COMMIT TO GET FIT & LEAN FOR SEP 22, 2011

Morning ladies,

Today's wo was 30/30 on the elliptical + iClimb36 + CoreMax abs (no equipment). I have lots of DOMs from the GS wos this week:eek:

Belinda - Yoga & a stretch would be right up my alley today! My triceps are still fried from Tuesday's wo and now my calves are aching from yesterday. LOL! Hopefully, I can squeese in at least a stretch Saturday morning. Enjoy yours today!

Kristin - Wow, 7th grade sounds tougher than I remember it being! Your guess is as good as mine on the delivery date for the new wos:confused:. I just keep making up stuff to do until they get here! Nice job on PUB yesterday!

Helene - Yup, I was deep in la la land last night. Woke up before the alarm but got a good 6-1/2 hours sleep. The girls' activities on Sat & Sun all start late morning so I'm hoping to get in 8 hours each night if possible. Did your meeting end before midnight? Sorry to hear about your friend's dad.

Cookie - FYI, I came across this site on mfp a while ago. It has a bunch of videos available for viewing and includes JM30DS. Might be good for a preview Getting Fit

Yoga is done! I did Suzanne Deason Yoga for the lower body.

Just a quick update: tomorrow, I will do the walk for the Susan G.Koman 3 day walk for the Cure starting Friday to Sunday. We will walk 60 miles. I need some good vibes for the walk. So someone else can start this thread tomorrow:eek: I will be back on Monday!

Trish - wow, sounds like a sweat fest to me! Good job today!

Belinda: I got one. I like it but wish I had someway of doing pullups/chinups standing up. But I use it a lot for bench presses, pullups/chinups and the adjustable height bar is good for barre work. Kids love to play on it and it works great as a plush angry bird launcher. LOL. I guess it all depends on what equipment you already have and also it take a bit of room. I love it with STS.

Trish: nice DOMS? LOL is there such a thing ;-) ? Yep, we finished at 11:35PM, problem is I can't fall asleep right away.....

Did LM this morning, hoping to get a CLX and JM in as well later today.

Hey everyone. Just finished B & G standing glutes and abs premix. My legs are fried. There is no down time in that premix. I felt my leg cramping up, lol.

I am beat. I will bb tomorrow with personals.
