Morning girls!
Killer DOMS today from yesterday's STS session. For some reason my chest is a little sore too? Don't know what that's from

Tonight I plan on doing BM2 cardio only (Amelia, you inspired me to bring this one out!).
Belinda, I wish I didn't have to weigh/measure everything. I have NO willpower when it comes to food and I'm a spaz with trying to eyeball serving sizes, so weighing is the only way to go for me. Those are some great accomplishments though!! Hopefully one day I will get there

Have fun with your family this weekend!
Iris, good luck with the bootcamp class! You will get your following soon enough. If I lived closer, I'd hire you to kick my arse! The eardrum exploding was soooo painful but I've never been so terrified in my life. I woke up that morning and I couldn't hear out of it! It's pretty much healed now, took months to do that; my hearing still isn't great in that ear but at least it didn't kill all my hearing.
Cookie, I'm gonna be Jem (80s cartoon) for Halloween. I can't wait! I love Halloween

College plans are coming along great! I actually have to call the school today because registration is 10/25 but they said I have to register 11/1 since I am a transfer student. Not really sure if I qualify as a transfer since I already have a degree and I'm not working towards another one? I will find out...
Helene, I am in the same boat as you with 40/20; I like it but I hate it at the same time. I love when I'm done because I feel so accomplished but I can't stand doing it. I was cursing at the TV last night! Can you do it without pausing? I can't; I had to pause 2x last night to catch my breath. LOL so you might be doing BM2 also tonight? Great minds
Amelia, glad the weather by you is nice! It's raining here

Sorry, no clue what that flower is. It's pretty though. Are you looking to grow some?
Trish, I do all my shopping online too. It's just easier for me that way. I always have specific things in mind and if I go out hunting for them, I am driving all over God's country to find it!
Lori, how are you recovering from your race?
Deb, we have a fake tree too. I like it because I love to keep the lights on as much as possible, so this way we don't have to worry about setting the house on fire

Also, there is a wood burning stove in the room where we keep the tree and my dad likes to feel like he lives in the tropics so that room is at least 85/90 degrees during the winter: not ideal conditions for a Christmas tree!
Kristin, how's your day going?
BBL to report my workout!
