Good morning,

My sleeping improved big times:p had another good night sleep! Maybe my lack of sleep was overtraining and the stress of DH is retire in May from the military after 31 years:confused: it's gonna be a lot of changes! We will move to the DC area (Harbor Fairy/ Mayland?)?? We still have to sell/rent our house in El Paso:confused: Of one side I am excited, on the other I am scared:( Thanks for letting me vent!

Today I will do cardio, not sure what yet? DD wants to take a Zumba class at the gym? I called the gym, they told me ALL classes cost $5:confused: I am like what? Even the spinning class cost money now:confused: not sure, how long they will do this, people in the miltary like to get classes for free:p

I will be back later! Enjoy your workout today!

Good Morning Ladies

Today I will do Legs/Abs and some cardio. Yesterday I ended up doing 4 intervals from Imax 1 and then Chest and Back. I may as well have just called the workout Chest and Triceps! Because damn my triceps already had doms last night! LOL I worry about getting a barbell over my head for Legs today (if needed, haven't looked at my training yet)

So, some have asked about DG....as far as Im concerned..that's over! FOR REAL THIS TIME LADIES....:p I know I always say that..... I haven't even heard from him since before Christmas...
Did I mention I left the dump??

Belinda- Wow, so your DH is retiring? Are you worried about moving?? I'm sure part of you is excited to come back here, and part of you will definitely miss Germany!

Melissa- Ok I rephrase- I had fake champagne  with blackberry brandy...LOL. I could live on fake Mimosa's!!! ....I also posted below....I put this here for you know who to see....lol

Helene- So you've modified the first workout and the start date? :p:p I hear ya on the champagne....I just like to drink whatever's fizzy ...lol

Kristin- Excited to see you go through the STS process!! I remember last year, I noticed results in my arms in Meso 1. I know a lot see in Meso 2 (and I did some), but being the first time doing STS, I really noticed a difference after doing so many dang pushups for 2 months! Oh and yes...dump = OTB.

Trish- It's gonna take a miracle to start seeing some results I think.... *sigh* I mean I have...just not great ones! I struggle even though my diet is good....I see doc this week. Just havent' said much about it, just something I gotta work through.... I'll talk more about it as I find out more.... So are you back to your crazy life with your girls?? The weekend activities and all?

Lori- Ok I'll just fb you ....:p

Melissa- Way to go!!!! Can I apply? What is it, exactly? LOL I also love Athletic Step too! First time I did it was Christmas Day last year..... thougt you'd want to know that for no reason... LOL You never know, that info might pop up in Trivial Pursuit one day...

BBL!

Hey girls...sorry to go MIA on here but I see most of you on FB :p

Yesterday i managed the step portion in body fusion...still wasn't feeling well. Sunday I did Low impact step along with total body sculpting...i know, beginner stuff but i wasn't feeling well so i didn't want to push it. Today im feeling a little better so i will do a full body heavy weight lifting workout.

I will bbl and try to catch up on personals then. I'm off to look for a job this morning.

Tonight's workout will be Intensity step and hiit premix plus ab circuits no equipment abs.

Belinda- change is always scary, but usually good too. No wonder you have had a hard time sleeping between possibly overtraining and all new changes coming up. One day at a time ;).

Iris- I am dying from all those push ups. I was on my knees. . . a lot.

Amelia- nice to see you on here. Glad you are feeling better. how is your calf?

Kristin

Howdy girls,

My day is going sooooooo slow today. My office neighbor just went for breakfast but it feels like lunchtime to me! I had a great wo this morning. I did D31, Chest & Back + iClimb18 on the ellitpical (30 mins). My legs are still a little sore from HR on saturday so I don't think I could have gone much longer than that.

Belinda - For the past two days my sleep has been uninterrupted and I hope it stays that way for a while. Now, if I could get to bed on time.... I'm so excited for all of your upcoming changes!! I have been wanting to get a realtor in to give us an idea of what we might expect if we put our house on the market (I really want to move to TX), but am dragging my feet about it (like you, I'm a little scared). Maybe you'll keep me inspired!:D

Lori - I think I would take the exact opposite approach. I don't want to train anyone I know..LOL! I know their habits and I know they won't take it seriously and it will frustrate the heck out of me! How's your day going today?

Amelia - Glad you're feeling better! Enjoy your workout today!

Iris - Hope the visit with the doc is helpful. Keep at it, your results will eventually be visible. And probably right on time for your competition;) Ugghh, the craziness begins (resumes) on Saturday. It was nice to have 3 Saturdays off. I'm already looking forward to summer...no activities allowed:cool:

Melissa - Congrats on the new j-o-b!! Seems like everything is working out for you! Don't you hate it when people don't know when to keep their mouth shut?? The biotch's comments were so unnecessary and only meant to provoke you - bad move on her part:eek:

Cookie - Wow, I've never had long-term house guests. Don't know if I could survive it. I have 5 more discs left in STS. This will be the first time I'm finishing it even though this is my 3rd time doing it (for the same reasons you mentioned yesterday). Hope you can squeeze a snooze some where.

Kristin - YAY!! You have officially started STS. The weight changes are quick in M1. By the time you get to M3 you'll be drumming your fingers waiting to start the next set:confused: Enjoy your workout!

Helene - LOL @ missing you yesterday...the nerve of me:p! Can't wait to hear how you're liking the Jan rotation as I'll be following you in two weeks!

Intensity is done, along with ab circuits no equipment abs. that was a tough ab workout boy.

BB tomorrow!
Kristin

Good evening,

I did a TM run this afternoon. I ended up doing iTrain Set 1, went over 4.3 miles!

Iris - yes, I am worried about moving for good to the US. We lived off and on for over 20 years in Germany. I knew, it's gonna happend one day, time went by so fast! Sorry about DJ. WTG, on your workouts yesterday & today.

Amelia - (((HUGS))) BF is stilll an awesome workout, wtg!

Kirstin - hope you had fun with Intensity step/Hiit premis today. You are right about change is scary! It's hard going from a military lifestyle to an civlian lifestyle, that's a change.

Trish - nice job, on D31 & iClimb 18 today. The move itself doesn't scare me, I moved every 2 years for the last 28 years! For me, it's leaving Germany, I was born and raised here! Germnay is my home!! My sisters are here, we never been that close to my DH's family:confused: they never gave a crap about DH or my kids:mad:

Good night, ladies!
