Evening ladies! Where is everyone today? Enjoying the weather, I hope. Today I cleaned up the house, then took Nikolas to see Captain America (which we both really liked), went to the library to get more books, and ate dinner, played outside and then just finished Kick Max. I have not done KM in its entirety in I don't know how long. It was a sweatfest.
High Reps and my new weighted gloves (not open palm) came today. I am actually thinking of doing HR tomorrow. Should I go for it? For those of you who have HR what do you do with the barbell weight? I previewed the whole dvd and she doesn't say what weight she is using. I normally match her or go 5# below her. For the warm up are they using 20# BB or 10 #? What do you do?

Belinda- I remember when we bought this house I had to sign a million papers, lol. Must be a good feeling to sell, especially in this housing market, geez. The prices on homes keep going down here.
