After my coffee, I will do legs & calves plus abs.

I will be back to catch up on personals, I slept in this morning. Running a little late.

Oh, BTW! DH love the bike trainer:D I used it this morning, said it was tough:eek:

I have about 14mins to checkin:confused: When I woke up I had a text message from my manager saying my boss was going to be here at 9. I suppose I should be there for their arrival;) Ugh! They have never met the other girl, they always come on my shift.

I got a quick run and bike ride in last night, some abs and UB as well. Just something to say that I did something:eek:

DH was talking to the therapist yesterday afternoon(she came into the sports store) and she basically told him that DS doesn't fall into a category of any age. Usually when they are behind they will decide if they are acting like a 2 yr old and 3 yr old and so on. But DS isn't really falling into any age group. He is advanced in some areas and behind in others.

Belinda** Enjoy your day. Nothing as really been decided...we have to go through a full assesment to see if he has any issues...cross your fingers. I think if he does they are very minimal. Maybe hyper active or a slow learner...even though he is extremely smart in some areas.

Morning

No workout yesterday and I will have to see how I feel this evening. My new goal is to get in a power walk one day and a stretch/yoga workout on another of my working days (then workout the three days that im off) anyways...im probably confusing everyone:confused: ( i will often confuse myself;))

Lori- My DS is also taking speech classes, he has a stutter that is very obvious. Im not to worried about it because he's so young...like your DS, im sure in time everything will be just fine. Have a good day at work and great job on your workout!

So the electric guy came by yesterday and fixed the heat. The thermostat and heating element had to be replaced, ugh. There goes half my paycheck:(. I kinda wished we still rented so i could pin it off to the landlord;)

Hello to EVERYONE!!!! If i happen to get in a workout after work i will pop back in here this evening. At least my eating is going well! Been on track now for two whole days, gasp:eek:;)
 
Hey ladies! I only have time for a quick check-in before we have to take the doggie up to CT to stay at a friend's house. He's never been away from home so I am expecting a temper tantrum when we come home ;)

Just finished STS Disc 17 & the extended stretch. My legs are like jello!

Belinda, glad you like the bike trainer!

Lori, I am keeping my fingers crossed for your DS. I hope it all turns out ok! HUGS!!!!

Amelia, great job on your eating! I think the WO plan sounds good too! I don't think you need to stress too much about getting in extra WOs since you're on your feet for 10 hrs a day. Also glad you have some heat :)

I just got done with my leg workout! I also did abs from PS back/bicips!

LEGS:

Leg Extensions - 55#/15 reps - 2 sets (warm up), up 20#
Leg Extensions - 55#/12 reps - 3 set, up 5#, up 5#

Leg Press Station - 190#/12 reps - 4 sets, up 10 #, really starting to like this one!:p

Hack Squats - 90#/12 reps - 4 set, up 10#

Deadlifts - 65#/12 reps - 1 set, I forgot to add weights:rolleyes:
Deadlifts - 70#/12 reps - 3 sets, up 5#

Seated Leg Curls - 65#/12 reps

CALVES:
Leg Press Station Calf Raises - 95#/25 reps/4 sets, up 25# really like that one!

I will be back after dinner!
 
Howdy girls,

Drive by post...sorry. I had mommy's night with Olivia last night and parent observation with Amaya this morning so my whole work schedule is off. Anyway, good work outs (and good eating) yesterday and today. Yesterday was CC8 (burned about 650 cals) and today was D20 Legs. Hoping for DOMs. My chest is still sore from Monday's wo!

Gotta run. Will catch up manana!

It's going to be a drive by post for me as well.

Big presentation on Friday and I'm not ready......yet :eek: So I'll be scarce and my workouts even more. My back is better. I would say 90% today so that's good.

Downloads on Friday (fingers crossed) :D

Okay, quick check in tonight. I was tired, but I got in LIC. I love this one. I am feeling tired lately, a lot going on, I guess. Hopefully, I will feel better once the weekend gets here.
