Hi Everyone,
Missed checking in yesterday -- it was very busy at work and worked very late. But, as a result, I took today off which was cool

So, I tried the spin class yesterday and it was
very intense. My hat goes off to Deb and all those who spin regularly. About 25 mins in I decided I was not going back, but then I guess I got my second wind and decided I was definitely going back. LOL! Today's wo was back and biceps (forgot all that I did, but it was a lot of lat work and I didn't skip the biceps portion

) Already feeling the DOMs
Belinda - CONGRATS on the appraisal and the sale! I know that's a relief. Have you offically closed yet? Nice job on cardio power. Don't recall that premix..sounds awesome! Yup, I've been following a MFHers rotation this past week. It has been fun, but my eating has been bad so I'm not sure what results, if any, I may see.

Glad he's back. Yup, RT is around the corner. I'm very excited to meet everyone. It's so funny that the only one from the group that I have met is hundreds of miles away in GA!! LOL! Btw, do you recall if any special discounts are offered on Cathe's gear at RT? I'm thinking about getting a weighted vest and it would be great to save on the shipping
and get a discount.
Deb - Nice job on the yoga. I'm supposed to go with a friend on Sunday to Bar Method to try a bar class. Have you ever tried bar workouts? Btw, that spin class kicked my a$$. I kept pace pretty well throughout, but if it were another 15 mins I don't know if I would have made it! I'm so impressed you do that regularly!
Melissa - Your class sounds very entertaining, but I hear you...if I'm spending my money, teach me!! Glad the cold is on it's way out. How was the double date last night?
