Commit to get Fit & Lean January 2016 - 2024

Good morning,

I will get a workout in later today. DH and I going to IKEA. I bought a dresser and the paint is coming off.

I forgot to ask? The other day when I did CL lower body, Cathe used the mini bands. I have tons of them. On Monday I decided to use a mini fabric band instead. I loved it. Cathe‘s bands always ride down my legs. The fabric bands stayed on. BTW, I bought those fabric bands years ago, never used them. During my gym cleaning I finally pulled them out. Mine are purple. Debbie - it was impossible to walk yesterday. The humidity got me quickly. Good for you going to the gym. Nice job on your walk and leg workout.

Cookie - great job on the core and balance workout. Was it a JS workout? She has some good once’s. I was beat after 2 dance classes, lol. Yes, had horrible Thunderstorms early this morning. Woke Sadie up. She is usually pretty good.

'Evening! Push/Pull workout today. My hair is reminding me of Rosanne Rosannadanna from SNL. Boy, is it humid out.

Deb, watching the one hyper dog tires out me and the other dog. He's always up to something. How are you feeling?

Belinda, I also prefer the fabric bands. They don't ride up as much as the others. Too humid here also for walking.
 
Hi,

Today was zoom yoga. It felt really good to do yoga, I modified a little but overall it was lots of leg work. I didn't walk by the time I came home from running errands it was so hot and humid.

Belinda - Great job with CL# 528 Turned up trisets. Did Ikea let you return the dresser? I love the fabric bands too.

Cookie - Great job with Push/Pull workout. My hair is so bad too. I put it in a braid and I received compliments today. Maybe they liked I did something with my unruly hair:) I'm feeling good.

Today was live zoom dancing plus SBF UB. Tomorrow I get my new dishwasher.

Debbie - great job on your zoom yoga. The heat got me yesterday too. I just bought the dresser from IKEA. The paint was coming off. They gave me a full refund. I shopped around IKEA for 3 1/2 hours, didn’t see a dresser that I liked. They stopped making the once I have. I still have a great time looking around and eating at IKEA, lol. The heat yesterday got me too. I was beat by the time I got home.

Cookie - I agree, the bands don’t ride up at all. I was surprised they stayed on unlike Cathe’s mini bands. They never stay one plus they pinch into my skin. Too humid and rainy here too. I can’t remember the last time I did Push/Pull? Great job!

Rest day today since it was a long work day. Just finished a meeting a few minutes ago. Earlier was driving, and the rain suddenly came down so heavy I could see. Had to pull over and wait til it went past. Then got another round of it about 5 minutes down the road and had to pull over again! Temps went from 93 to 78.

Deb, glad you doing yoga felt good. I was Roseanne Rosadanna again today!

Belinda, nice on getting a full refund on the dresser. Meant to tell you my son and his wife put Renewal by Anderson windows in their build.

Today was a short walk outside right after the storm, it cooled off briefly. I also did core work. My niece is in labor, about to have her 2nd girl.

Belinda - Great job with zoom dance and SBF UB. I haven't been to IKEA in a long time, loved the food too. It's not too close I guess that's why I haven't gone.

Cookie - It sounds like you needed a rest day. Driving in heavy rain is so stressful, so smart to pull over.

Hi,

I did Cathe Live # 549 Metabolic HiiT. Very fun. Weights was 2 min, Finisher was 15 sec and Hitt, 9 rounds. No repeats.The dishwasher got delivered, no I have to wait for the plumber to hook it up.

Debbie - while I was doing the CL today, I was thinking about your and the RT. Are you able to attend this month? Great job on your walk outside. I don’t know how you do it. The IKEA I go too is over an hour drive one way. Not that close. Plus, I am hitting DC traffic. The food is very good.

Cookie - very smart to pull over. I can’t imagine how stressful that was. Thanks for the name of the windows. Hopefully you got some rest. IKEA gives you a full refund 3 month after your purchase something. That’s pretty good. I love the dresser, just not the paint job. The same dresser I have has a shiny coating on it. They changed this for some reason.

Hi,

Today was a short walk outside & leg exercises at the gym. My SIL texted us that my niece had a very hard time delivering. It became an emergency because the cord was wrapped around the baby. Luckily her and baby are doing fine, but it was scary.

Belinda - Great job with CL# 549 Metabolic Hiit. Yes, I will be going to the RT, hard to believe it is so close. I will miss you and your dd. I will always have memories of the both of you as well as a few years back of Cookie & her dd:)

Cookie - I'm not sure how people in FL do it with humidity so high for so many months. Someone told me their hair gets used to it:oops:

'Evening! Did a circuit wo today, and went to a memorial service this evening for my neighbor.

Deb, we had a lot of fun at that rt with you, Belinda, her daughter, and mine Congratulations on your new niece! Glad the mother made is alright. Nice job on the walk and leg exercices.

Belinda, will you be able to get the dishwasher installed soon? Nice job on the metabolic workout.
