Never made it back to check in, but I did get my wo in

. So, I decided to choose a week from some of my fav rotations until I leave. So, this week is from Muscle Building & Staying Lean 2004 (FF of course). Yesterday I did GS (drop-set push ups), PUB & MM chest work. Today was PUB, MM Tris + PUB, MM Bis. I think after I get back from vacay I will jump on a Get Ready for Summer rotation.
Belinda - You must have been sending me telepathic messages - great idea on doing a portion of a rotation. Oh, and I agree, great wo yesterday - belly ache or not. Hope you're feeling better.
Lori - Ummmm, I don't think I'll be joining you on those loooong wos! Helene teased me about the rotation I made up for last month. IT WAS LONG & TOUGH! She thought I was turning into you

I don't think I could keep up. You have amazing stamina to do those wos with all the other stuff you've got going on.

The girls will be hanging out with my mom and I just want to put my feet up and CHILL! I'm trying my best not to call out sick before we go. Lacking direction...how about starting an FF rotation? I always get back on track that way.

Melissa - How are you feeling today? Did you try the p90x yoga yesterday? My co-worker has been trying to get me to do it for months. I've only tried ab ripper so far..which was pretty challenging. I'm headed to the dirty south - ATL.
