Morning all.

The only thing I will do today, is walk my dogs and maybe do some yoga. That is it for me!

Good Morning Girls,

Seems like I can't sleep pass 7:30 anymore:eek: I guess its all those early mornings I have been doing. I feel rested though, even though I didn't go to bed until late.

We are having DS's bday party today after lunch. I couldn't figure out what I wanted to do, if anything, but I decided on Thurs to have it at the house and only have a few kids. I have no idea how many kids are even coming.

Yesterday's workout was later in the day. I did 3 miles on the TM, 10 min on the bike and my own shoulders, tris and bics. I am going to get on the TM soon so I can have my workout out of the way for the day.

Ameila** Are you still struggling with getting back on track? I lose weight when I am go,go,go...and this is what my life as become. And I don't really enjoy it but I will do it for the time being.

Trish** Awesome job with the weight loss!!!!

Helene** Do you have any company these days?? My dad is gone for a couple of weeks, then he is coming back to finish up and job and then he is retiring. I can't believe it!

Deb** I didn't know your FIL wasn't well...then again I haven't been real consistent with my check ins these days! I hope he is doing well!

Kristin** I hear ya on the stupid grey hair! I pulled one last night and I think I will have a hard time adjusting when I have to color my hair every 6 weeks. I find it really hard to take time for myself when it comes to that kind of stuff. Alot of my friends have their nails done and it looks so nice...I just can't find the time or commit to something like that.

I think that's it....sorry if I missed someone! I may bbl tonight!

Belinda: :eek: on your M1 weights. You are still loosing weight? Awesome. Didn't know you had more to go. I'm imagining you like Lori by now already. :p

Deb: Glad to hear that your FIL is hanging in there and showing spirit with wanting the tube out so he can eat (is he Italian too? ;) ). So like you had a good evening out the day before. That's great.

Lori: If it helps, I woke up at 6AM by myself ..... on a Sunday! And the kids are still sleeping. :rolleyes: So I already did some laundry. LOL, no sense wasting time. NOPE, no company until my March :) !

I am sore from the sledding yesterday and pulling DD up the hill :eek: That really should count for an extra workout. LOL. And my hammies have been screeming at me since STS TB. And it's STS TB again on the rotation for today :eek:...... and I'm guessing some more sledding :rolleyes:

My legs are more sore today than yesterday, interesting. Those are real DOMS then, huh? Today will be Step Moves or Athletic Step, plus ab work.

I will BBL for personals.

I just finished AS and I did weights and plates abs from the STS circuits dvd. That ab workout is no joke. I had to stop a few times during the plates portion :eek:. We are heading out to my parents' house for dinner in a little bit. Off tomorrow, TG, and then its midterm craziness!

Helene- I'm jealous of the sledding. i wanna go sledding :(. maybe tomorrow.

Lori- already at the point where I have to color it every six weeks. i am only 33 man!!!! It is a PITA to make time for it too. I don't do the nail thing either. A. I don't have time and B. I cannot do anything when I have those damn things on!!!!

Belinda- WOW! I thought I was cool doing squats with 30# DBs, you blew me away! You are a true inspiration!

Hey girls! Just finished Supersets 2 rounds/3 cycles and MMA Fusion. My legs are really feeling it! I am seriously exhausted now.

Last night Mark took me out to dinner for my bday and we saw Black Swan. If you haven't seen it, I strongly suggest you do!! It was really dark and twisted but I LOVE Aronofsky's film making so much. Initially Mark didn't want to see it but he was glad he did. I'm sure some of the girl-on-girl action in the movie helped that out lol ;)

Lori, great job on getting a WO in yesterday! Better late than never right?? And that is really weird about your ex. I guess you were his first love!

Helene, I am really thinking about getting STS TB, but still on the fence. Did you notice that this week has back-to-back strength workouts on some days? What's up with that? I might switch it around cuz don't you have to let your muscles rest in between WOs? :confused:

Kristin, yeah those plates are killers!!! I can't do all of the reps when you bring your legs in straight on the plates. Seriously, after STS I have never looked at a paper plate the same way!

Trish, AWESOME job on dropping 6 pounds!! That is great!!!

Deb, there is no such thing as too much wine ;) I'm glad to hear your FIL is doing better!

Evening all,

Well I am pooped. I am trying to catch up on my workouts that I missed this week. Like I didn't do the whole of intensity because I ran out of time. So this morning, I did Intensity Hiit and Low Hiit portions followed by STS TB. Man that emptied the tank that's for sure!

Kristin: Yeah, well, let me break it to ya, you are still cool for doing DB squats with 30# on your first round of Meso 1! :eek: Ended up not going tubing today. There were so many people they stopped selling tickets. :( But it was a good day and we had soccer.

Melissa: Yeah, I think this week is looking nuts. I'm up for the challenge. Come on, do it with me. I think Cookie has done that week already. I think there are back to back strength workouts because the weight portion are more endurance circuits. I'm going to try to do it as is. BM2 on Tuesday morning. What a way to start.

Melissa and Amelia: You guys rock. Knowing my food gets posted totally helped me limit the damage today. That pringles can almost had me..... but I was able to stop.

Hey girls, quick check in. Im not feeling very good, think I've got a virus or something:confused: head hurts, nausea and i keep getting dizzy...whats up with that? I felt like this yesterday too. If i don't get better soon i will be going to the doctor about it.

Anyways, i forgot to take my asthma medication this morning so Drill Max was cut short. I started losing my breath about 40mins into it then i did some abb work (after taking my medication of course:rolleyes:)

Food going good today too.

Helene-AWESOME job telling that pringle can where to shove it;) DH brought home some whoppers candy and i almost caved. But then i thought about how wonderful i will feel on Sundays weigh in if i can stick to this!

Had a conference and it left me with no time to check in or even work out. Came home last evening, worked out today and think I've caught up in the threads.
Belinda, you're still losing weight?! You'll be down to nothing soon. Hey, don't lose so much that you won't look like your passport photo when you come back in a few months.
Lori, don't think I've told anyone other than a medical professional my weight in years. Still thinking of another little one? How was the party?
Amelia, hope you're feeling better. Merlot is ver medicinal.
Melissa, congrats on being free. Happy Birthday.
Helene, lol at kidmax. Sledding is a workout! Agree on this month's rotation being tough. Had double workouts on Wed but then nothing for three days.
Kristin, driving home yesterday wasn't good - I just go slow but the roads were icy and it was a very hilly area. STS made very tired each time, ESP mess 3 for some reason.
Deb, how's your fil doing? Sorry to hear about him. You all are somewhat making me want to do sts again, but then I think I'm enjoying being whipped by this month's rot.
Iris, hope you're feeling ok. Anything interesting going on this weekend.

Trish, lol your dd swimming at 13 on her own. You're tempting me with pilots. What move made you feel it?
Did high reps instead of mm and IMAX instead of boxing today. My legs are talking to me. I'm feeling rather put upon. Didn't have a chance to check emails on Friday, so yesterday discovered someone I worked with on a project suddenly had to quit, and now I'm stuck having to do the reporting on a federal grant, and it is due by Thursday. I won't have time during the week to do it, so now I'm downloading the forms, FAQ, etc to read so I have a vague idea what to do. Not feeling very charitable, cause as I've said I hate paperwork and this is a ton of it.

Did you ladies see that they are gearing up for RT sign-ups already?!?! I'm so excited!!! I am def going to try to get into the Jersey one again. Anyone with me??

OK Helene, you talked me into it ;) I will do it with you! We can do anything for a week haha. Seriously I better drop some kind of weight with these crazy WOs!
