Hey ladies!
We are having a blast in Florida. We did not get to our hotel until 2 a.m. Friday. So we hung around here and lounged by the pool to rest up. Then we went to Downtown Disney with Jessica and her family, did I tell you we were going on vacation together? We ate at the house of blues, the food was awesome. Yesterday we went to Epcot. It was our first time being there since our honeymoon twelve years ago. It was so much fun. They had a Finding Nemo ride that when the ride was over, you were in this aquarium. Not your average aquarium. It had manatees and dolphins! They boys were amazed. That was my favorite part of this park. We spent about an hour there alone. They brought back Captain EO with Michael Jackson. My older DS is such a fan so we watched it. The fireworks show at the end was phenomenal.
Anyway. . . I am keeping up with workouts at the gym at the hotel. Friday I did a 45 minute treadmill workout and then did bis and tris with the free weights. Yesterday I did an hour on the elliptical and then I worked chest back and shoulders. I am thinking today will be travel fit.
We are supposed to go to Jessica's hotel today's and hang out by the pool, but it is raining, so not sure.
Lori- your baby-party-nap story sounds so familiar to me. . . I guess because I have been there plenty of times, lol. It is amazing when the thought comes to maybe just rest when the baby is sleeping, and then you start to only for the baby to say "Not so fast there mommy" just as you were getting into it.
Deb- you are working out in the morning then? Here I have been working out in the morning, but around 7-8. I don't think I could ever get ups early enough to workout before work. I. Wake up at 5:30 as it is just to get ready in time.
Belinda- great job on AB. I think it is so cool that you and your daughter can workout together from time to time.
Okay, I have to get up and get travel fit in before the kiddies get up. They are so tired, lol.
