Hi everyone,
Wow this thread is so quiet lately. I guess December is a busy month for everyone.
Belinda: Hope you worked your legs good

and your abs

. Did you get anything good with all the shopping?
Cookie: I don't have any guests until March. There are always the unplanned ones though. I can't imagine having a foreign exchange student here though. I guess maybe I will when the kids are older. Are you staying away from the cookies this season?
Kristin: I did a chunk of BM2 as well this morning. I had forgotten it was on 8" and after yesterday's legs workout it was hard. And I only did the step combos.

. I was thinking that being a cardio queen, you really need to get Imax3.
Lori: I'm not quite sure why your dad being retired would effect your count of guests. Kind of cool you have family nearby though. And did you see, I got no guests "planned" until March. There's always the unplanned ones but it shouldn't be too much.
Iris: Mighty quiet

Hope you are doing good.
Melissa: How is your calf doing today? Can you get the doctor to sign you out of the whole until after Xmas

? They would flip a fuse. Would be funny. By the way, that was the best and simplest chocolate mousse (with Eggland's best eggs, Cathe would have been proud

). All that was in there was 200g chocolate (directly from France) and 6 eggs. No sugar or anything else. Yummy. I really have to stop thinking about food all the time..... LOL
Hi to Trish, Deb and Amelia!
So this morning.... BM2 step combos (man those still get my HR up) then 2/3 of disc 31 for shoulders biceps and triceps. Since I'm doing 2 full UB ( and 2 full LB) per week, I think that's enough.
Question for the PT ladies: Why is it that we don't get as many DOMS when we train twice a week versus once a week? Even when we really push it.
Have a great day everyone.
