Belinda: Are you playing the downloads from your computer? The sound from the computer is low for sure. I use mine through the TV and that way the volume is fine. There are no premixes with the downloads by the way. I think eventually, they would like people to use the WB to create the premixes. They are not there yet, but eventually, they will provide the template to make the premixes and you will be able to make them from the one file that you downloaded. If they provided the premixes, they would have to be downloaded in their entirety each and that would cost them a lot of bandwidth. I hope this helps? For the sound, def through the TV with the volume all the way up on the computer going out to the TV works fine.
Iris: My day has gotten away from me as well. DH took Thursday as vacation and half of Friday. He went to work all day yesterday and he has been there since 6am this morning. I told him he better get his vacation days back.

At least my in-laws are here so I am not alone with the kids. I don't mind that, but I do like to have an hour of freedom to go workout

Else I would have to recruit a friend for an hour..... like say ..... you maybe

Amelia: Did your MIL have her surgery? I hope all is well. I don't know why you and Belinda are having a hard time with the downloads. I got all mine done in 1hr yesterday morning. Maybe their servers are being swamped with too many Cathletes request? I wouldn't think so but..... Now Belinda is coming from overseas so hers would take longer and time out more easily.
Lori: That's awesome that you can manage to get your workouts in with your trainees to some extent. I always thought from reading your workouts that you were good at mixing things up. A sure sign of a good trainer

I just did lower body blast. I saw that it uses lower weights and thought it would be fine with my back that way. And it was. I just made sure not to load up the BB too much. Turns out, that is a good idea because I wanted to cry uncle a couple of times. It's a nice workout for sure and has a different feel to it. I liked the timing for the reps a lot.
