside, it’s too windy/cold.

Debbie - I am here. We went out for dinner for my husband birthday last night. What is the weather like in your woods? It’s so windy and very cold outside. Great job on that walk.

Cookie - great job on your indoor walk. I need to start doing, it’s so windy outside. I like less equipment especially if I travel. All I need are bands and a travel yoga mat.

'Evening! Had a snowy Veterans' Day here! Woke uup to the ground covered, and it has been coming down off and on all day. I'm so not ready for this.

Deb, yes, the time is going by way to quickly, but I do love noticing the little changes we see in her and what she does. What does your grandson like to eat?

Belinda, it has been so windy this fall. Traveling light is always a good idea. You must be getting so excited.
 
Hi,

Today was lots of walking, went to the outlet stores with my SILs for Christmas shopping. Not sure why we picked the coldest day. It wasn't too bad since we bundled up. Lots of laughs, I didn't get anything just looked around for ideas. My SILs found a bunch of things.

Belinda - Great job with Pilates abs & zoom dance. Happy Birthday to your DH:) My DH walked inside too, it was windy & cold here too.

Cookie - We only had snow showers, not ready either for snow/cold maybe Christmas;) The best part of the day was when we walked around with hot chocolate. My grandson loves his fruit & yogurt.

Today I did a TB workout. I had to run last minutes errands.

Debbie - glad you had a lot of fun with your SIL shopping. Thank you! We had a nice relaxing dinner for DH birthday.

Cookie - yikes on the snow. It’s been extremely cold here. I am not ready for snow. I am still working on my suitcase, putting things out/than back in, lol.

'Evening! Yoga today. It felt good to stretch, as I had to do a lot of sitting today.

Deb, shopping with your SILs sounds like fun. I need to start thinking of what to get for gifts this year. Every year it seems to get more challenging. Your grandson already has great taste!

Belinda, it's almost time! You must be getting so excited. How will you manage your medications while away for so long?

Today was a walk & zoom yoga. I was surprised my knee didn't bother me during yoga, but happy about it.

Belinda - Great job with TB workout. At least you are giving yourself plenty of time to change your mind on what you put in the suitcase.

Cookie - Yoga too:) it did feel good to stretch. I am trying to come up with Christmas idea for my SILs. It was easier when I worked retail.

'Evening! Today was a rest day. The weather here has been warm, cold and snow, and warmer again.

Deb, like minds thinking alike on the yoga! Sounds like your knee is doing better. Is it swollen at all? Seeing merchandise when you were working probably did help with gathering gift ideas.

Belinda, how's the packing coming along? Are there any special requirements on Sadie coming back into the USA?

Today was a leg workout at the gym. I didn't get a walk in today.

Belinda - Hope all is well.

Cookie - I know it has been cold & warm here too, and the sun is in and out. My knee surpisingly didn't swell up it hurt on the inside of my leg. I skipped some leg exercises today because it didn't feel 100%.

Hi,

Sorry I fell asleep last night. I did 2 hours of live zoom dancing. Today I did OnDemand zoom dancing and Pilates foam roller.

Debbie - I am ok. Just last minute running around with Sadie’s paperwork. They require more nonsense paperwork than they did 3 years ago :( It was a headache. Not sure if I want to go through that again :(

Cookie - I am packed. I still think I could take some stuff out, we do have access to a washer/dryer. Sadie needs special requirements going and coming back. All we needed 3 years ago, was a heath certificate stamped/signed from a special vet. Now they require special paperwork for Sadie to fly back to the US :( They make it really hard to fly with your pets. It was almost 1K just for the paperwork. Frustrating! Our old vet isn’t doing the overseas heath certificate anymore…now I know why. It‘s a lot of paperwork that has to be approved.

Hi,

I didn't get a workout in, a little walk with Grandson & Penne. My DIL needed us last minute after that we needed to meet with a window guy for some repairs. We have to meet again with him on Tuesday.

Tonight we are going out to dinner to a local restaurant.

Belinda - The colder weather makes us sleepy:) Great job with zoom dancing & Pilates foam roller. My neighbor's dd said the same thing when she moved to Hawaii. The paperwork was annoying & expensive. Otherwise she would bring her dog home to visit. Her dog is big, you wouldn't think they would be as strict with the little ones.

Deb, your dil is so fortunate to have you nearby, and it gives you time with that little darling. Hope your knee continues to improve.

Belinda, the paperwork is so frustrating! In some countries the animals need to be quaranteed. All that dancing, packing and paperwork must be tiring you out.

No workout to report today. I am running last minute errands. I am exhausted.

Debbie - great job with your walk with Penne and Grandson. I hope your window is fixed. The paperwork and expenses are annoying. They just changed the requirement for flying your pet oversease. They sure don’t make it easy for anyone.

Cookie - great job on your walk and yoga. I would never quarantine Sadie. I am kind of tired with everything I need to do.

'Evening! Today was push/pull. Went to a craft show with one of my sisters and picked up a couple of small gifts. Then a hockey game.

Deb, hope you enjoyed your dinner last evening. How many SILs do you have? Seems like they are more like sisters than SILs!
Belinda, best of luck with the last minute rush. It will all be worth it.

Cookie - Great job with push/pull. A craft show sounds like fun. Not too many here. I have 2 SILs live near me and my other SIL moved a few years ago to TN to be near her son & his family. They are like sisters because I know them since I was in HS.

'Evening! Did another weight wo today, since I'm having oral surgery tomorrow and won't be able to do any for about a week or so. Cold and windy day here with some snow flakes. Was supposed to go w/eldest son to see an art show 2 hrs away, but he got a better offer. I was delighted to have a day at home!

Deb, you're so fortunate to have sil that are like sisters! I was thinking you might have known them growing up. Are they also into working out and health? Was today a sauce day?

Belinda, you must be getting so excited. Soon all the prep will pay off.

Today I finalized my suitcase, lol. I ended up with DD‘s help taking a few things out. I am beat. Looking forward to a vacation.

I did a live zoom full body Pilates.

Not sure if I have time tomorrow morning to get a workout in or not? If not, oh well.

Debbie - our flight is tomorrow. Good luck with your oral surgery tomorrow.

Cookie - yeah, getting excited to spent thanksgiving with my kids and their partners in Germany.

I will try to check in tomorrow, if not on Tuesday.

Today was a walk outside, it was colder than I expected. It was also windy and cold when I went to the farmer's market.

Belinda - Safe travels!! Have a great time:) Hopefully you can sleep on the plane. Great job with Pilates.

Cookie - Good luck with your oral surgery tomorrow! Sometimes I like when things get cancelled and you can stay home. It wasn't a sauce week, I think I have to start making it during the week. With early babysitting on Monday's it's a bit too much.

I got up super early to do a Pilates for hips. Glad I did it, my hips are tight.
