Good morning,

Today is cardio, not sure what yet! Haven't done Intensity in awhile, mmm....??

Oh, btw! Went for a walk with my dogs again. The snow is finally melting, I can walk again without slipping on ice:) the dogs were so excited! I can not tell you how nice it is to see no snow on the streets again, you can even see parts of the grass again.

I will be back to report my workout!

Belinda: I don't know why but RVs have never appealed to me. Don't know why... Nice job on Intensity :eek: Got to love that one.

Amelia: Yeah on personals :p And wow on the snow you got. That's unusual for you right? I love the blender too.

Cookie: What no answer? OK, when are we doing dinner? :p Are you seriously getting up at 4am for this rotation. Wow. I'm starting today with 40/20. Mondays will be my rest days. That's good, it's always a long day for me.

Melissa: So we both start with 40/20 today. I think you asked me.... I have all of Cathe's stuff in digital format and a lot of DVDs as double. Really got to get off my bum and try to sell some of them. Otherwise, I am giving them one by one as gifts to my SIL. She likes Cathe too. I am getting her hooked.

Kristin: On the up side, there are no push-ups after Meso 1. I can't even begin to tell you how happy I was when I found that out. :eek: So two more disks and you are done with them. Good job on the eating. Watch out when you get to Meso 2.

Lori: So just wondering.... how much sleep do you get on average? We were talking with Iris this weekend and there is a Mari around here. We could cheer you on from the sidelines :D

Iris: How are you today? Bootcamp class tonight I think. Work 'em!

Heidi: You are interested in PT too. I feel like I am the only one not interested. I like working out. I guess for me it would be yoga that I would like to teach if I were to do something of the sort. Nice workouts.

Deb: LOL, what's hit or miss with me is if actually cook something. With the clean eating that I *try* to do, I tend to steam and grill things without getting too fancy. Also saves me time. What's the difference between perimenopause and menopause? I hope DH continues to improve. Is he frustrated that it is not quicker?

Trish: I'll have to take a look at that site because I would like to share my food log to know somebody else is looking. I know that I have all my stuff in myfitnesspal and that I can share food logs there too. I'll let you know if I get the courage to do it (I have some meals entered in MFP and all that)..... I've never tried that B&G premix. Thanks for pointing it out.

Last night wasn't too late of a meeting. Got off the phone at 10:35. Off to the basement to do 40/20 and then to work (with a shower in between :p ). I'll have to check the weather too. Looks like there is snow already.

Well, we still have power...i think(and hope) the danger of it going out has passed now. *fingers crossed*. Where suppose to get a light dusting of snow today girls and I gotta tell ya, im so SICK of looking at snow:mad::p When is spring again?

Today will most likely be a rest day since i went a little crazy yesterday. Im going to focus on my diet today.

I measured yesterday and i did lose some inches, down in my hips, arms and a little in my waist. That says it ALL right there, ta' heck with the scale!

Helene- I didn't know you were a member of myfitnesspal? My name on their is JustPeachy78....send me a friends request, maybe we can encourage each other to eat better:confused::eek::p Im still struggling.:rolleyes:

Belinda-Great workout girl! woohoo on seeing the grass again! I can't wait for this snow to melt, weather man said -not until friday:confused:

Amelia: Congrats on loosing the inches! Yeah! I'll have to take mine as well. Good reminder. I also need to weigh in. With the eating I have been doing I have not been too obsessed with that scale to say the least..... Sent you a friend request. Entered all that I am supposed to eat today. Let's hope I stick to it. Else what would my friend Amelia think?! :eek:

Belinda: We are supposed to get quite a bit of snow. I guess it's our turn after you and Amelia.

OK, busy day, and I'm not sure schools will be open tomorrow!

I did do 40/20. Ouch, that is the one workout that makes you giddy when you are done! :confused: Cathe and the girls sure opened a can of whoop @ss on me this morning!
 
Helene-LMAO at Cathe opening up a can of whoop ass on ya, isn't it funny how she does that with almost every workout! :eek: My @ss is whoop daily thanks to her:p OK, just logged all my food and i took a peak at yours...then i went back and re-logged healthier food for me(lol:p) and your food log reminded me that i had some whey protein that i had forgotten completely about. So im drinking a shake right now:D. Your food looks REALLY good and clean...high fives girl! Now lets stick to it today. (i have the same problem, logging then eating something else:rolleyes:)

So, i mentioned i was going to take a rest day but i got antsy and did some MTV power yoga then PH abbs. MAN that power yoga is fast and let me tell you girls...i was sweating:eek: my arms were shaking towards the end. It was a nice workout.

bbl...I'm getting cabin fever, good grief

Amelia, I heard today that there are eight snowplows in your state. All of it 8?! Really? Sorry your vetting socked so bad.

Helene, it will have to be in February, sorry. This month is really busy and I don't have a day without numerous things scheduled. I've missed seeing you and Iris. I usually wake up around 4:20 to wo, but needed a little more time today with mm and. Steady stage wo.
Trish, are you going to sts also? I'm feeling left out.
Kristin, maybe your friend could come up here, cause I sure could use inspiration on the food/nutrition part of my life. Just thought Ishould print out your success story to have handy for inspiration.

Hi ladies!

Woke up early and did HIIT Pyramid...Helene, did I do the wrong one?! LOL!

Belinda, I wish the snow was gone here!! We are supposedly getting 10+" tomorrow!!! :eek: I don't mind really thought cuz it means 1 less day at the hole.

Helene, this rotation better help me lose 5 pounds this month lol. I get tired just looking at it! My mom bought all sorts of goodies for the snow day tomorrow. This could be a problem :eek:

Amelia, AWESOME job on losing the inches!! that is so great! How much snow did you guys get? I just saw GA on the weather channel and they said this is the craziest winter in awhile.

Cookie, I was contemplating putting the Christmas stuff away tomorrow too...then I decided it's a snow day so I'm playing not working! ;)

Okay, so workout done. i ended up doing Intensity step only premix and stability ball abs. I was originally going to do BC cardio only from 4 DS, but I didn't feel like working out. So to get the workout in, I picked the workout with the best music. i love the music on Intensity, lol. Not loving those pikes on SB abs!

My school is closed tomorrow! YES!

Melissa- enjoy your snow day!

Cookie- yes, my friend really kicked me into high gear. The only decorations we have hanging around are our Christmas lights, and we cannot take them down with all this darn SNOW!

Amelia- it's our turn with the snow! LI is going to get whalloped tonight.

Helene- bless you for letting me see the light at the end of the tunnel! Those push ups kill!!!!! They are evil!

Belinda- what workouts do you doing during the rest weeks between Mesocycles? do you do dvds?

Helene - LOL, at your comment!Nice workout this morning. Believe me, RVs have never appealed to me either:p once I step foot in I felt in love! You need to go to an RV dealer and look at brand new ones:eek: You are not gonna believe how nice the inside its, until you see for yourself! They are nicer than a 5 star hotel, but they also not cheap:eek: The RV dealer even let you stay in one for a weekend for free, if you plan on buying one! RV's are pure luxury! I always thought RV's are for getto people! Here in Europa RV's don't compair like the onces in the US:( I am telling you, you & your DH need to check out brand new ones at a dealer!;) They are nicer than some people's houses, lol!

Amelia - awesome job, on the inches & yoga wo!

Cookie - believe me, we got our share of the snow this year:( we had snow since Oct! You all can have it, lol:p:eek: Nice workouts this morning!

Melissa - nice job, on HIIT Pyramid! We got close to 3 feet of snow this year, had enough with that stuff:p

Kirstin - M1 ( Travel Fit/Yoga/ JM BFBM) walk the dogs!
M3 (I did 4DS BC+abs/IMAX3(1-5)CCV! And of course, I walked my dogs!
M4 (I did 2 runs/2 yoga/ I walked my dogs every day!) nothing to crazy! Nice job today!
