Evening all,
Belinda: You are wise to chose the org STS rotation. Now you can take it *easy* LOL. Nice workout. I didn't know DH hurt himself

and that Bowler had some masses that needed taking care of

I hope they both feel good soon.
Lori: 500 pages of what? What the heck kind of training are you taking?! LOL about DS throwing things at you when you worked out in the past. Can't believe he is 4 already!
Trish: Are you thinking of going to the RT as well? I'd love to go but without Iris? LOL.
Iris: Whaaaat! No Zumba. Oh come on! So you're not pregnant, you don't have menopause yet, but it's never too early to prevent alzeimer's!
Debbie: Glad FIL is doing better. The weather up here is just nasty!
Melissa: Did BM2 this morning. I had forgotten how much that workout was draining. And tomorrow is Imax 3. This week is going to kill me. So why is the RT so cool. Iris says it's less fun because it is so clicky and you get bused to the gym. But I'd love to go and meet my click: The commit to get fit and lean crew. Hmmmmmm wondering if I could drag Iris with me.
Kristin: LOL, I'd forgotten (very conveniently) about the elmo pushups. yes, maybe in another life for me on that one. Why was school not cancelled for you today? Sorry that boy doesn't take his work seriously.
Heidi: I hope you are doing some good lurking.

HI!
Amelia: What's your schedule for tomorrow?
Cookie: How about that weather? Did you get mostly snow where you are at. There was 1/2 inch of ice on DH's car. I'm glad to be at home and not outside. How is week three of the rotation treating you? I have to admit, I'm only in week2 and I am feeling it. There better not be anything giggling by the end of the month.
So, did BM2 this morning. And yes, I felt it. Imax 3 is tomorrow. This rotation just might be the one that kills me. Been doing pretty good with the eats. Tomorrow morning is weigh in.
