Good Morning Ladies

Today is functional...at the gym...with that guy friend I've worked out with a couple of times. I need the extra push right now..lol. 3 weeks out, and I have a lot of work to do! Ughhh....I hope this body of mine comes together, and quickly!

I went to a baby shower yesterday, where we ordered our choice of meal before hand, but I didn't order (obviously...not this close to competition). I swear, if the waitress askes me ONE MORE TIME if I was SURE I didn't want anything, I was gonna scream. Really, brining in my cooler would have brought LESS attention to myself then her...LOL.

Belinda- Have a great relaxing day!! I did miss that posting about the 3 day challenge...:confused:

Deb- LOL @ your dvd switching....oops!! Did you go back? What type of yoga did you take? Yes, I'll be adding my own bling. :confused: It should prove to be interesting!

Helene- Ouchhhies at the leg doms...plus skating?? Ouch. I was looking at hearspace.....how about yoga soon?? Forget DB. (Here I go again)...lol. I was looking at the class next Saturdaynight for Stress Relief....

Cookie-Wow...so freaking cool being picked up on a snowmobile! That sounds like such a great party! I'm sure that guy was surprised. (Now I wanna get picked up on a snowmobile...... lol)

Trish- Lucky you with just the rain!! We got the worst storm yet this season out of what was just supposed to be rain/wintry mix! :mad: And to top it all of, another 2-4 last night, but I haven't looked outside yet. And yeah...it's fml....LOL. I use it way too much. I'm trying not to tell DB about the competition.....unless I absolutely have to, but he's got to find out at some point. Weird, I want to see him, but don't want him involved in my life or know anything about it....I'm so stupid...no, not stupid...just nervous...lol

Amelia- Who would know I'm a paint dork......LOL. i will be checking out that color. If I could paint, I'd go nuts at a paint store (or home depot). Being in an apartment, I long for something other than white.......

Helene- Yeah I pretty much just shut down the other day.... :confused: Ugh.

Kristin- Ok convinced to do Imax 2 in the morning...LOL...thanks!

Hi all. Today's workout will be a cardio one. I am actually thinking of making it all bootcamp.The bootcamp cardio only premixes on 4 DS BC and the original BC. Maybe I should look at Intensity and try the bootcamp on that. I just want cardio though, hmmm. . . I am thinking I need the Workout Blender :eek:

Iris- I hate when people make a big deal when you turn down food. Like there is something wrong with passing on food. Just move on to the next person, lol!

Deb- too funny about doing the "wrong" disc. i have almost done that once or twice, lol. What helped me to catch it was the fact that I have to set up everything. Everything has to come up and get lined up. I had set up everything for back and biceps and CST disc was in, I realized right away I made a mistake, lol.

Belinda- I still have not done any yoga outside of the extended stretch, and I am not really sure that counts much, lol.

Good morning ladies!

Today is serious damage control. This weekend was NOT a good one eating-wise. It was a good one fun-wise though :D Tonight my brother and I are going out to eat with the family at this burger place by us that has AMAZING burgers, so today will not be a great day eating-wise either :confused: I will either do Kick Max or Max Intensity Cardio today to try and combat those calories!

Lori, how did the parties go?

Iris, OMG the Jameson tasting was a BUST!! I had like 6 people in 3 hours. It was torture, prob because of the weather. But you know what that means...more for me to take home :D:D:D Holy crap, I can't believe the competition is only 3 weeks away!!!

Cookie, you got snow??? I'm glad we only got rain here. I can't imagine dealing with more snow! It snowed a bit last night but maybe only 1/2". Glad to hear you had fun at the party.

Trish, yay on good sleep!! I was so behind that I fell asleep at 9 Fri night and slept til 10 yesterday :confused: I hate sleeping in that late but I was so exhausted! Hope you are feeling better.

Helene, not much is new at the hole. I talk to my old coworker pretty often and it's the same old crap. She hates it. I really hope she gets out. You have energy to add cardio on STS days? Go girl!!! I can only add abs and then I am DONE on STS days lol ;) Hmm, the combo you did yesterday sounds fun! Maybe I will try that one today for my cardio. Decisions decisions! I have serious leg DOMS too and I did legs 2 days ago! My inner thighs are killing me.

Amelia, I love light yellow in a kitchen. My mom wants to do her kitchen that color too...though she has been talking about it for 3 years now and hasn't even started :p

Kristin, did you ever get Imax 3? I hear you on being lazy with food prep this weekend. I ate so much crap. And I mean CRAP!! Ugh, I just didn't feel like planning and cooking anything.

Belinda, have a great stretch!! When are you coming to the states?

Deb, Jameson is Irish whiskey. Supposedly it tastes great on coffee but I've only had it in shots ;)

checking in with CW cardio step only premix. My legs can't do much more so it was a good choice. :confused:

I'm going to make a blend with the blender for days like this with SJP step only followed by CW step. This will be a nice steady state lower intensity routine.

Busy day, Hi to Belinda, Iris, Kristin, Melissa and everyone that comes after.

I'll try and BBL tonight (famous last words..... :rolleyes:).

Amelia, you won't believe it, but I've had that color circled on the paint chart for my kitchen for quite a while, like at least two years Well, that proves I procrastinate.
Helene, no wonder you have doms! You're motivating me to think of uping my workouts. So frustrating that I never, ever lose wt. Think you would like the Feb rotation - felt so workouted in the lb all the time.
Iris, didn't you want to slap her? She's probably jealous that she'll never look like you. Can relate to not wanting people to know about areas of your life, but he's bound to find out.
Deb, I should make for more than a week when I cook. Yesterday got most of the week's meals started. Today eldest son is coming by for dinner in a bit. Heard that movie was entertaining.
Kristin, I try to set my wts up the day before so I don't do same dvd again, but it still hasn't stop me from often starting and then realizing my mistake! I'm really into the bootcamp style workouts lately also.
Melissa, my friends sure do love Jameson! OMG, the other night it was that, Bailey's, champagne and wine, and a lot of empty bottles. Yesterday I realized no one was drinking beer - pretty surprising. I was helping out on the champagne and wine.
Did lbb this morning and 4ds kb is on the rotation for later in the day. We'll see about that! I'm hoping to snowshoe and then we have an oscar party. Plus, of course, I've procrastinated on an end-of-month report due tomorrow.

Workout done! Helene, I stole your idea of mixing DM cardio only & 4DS Bootcamp cardio...PHEW what a workout!! It was intense but so much fun!! Thanks for the great idea :)

Cookie, you have a busy day ahead! Killer WOs too :eek: I think the snow shoeing can replace the KB ;)
 
Hey Girls,

Another late night last night. I didn't have much to drink but the lack of sleep did me in today. I just woke up from a little snooze:D Now I am enjoying my coffee.

Yesterday wasn't as crazy as I thought. The party ended up being postponed until today b/c it was raining yesterday. What I meant yesterday by sliding...was sledding...LOL. So the party was an outdoors one. It was rainy and windy yesterday. Today was much better but freezing outside!

I can't really remember what yesterday's workout was. I think it was some time on the TM, then LIC combos. Last night I did another 30 mins on the TM before the party. DS woke up at 6:08 (to be exact!) I had no intentions of getting up so I left the room and let DH deal with it. Im always the one who as to get up. He then came out into the other bedroom at 7'ish so atleast I got another hours sleep. I tured the tv on for him and I was in and out for another hour. I ended up doing abs and a 45 mins run on the TM.

Belinda** Hope you enjoyed your yoga!

Iris** I can't wait to see how you do in your competition. I would be so nervous. Aren't you afraid your gonna fall down on stage?;) LOL Im so evil!

Melissa** My eating as been off track ever since that lady brought over those stupid cookies this week. I think she is trying to make her PT over weight. And what kind of PT am I to take choc cookies?? Jillian wouldn't except them...hehe!

Kristin** Hope you had a good workout!

So remember the lady who keeps trying to change her workout times on me?? She as tried to change tomorrow's workout twice now and I am sticking to our set time. F that! First she wanted to workout tomorrow evening b/c her meeting was canceled and I said that I couldn't do tomorrow evening...kind of a lie (that was yesterday) Today she wanted to change the workout time from 6:15 to 6:40 b/c the kids didn't have school. I don't know what that had to do with anything. I am starting to wonder if she was dealt a full deck of cards. I told her that earlier was better for me b/c I have to work. She isn't going to run the show anymore. If we set a time, I am sticking to that time. Both of her reasonings were lameo.

O.k...I may bbl just to see what's happening!

Well I did it. BC cardio only premixes from the original BC and 4 DS BC. It was an awesome, challenging cardio workout. I was also inspired by Helene's combo of workouts yesterday :D. I am pretty wiped out.
DH has to get up at 3 to take my parents to the airport, so I don't know what kind of sleep I am going to get tonight.

Lori- Good job on sticking to your guns. That lady does sound a bit wacky. What difference does it make if the kids are going to school or not? By sticking to the set time, you are getting your point across (hopefully ;)).


Cookie- I hea ryou on the BC style. I just wasn't inot doing step or kickbox today. I still wanted a good, kick-butt sweat!


Helene- you are making me want the workout blender now, lol.


Melissa- never did get IMAX 3. I think I am about to get the TOTM, but let's vow to eat clean this week. I totally overdid it on the bad stuff the last few days. Tastes so good though.
