Hi guys. I did AT Cardio leg blast today, plus I added the abs. I am so proud of myself for working out two days in a row, lol. It feels good to get the tension out. Right now my body feels like jello and I feel relaxed, lol.
My brother's wedding. . . I am not in it. The dress never came in and when I asked my sis-in-law she was giving me the run around. I am relieved in a way because it is saving me money. Then there was the bachelorette party that never was. According to my sis in law we were a party of 8. We were going to the 80s Prom dance in the city. The tickets were $100 a piece. She swore 8 people were going. I got us a limo deal through a friend, 10 passenger $500 for the night. Well, the party of 8 turned out to be a party of 3. . . yes 3 and the maid of honor and I could not afford the limo between the two of us. The thing that pissed us off was that sis in law said her sisters were going and her mother was paying for them. Well, that was a lie. The maid of honor called the mother and the mother had no clue what we were talking about. Then I asked the maid of honor if she got an invitation. . . she confirmed that the invitations were NEVER mailed to anyone because they never had new ones made after postponing it the first time. WTH?!?!? It should be interesting. I was going to take Friday off for the wedding (it's Friday night). Now I am going to work. I am not wasting a day for this crap.
Anyway. . .
Belinda- I'm so glad your mammogram came back good. That is always scary. I agree with DH that as hard as it is for you, you need to rest that foot. It will never really get better without getting a real break. It sucks though, I get it. I did not order the new dvds. I find that I like them only when they come in a real set, lol. Otherwise, I pick and choose. I am interested in Flextrain and X10. Down the line maybe. Christmas is coming
Melissa- I bet you are busy studying right now. It was a relief to talk to my dad. I was a bit embarrassed that my little guy told him, but I guess he was upset by it too. I find it really hard when I let the stress get the best of me. . . I have to stick to my workouts. I feel so much better the last two days because of the workouts. I was lucky to get "effective" but a lot of teachers got developing and some even got ineffective (mostly special ed teachers who do not have a chance in hell as far as the state tests are concerned). The morale in my building is so low. It is depressing. You know this whole ed reform is going to create a teacher shortage. You would have to be an idiot to become a teacher now. I wish I could be a stay at home mom and just focus on my boys and not have all this pressure on me. I am hoping to just survive this era without it completely killing my love of teaching.
Cookie- Baxter is doing better. It is funny you mention the inhaler. Baxter needed a few nebulizer treatments. Fortunately, we have a nebulizer from when my DS has pneumonia, lol. We had all the equipment. Just needed to meds. Too funny.
Amelia- How is the new job? Do you like your new boss better than your old one?
Okay, off to shower.
