Evening Ladies,
Late check in for me. We deployed an application at work that had a few bugs in it today (Ooops!) so that took up most of my day and left no time for a real check in. Anyways....today's wo was a goodie...65 mins on the ellitpical and Crunch Slim Down pilates wo. Wore my heart monitor through both and was thrilled to pieces when it said I burned over 800 cals!! On top of that, my eats went as planned...the only unplanned item was 1 peppermint candy! This wasn't so hard

Now, let's see how I do through the 3 day weekend:confused.
Belinda - Nice job on CCC!
Kristin - How did your commute go this morning? I drove in with DD (she had a Dr.'s appt) and aside from the traffic at the GWB, it was smooth sailing

Oh, from STS, I definitely increased my strength and I think it was by more than 5% on most exercises. Also, my muscles are more visible and defined.
Iris - Ok, so now I'm curious, what happened yesterday???
Amelia - I know how frustrating interviewing can be (that's one of thing I'm dreading if (when) we move). You never know how these things go, though. Just when you think you didn't get it, voila, you get a call. Don't think about it and move on to the next one. Nice job on 4DS, too!
Helene - Are you in your meeting right now? Eeewwww, can't wait to try STS TB!! I think that is in week 1, right? Most of my cardio will be elliptical (as usual). Wish I could do some of the other stuff like you guys

Actually, I have had to move so many wos around you probably won't even recognize the rotation! LOL, April will make 9 years on my job. Sure is easy to get comfortable isn't it? ^5 on staying on target with your eating. I did well, too. Think all this monitoring is helping

LOL @ the burrito. Have you seen that KFC sandwich that is like two chicken patties as a bun or something?? It looks SCARY!
