I will do D33 (SBT) today!

I will be back to catch up on perosnals, had a busy day yesterday!

Tonight's workout....*sigh*

Misery:

50x Jumping Jacks
50x Mountain Climbers (each leg)
50x Burpees
50x Box Jumps
50x Squat Jumps
50x Iron Crosses
50x Bulgarian Split Squats (good luck standing at this point)
50x Bicycle Crunches
50x Bent Knee Hip Raises
50x Crunch – Legs on exercise ball

I am suffering so bad from 1. Pain. From the other night's workout. 2. ttom ( I think) 3. Cravings 4. An upset stomach ...because guess what?? My cravings are so bad I went to Stewarts and got Ice Cream ( I NEVER do that....like...EVER....AND..hello?...I'm lactose). *sigh*. I'm not used to fighting those kind of cravings and god knows I pray they don't last. I feel awful. :( Ugh. I've already put a couple of pounds back on too.... :( I don't need anymore. I just need another show date I think...lol.

Ok...enough of the pity party!! I have 2 early clients today...then an orientation, then running around like a mad fool doing errands. Then back to the gym.

Belinda- Have a great workout today!! How did DH's appointment go??

Deb- you're right...replacing D's with training and ....ice cream? *sigh*..... I like squat rack legs! Except for the one time doing lunges......on last rep, went down, and couldn't get back up...LOL!

Helene- 3 nights of WORK?? this week? Why so much?? So happy your back is getting better!! Ughhh....I feel so out of touch with you! :(

Melissa- Yeah I love the BM2 premix as well! The name of the agency is A Plus Modeling..

Amelia- Ohhhhh yeah...you're totally getting stuck marching in the donut making parade.....:rolleyes: I bet because no one else wants to do it! Well....wait til the next new girl comes along....lol.

Morning all. No workout for me yesterday. It was a crazy day. I had work and two students in crisis, one in the morning (suicidal) and one in the afternoon (neglect). I was in an d out of the social worker's office all day. Then I had to pick up DS1 and 2, drop off 2 at my parents, take 1 to a birthday party. I did not get home until 7:30. BAthtime, storytime, bedtime, and then I passed out before the premiere of the RHONY!

I will be doing some kind of cardio tonight. Tomorrow is my last disc of STS!!!! I am kind of sad about it, I love dit so much, lol.

Iris- too funny about the ice cream and being lactose. I could not imagine not ever having ice cream, especially in the summer! Don't worry about those few pounds, like you said, it is unrealistic to stay at that weight. In those MF for Women magazines, all those competitors they inteview have their weight go up to like 10 pounds during their off season, so it is totally normal. You have to enjoy life a little, right? ;)

BBL to catch up on personals. I feel as though lately every time I catch up, I fall behind again!

Good Morning Lovlies!:)

Sorry I was MIA yesterday. I thought for sure I was gonna get to check in but my day turned busy with a couple of my clients who wanted to workout in the afternoon. After that I went to walmart and picked up somethings we are gonna need for our trip. Took two kids with me and I don't know which one asked for the most. Atleast DS had to ask b/c he couldn't reach. DD just kept throwing stuff in my cart:confused: Anyway....I could have bought more lulu for the money I spent there;)

Yesterday's workout was B&G's mixed in with a run and the bike. I also did some abs. I am up early to get my workout done b/c I have a client at 10 and DS's appt is at 1. Should be nice and stressful.

Belinda** I need to catch up on personals as well! Been slack'in!!! Have a good workout!

Iris** That color doesn't look good on you! Whatever a whiny color is:D Hope you feel better!!!

Kristin** Sorry to hear your day was hectic and not in a good way!! Times have changed since I was a kid, that's for sure.

Belinda** so what is the deal with DH's back? What are they gonna do for him?

Helene** Working until midnight?? That kinda sucks! I hope you get paid hourly and not a salary! And if you do, I hope its a good one:p

Cookie** I think we are all super busy these days. Checking in is becoming a little tougher. My checkin time is early morning and I have been reading lately instead.

Melissa** How is your back? Well...I have something in my foot, I don't know if the workout demon did it or not:p I think its a dog hair. I often get a hair or fur that will works its way into my foot. Prehaps I should wear socks more often.

Deb** The lulu site is under reno's....DH says that he is the one who shut it down! LOL What happened to DS and his GF?

Ameila** Hopefully you will learn to enjoy making donuts!;) LOL

Is that everyone? I am typing this on the computer with the missing keys and its taking forever!! The space bar is also gone.

Morning ladies,

Missed you guys the past couple of days. I picked up a cold from my youngest and finally took a sick day yesterday. I took care of some things around the house, but was able to get a little bit of rest in. Today was just a cardio (CC7) day for me, but it was a challenge with a clogged nose. I may try to get in some ab work this evening if I'm not too tired.

Belinda - I think you own Supreme 90, right? How do you like it? It's such good price I'm thinking about ordering. Nice wo today. You're almost done with STS!

Iris - Isn't it hard to see the scale climb, even when it is the normal thing that's supposed to happen:confused: Your poor tummy...no good lactose free ice cream out there, huh? How did things go with getting the space next to the gym? I think your lower body is going to be screaming:eek: Is this a Savage wo?

Kristin - Yesterday was a crazy day for you! TGIF!! I feel the same way about personals...I'm always behind.

Lori - How many more days before you leave for vacay? So, DH is to blame for lulu being down:p I was tempted to go to the mall yesterday to check out the merchandise, but just couldn't do it with a stuffed head. Nice wo yesterday;)

Deb - Yup, I'm bringing a little Cathe with me - travel fit and probably some LB band work from GS, but I'm really going to take it easy. Oh, and I only do squat legs in M3...you know, because of the bad knees and all:rolleyes:

Melissa - Glad your back is feeling better. Did your friend ever buy a tix for Vegas?

Cookie - You must be swamped with work. Hope you've been able to keep up your wos.

Good Morning

Today is CLX Push Circuit 1 then 4ds/LIS. I need to get rid of some stress. Work yesterday was really busy and I think all the annoying people in the grocery store decided to visit the bakery department.:confused::eek: This one women kept getting distracted by her cell phone while ordering a cake. I could feel my whole body tense up watching her. I wanted to reach across the counter and grab the damn thing...and fling it.:eek:

Belinda- Great job with D33 and abbs.

Iris-i suffered huge cravings last weekend and they kinda took over:confused: ugh, really hate cravings. I hope you get to feeling better later. How do you normally deal with cravings?

Lori- Walmart is crazy without bringing your kids along :confused: have a good workout today

Trish- Awesome workout girl. I hope your cold doesn't last too long.

Kristin-busy day for you yesterday. Hope things calm down for you today! Enjoy your workout!

Good morning! Today will be the last disc of M2, abs, and some kind of cardio: either Insanity or running, not too sure yet. Needless to say I didn't do abs last night :( Then I have a gin tasting in the afternoon and dinner with the girls! I love girls' night!!

Deb, for some reason I thought you had done STS before? Or did you just not do plyo legs??

Iris, holy crap will you be able to walk after that WO?! :eek: Cravings suck! Have you tried the Tofutti ice cream bars? They're pretty good and min calories, plus my favorite is they're portion controlled. I keep them around for TOTM cuz God knows if I have a tub of ice cream in the house it will be gone in a flash. I had a little too much fun with some Thin Mints this week myself :eek:

Kristin, wow what a day you had. I can't imagine dealing with that...so sad.

Lori, you have a dog hair IN your foot?! Those must be some killer hairs!! The back is SO much better, thank goodness because I have back on tab today :eek:

Trish, hope you're feeling better. I'm thinking about S90 too; I have heard so many good things about it and you can't beat the price. I need new WOs and can't wait for the new Cathe's to come out!!! Nope, she never bought the ticket for Vegas :( Whatever, I am determined to have fun!! I told my bro I don't want to be the 5th wheel and he promised I wouldn't haha. I'm so glad that we've become super-close since I stopped seeing my ex; I think my bro is too ;)

Amelia, LMAO @ the cell phone. That is so annoying! I love when people try to place orders and are on their damn phone and tell the cashier to wait!!! The nerve!!

Hey Girls

Just checking in with my workout and then we are getting ready for our appt.

I did PUB shoulders, bics, tris,abs and the medicine ball abs in the STS series. TM for 2 miles, 1/2 DWP, 10 mins on the bike, other 1/2 of DWP.

I will bbl!

Workout done! All done with M2 of STS!! I did PUB abs and a 3.5 mile run also. My run time didn't really improve this time :( Also added in the extended stretch from STS.

Off to eat lunch, do some reading for bio, my gin tasting, and then dinner w the ladies. Have a great Friday everyone!!
 
Hi everyone,

Just finished watching the Proposal it was cute. This morning I did Yoga at the gym and this afternoon I did M3 W1 shoulders, bi's & tri's. My core is so sore from pilates yesterday it's about time:) I always skip abs:eek:

Belinda - How is hubby?

Iris - I'm sure tonight's workout will knock off all those ice cream calories. At least you didn't run to the store for pickles with your ice cream:eek:

Lori - You must be counting the days till vacation. The drama is still going on, I think DS wants both girls, I say take a break from both:)

Kristin - Wow, what a day for you at school hopefully that stuff doesn't happen too much.

Trish - I can see how squat rack would be a killer for your knees. I hope you feel better this weekend, the weather is supposed to be better.

Amelia - Ugh, on the cell phone lady. Are you almost done with the CLX rotation?

Melissa - I tried plyo legs 1 time on my 1st rotation and have done squat rack since. Gin not one of my favorites and I think it makes people act silly:p

Helene & Cookie - Any plans for the weekend?
