Hi,

Today was a walk on the beach. it was a stressful day, we had a flat tire on the rental car. We put the spare tire on but the prompt was telling us that tire wasn’t good either. We tried t switch cars but the company didn’t have any. We ended up returning the car and renting with another company.

Belinda - Wow, 2 hour zoom class is a lot, a good workout!

Today was another live zoom dance and Pilates On Demand. The Pilates felt more like a nice stretch.

Debbie - how frustrating having to deal with returning and renting another car. I hope the new one will work better for you. It was a lot of practice…more like technique. Noting to crazy. Today was the same she is drilling the dance routine.

Today was a walk on the beach. It was a more relaxing day no problems LOL.

Belinda - Great job with zoom dance & Pilates. I ordered from a car rental company that seems to have problems since Covid. We went with a different company yesterday and much better car quality. How is the weather by you?

Hi,

Today DH and I walked with our friends. They also have a dog, Sadie’s loves Charlie :) After our walk I ask my friend to take a look at our master bathroom. I wanted her option on my master bathroom. We had the construction guy come out on Friday. He burst my bubble. Our master bathroom is giant, the layout is kind weird. I wanted a nice walk in shower, found out I had to give up the headroom walk in closet (only DH’s half, lol). That didn’t work out at all. Every idea I had didn’t work because it would run us into so much $$$$$$. So now I am looking at just update the vanity cabinets, lights. Although our tiles in the bathroom are light brown, I want it replaced with something else. I really wanted a nice, big walk in shower. That dream is gone. We have a fire place in bathroom/master bedroom. I wanted it gone. My friend recommended to keep it for resale value. Next week, I will go shopping for new cabinets, lights and tiles.

Debbie - nice job on your walk on the beach. Sometimes you need those relaxing day’s. Glad the new car is working out for you.

Hi,

Today I didn’t feel well, upset stomac. I walked a little but slept most of the day.

I didn’t mention but Riley has SARDS sudden acquired retinal syndrome. The vet said it is permanent blindness. Dogs can live with it, unfortunately Riley is not doing well. She has difficulty standing, walking and eating. DS is taking good care of her, but not sure how much longer it will be. We thought about going home, but his gf is flying in tomorrow afternoon to see Riley. It is difficult to fly now with the government shutdown. Flights are being canceled because of call outs.

Belinda - Great going for a walk with your friends and dogs. It sure seems like renovation's have become so pricey. Sorry you can’t get the shower you want. It will be fun looking for new cabinets, lights and tile.

Today I did a live zoom Pilates mat workout.

Debbie - I am sorry you are not feeling well. Did you eat something that didn’t agree with your stomach? I am so sorry Riley is going through this :( I will keep her in my thoughts and prayers. Yeah, I think giving the bathroom a nice facelift will look good. I been looking at new homes/pinterest for some ideas.

Today was a walk on the beach. I am feeling much better.

Yesterday we found out Riley passed away. It was a sad day, DH is taking it very hard. She was suffering, lost mobility and was not eating. Luckily DS’s gf made it yesterday morning and was able to spend time with Riley. I’m happy we had 6 months with her and she is not suffering anymore.

Belinda - Great job with Pilates mat, abs & walk. Thank you for your thoughts & prayers for Riley. It seems like the cool weather has taken awhile to get here. I love Pinterest for decorating ideas.

I did pilates with the ball. This one was tough. I thought I was doing a little Cathe boot camp, lol. My hips and back are liking Pilates.

Debbie - I agree, dogs should live longer. I am so sorry. Great job with your walk on the beach.

Debbie - enjoy the beach. It’s so cold here. I like the ball Pilates, she hits every part of your body. She does exercises I haven’t seen before.

'Evening! Made it home last night just after midnight. Had a great time. Usually when I go to Mexico City, we visit family, which I really do enjoy, but this time, we didn't tell anyone we were coming, and just spent the time exploring. Had a fantastic time! Got in a tb workout today, since I haven't done weights in a while, but have accumulated a lot of steps.

Deb, I'm so sorry about Riley. Our pets become a part of our families and lives.

Belinda, is there someone else you might be able to ask for ideas on the walk-in shower? Bathroom and kitchen renos are very expensive!

Went for a short walk and did mat Pilates. Thank goodness the Pilates was short. Didn‘t sleep well.

Debbie - sorry your Dh is coming down with something. DD been throwing up since yesterday. There is something going around. We had ice on the windshield this morning. It was in the 40‘s.

Cookie - good for you for doing the things you wanted to do while on vacation. I will do the same. We have a walk in shower. The problem we are having we can‘t extend the shower the way I want it, I have to give up half of my walk in closet. We are giving the bathroom a facelift, getting new vanity, new tub and tiles. I haven‘t had time to look around. I will do that once things settles down.

Belinda, sure hope your dd is feeling better soon. you'll be so happy when the bathroom is done! Picking out all those things can be stressful. Does it make you so?

Hi,

I did 30 min pilates OnDemand. I like she puts together a weekly schedule, they work your entire body. I also went for a nice walk.

I am already planning my winter wardrobe Europe capsule. We booked a few very nice ,modern places in Garmish Partenkirchen with a washer. I always overpack when I travel to Germany.

Debbie - great job on your walk. Glad you having beautiful weather. I slept like a rock last night.

Cookie - great job on your interval and walk. The weather here is also beautiful and sunshine.

Belinda - Great job with Pilates on demand and a walk. I think capsule wardrobe & washer is great so you don’t overpack. I’m guessing it will be cold in Germany when you go?
