Sorry, for not checking in this morning. I did do my workouts early this morning. I couldn't check in, had to get ready to go to a notary and sign the closing documents for our house in El Paso. Tomorrow it's final!!! The house will no longer be ours. I don't think I ever signed so many documents in my life:)

This is what I did this morning : M1 D4 plus 30 min gentle yoga with Suzanne Deason, love that workout. I also walked the dogs for 1.5 miles.

I will do D6 legs tomorrow. This way all my weight training is out of the way.

I will be back later!

Just because Belinda is lonely I'll check in but quickly. A bit stressed and a lot to do. :confused:

Did CLX push circuit 2 this morning. I will do circuit three tomorrow night and take Thursday off. I'm hoping to add light cardio tonight and tomorrow morning (SM, 4DS LIS, step only of LM type of workout). Mostly for stress relief actually. Can't believe I am already halfway through CLX. Glad I could stick to something after all.

Took the t-shirts to the printers. I think you girls will like them. Trish did a great job. :) I will pick them up on Thursday, just in time to put them in my bag. :D

Belinda: congrats on the house :eek:

Evening ladies! Where is everyone today? Enjoying the weather, I hope. Today I cleaned up the house, then took Nikolas to see Captain America (which we both really liked), went to the library to get more books, and ate dinner, played outside and then just finished Kick Max. I have not done KM in its entirety in I don't know how long. It was a sweatfest.

High Reps and my new weighted gloves (not open palm) came today. I am actually thinking of doing HR tomorrow. Should I go for it? For those of you who have HR what do you do with the barbell weight? I previewed the whole dvd and she doesn't say what weight she is using. I normally match her or go 5# below her. For the warm up are they using 20# BB or 10 #? What do you do?

Helene- thanks so much for doing the tee shirts. I cannot wait to see them!

Belinda- I remember when we bought this house I had to sign a million papers, lol. Must be a good feeling to sell, especially in this housing market, geez. The prices on homes keep going down here.

Hi,

Today I was able to get a spin bike:)

Tomorrow DH & I decided to take the day off & go to the beach & take my Mom out to dinner afterwards. My younger DS told my DH today that his gf wants to break-up since she will be going away about 30 minutes to college in the fall. I feel so bad for him another 1st love situation:( She has been a part of our family for 4 years so it makes it difficult.

The weather is calling for temps in the 90's & hot & humid for the weekend, but we'll be indoors most of the day anyway:cool:

Belinda - When are you leaving to come to Jersey, how long will it take you?

Helene - Just what you need one more thing to do & pack . . . but you will see a lot of smiling faces on Friday:)

Kristin - Not a lot of help here, about HR weights because I usually base it on how I feel that day. You will love that DVD:)

Evening!
I took the evening off from studying with this training and went to Baltimore's inner harbor. It s one of the other attendee's birthday, so we had a little celebration. Now I have 35 pages to read for tomorrow.
I am so looking forward to seeing the ladies at the road trip, but am more than anxious about being able to keep up. Didn't have room to pack much at all and no time to work out here. The "fitness room" certainly doesn't inspire health and cleanliness.
Deb, that's hard for your whole family. How is your ds taking it?
Belinda, what did your dh decide to do while you are with us?
Helene, you sand Trish sure make a dynamic duo.
Kristin, what books did you get for yourself
