Happy Thanksgiving,

I will join the world wide Cathe Intensity workout today.

Yesterday, I did another one of those window stretching workouts! Need to get off my lazy butt! I did take a walk with the dogs.

Sorry, for no personals! I need to get my house ready, my kids will came in 2 weeks. I want everthing done, so I can work out and enjoy the time with my kids.

I am so thankful for all my Cathe friends and this check-in! Happy Thanksgiving, everyone!

Happy Thanksgiving

Today is work,ugh, then i plan on coming home and getting in some abbs and some upper body. I proved to myself yesterday that i can still workout after working all day. I did a 30min run interval....i was SO PROUD of myself when i was done.

What is everyone plans for today? My DH made t-day dinner tuesday because he though he had to work today, but he's off so we already ate. No plans...my MIL may come home today:)

Good Morning!

I am sitting here and enjoying the quiet....:) My friend's will be arriving in a few mins for a workout. I only have them and two others this afternoon.

My fingers are asleep and i can't feel the keys when I press them....how weird is that.....

Belinda** I am guessing if the kids are coming in 2 weeks that they aren`t coming for christmas....Enjoy your turkey today!

Ameila** Sounds like you are one step ahead, you ate yesterday:eek: I don`t normally workout after work anymore because Im on call, if it wasnt for that I would from time to time. It is easier to do it in the a.m and get it out of the way though. Glad to hear your MIL may be getting home today!

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!!

I burned 1200 cals this morning in preparation for today. Did STS Disc 19, MMA Fusion, and played Just Dance 2 for 30 min, woohoo!! Now I feel like I'm gonna pass out haha! I have to try and control myself with the food today. I'm not too big a fan of the actual Thanksgiving Day dinner but the desserts...hot DAMN! Those are my weakness.

Belinda, I am with you! I'm so thankful for all of my Cathe friends!! You guys really help me out ;)

Amelia, I'm glad MIL is coming home! Just in time for the holidays, so that is great!! I hope you guys have a nice Thanksgiving even though you have to work. Awesome job on working out after work last night!

Melissa - holy crap! On your cal burn today! I hear you on the dessets, I love sweets! I had 2 pieces of pie, lol! :eek:Enjoy!

Belinda, you must be so excited about your children coming. I was just thinking of your dd the other day and wondering how she was doing. My niece made an awesome apple pie and I just had to have two slices to be sure it was that good. It was.
Melissa, that's some calorie burn! How long did it all take?
Lori, once you started taking clients, you sure got a quite a few. I ate that second piece of pie for you, since you're in Canada. I'm with you on working out in the am.
Amelia, glad your mil is doing better. A couple of times we weren't able to be with family for Thanksgiving, and that was harder for me than the Christmases without them. To me the date isn't important, it's the getting together and sharing. Do you have a crockpot? I think it is the working mom's best friend.
Deb, did you get your Macy's shopping in? I was looking at the circulars in today's paper and it is about 5 inches thick.
Helene, do you cook or go out for Thanksgiving?
Trish, hope you're having a good time in Georgia.
Iris, did you get to rest a bit today? How do you handle the big meal on your food plan?
Kristin, glad we didn't go to the parade this year. It was so cold out today. Perhaps one year you could take your kids the night before to see them inflate the balloons. That is really amazing.
Did kpc this morning and some extra stretching to loosen up from yesterday's lower body blast. Skimmed Dara Torres Gold Medal Fitness this morning and she uses more bodyweight resistance training, which has helped lean her out more than strength training. So now, I'm wondering if that would work better for me than heavy weights. My dh said the question is more why do I wonder about all this so much! Do you all or is it just me?

I too wanted to say how thankful I am to my Cathe friends & this check-in:) I'm so tired cleaned & cooked all day but it was fun . . . now I can't wait till tomorrow to try a new DVD!
