I have D17 (legs) on my rotation today:) My legs goona be on fire! I also will add some yoga;)

I have PP UB premix on tap today. My legs are still sore from Monday's wo:eek: enjoy D17. I'll check in later from the train.

I am done with D17 plus I did 30 min yoga, felt good to stretch those muscles out!

Good Morning Ladies :confused::eek:

I was so pissed I lost that long post yesterday....ugh. The rest of the day didn't get much better. Went to a doctor's appt. with my mom....we didnt' get good news, but we didn't get awful news either. Somewhere in between.....she will be starting chemo pills next week. Side effects aren't as drastic....thank god. She's been off chemo over six months, and even though it has progressed in the bones, it has not spread anywhere else, so that's how non-aggressive it is.....again....thank god.

Was back and forth with DB in the afternoon after I got to work and checked emails.....I'm thinking about stopping that before it starts. And I think I said that already....lol.

Cathy Savage had to cancel our appointment for Friday....so no Boston....but re-scheduled for Tuesday.....ughhhh it's so hard because A. I'm running out of time. and B.) I can't just skidaddle over to Boston on a whim...*sigh*. BUT it will work out.....DC comes back next Tuesday.....so amen....I wont be there....lol.


Ok...BBL to catch up on personals....possibly in the morning... ;)

On todays agenda: Burn circuit 2 and maybe a dog walk. I've got to run to the library + store this morning before work. so will see if I get the dog walk in.

I got my work schedule for this week and im working 39 hours :/ ....part-time my @ss , but there is a girl out this week for surgery so everyone has more hours in the bakery...

Who mentioned the movie CLERKS yesterday? (Melissa? Kristin?) I LOVE that movie..we have it here and watch it a lot!!! So funny...

Well, I missed the train this morning and ended up driving in to work. My MIL was asleep when I arrived with the girls. Took about 10 mins to get her out of her coma:p. I slept better last night, waking up at 2:00. All in all, I got 5 hours sleep so I'll take it for now;) I ended up doing PP UB premix for 3 sets even though my rotation only called for 2 sets. What else was I going to do with all my extra time:confused:??

Belinda - Nice job on D17 and the yoga! I could use another good stretch myself.

Iris - That bites about your appointment. Glad you didn't buy plane tix or anything. Sorry to hear about your mom. I hope the chemo pills slow the progression even further. Not sure what to say about DB...maybe now is just not the right time.

Cookie - How'd your sleep go last night? Are you doing the rock bottoms rotation?? I've been eyeing it for a few weeks now;)

Amelia - Enjoy Burn Circuit!! Hhhhmm, I don't think I've seen this Clerks movie. Hopping over to netflix now to check it out:cool:

Workout done...I got the dog walk in, a shorter one for 20mins...its so breezy out.

Cookie: I fidget and swivel. Maybe I get double the cal burn. :) Are you enjoying this rotation? Sounds like it is kicking butt that's for sure.

Amelia: Yeah, 39 hours doesn't sound like part time. WTG on just looking at all these cakes by the way. Don't think I could work in a bakery type place.

Trish: Sorry you missed the train. Can't imagine trying to raise my MIL out of sleep. That would be scary!

Kristin: Sounds like I should rent Clerks too. One more disc with push-ups. Ugh, I just don't enjoy them. Wonder if I would enjoy them if I could do them. I wonder if it's because I can't complete them on my toes and it is frustrating? Not sure I'll ever find out. LOL.

Melissa: So is your brother going to try STS with you some day? Are you on quarters or semesters?

Did disc7 yesterday. Thank god I only have one more disc with those darn push-ups. Can't wait to see the back of them.

Hoping to do 30/30 tonight if my scratchy throat doesn't progress :mad:. Need something short and I can't remember the last time I did it.

Happy hump day!

I can't believe I had off most of the week and I am already counting down the days til the weekend. I have been busting my butt all week studying for the 2 exams I have tomorrow :eek: I can't wait to be DONE!!!

I did STS back & triceps this morning and ab circuits stability ball abs. I still have no clue how to do those 1-legged pikes on the ball! YIKES!!

Kristin, omg yes Clerks is 1 of my favorite movies!! My favorite part is when he spits the water on the customer. Every time I get mad from a stupid comment someone makes I think about doing that!

Cookie, studying sucks lol! It's soooo much material. I am kinda grateful that my chem professor gives us a quiz every week because it made studying for that exam a lot easier. I love me some 4DS bootcamp!

Belinda, good job on the WO today! I always rush the stretches :eek: I should probably not do that too often.

Iris, sorry to hear about your mom but also glad it isn't as bad as it could be. My thoughts & prayers are with you guys!! Wait, you're stopping the email with DB or talking to Db altogether? You need to fill us in woman!

Trish, great job on the WO but sorry to hear you're still having problems sleeping :( What about a nice shot of something before bed???? You might not wake up then though.

Helene, not sure if he will buckle up and do STS with me. I'm guessing no; he has way too much pride lol. We are on semesters. I was thinking about throwing 30/30 in somewhere too. I like that HIIT!
 
Hey Girls,

Can't believe its my first time here today. I did hardly any studying today. I tried but wasn't interested at all and started getting lazy! So I opted to workout! Big surprise there! I planned on studying after lunch and I didn't do that either. Soooo, I should be able to buckle down tomorrow and get a nice bit done. I am going to get my workout over with early and the only other workout I have tomorrow (in the day) is at 1:00.

My workout was Kari Andersons abs, 4DS shoulders and bics, 6 miles on the TM in 50 mins and GS legs. Oh...i think that dvd is one of Cathes toughest leg workouts. Those low pulse lunges are hard!

Trish** Were you rotted that you missed the train? LOL You didn't seem to be to bothered by it.

Ameila** I told you that PT is never really PT! But if you are covering for someone for a little while then that's cool. Take what you can! I have to cover 6 days while my coworkers are away and instead of taking days off...Im taking the pay! F that!

Iris** I didn't know that your mom has bone cancer:(. Hopefully this chemo treatment will do her some good.

Melissa** I think I have another party this weekend but I refuse to make a bed out of a load of towels this time! LOL I can wait for the weekend.

Helene** Wonder women is just fine...thanks for asking!:) Hope your week isn't to crazy.

So tomorrow's workout is just gonna be cardio and abs.
