Morning ladies,

Yesterday ended up being a rest day:) I couldn't decite on a rotation to start today. I will do 3 cardio, 2 full body and 1 circuit/LB workout a week. I will start with a FB workout today, not sure with one yet?

Hey everyone. DH was off today, so I got my workout in right after work :). I did SB and then MB abs. Plyo legs on for tomorrow!

I am hoping this short work week goes fast. I sooooo need a break and to just spend time with DH and the boys.

Belinda- I have missed ME. I am putting in my version of FF's get ready for summer rotation, lol. Your rotation looks good too ;)

Belinda, your rotation sounds good. I'm also having a hard time deciding - think I'll go for a FF's. It has many that I've missed doing while on the sts/lis rotation. Bet the dogs loved the walk.
Kristen, the state hasn't made its bands public; this is the craziest time. Spent the morning learning about SLOs for APPR - lots of new terms. Hve an all-day meeting on them on Wednesday.

Hi,

Sorry I've been MIA. Alot going on with work & home. Today was tough but everything is coming together. I am drained physically & emotionally but hopefully after a good nights sleep will feel better. We set my older DS up in a group house with peers who work together towards independent living. I met the people & couldn't believe how much energy & how positive they are.

My plan is to take a spin class tomorrow to jumpstart my routine:)

Belinda - I'm making a sauce & ravioli for Easter, will you celebrate or is DH in the hospital? I think it's great that you can get help come to your home. FIL has that and it's great.

Kristin - Don't let the tests ruin you vacation, I think the kids may surprise you. How soon do you get results? Great job with your workouts.

Cookie - I have to check out the rotations. I may do something for lower body. I was thinking about you & DD today, starting to hear talking about proms. One of the stores I was at did a fashion show for the prom.

I changed rotations today. I will do Cathe's LIS rotation.I started with week 1 again, I was following week last week . I don't think it will hurt me to do a low intensity rotation after 8 1/2 month doing STS;) I just got done with AB. I am doing the 5 day a week rotation instead of 6 day's:D I like the idea of getting 2 days off:p I am gonna have to modify on some of the excerises since my wrist is still bordering me. It's gonna be fun doing LIS, I am scared already! If it's to complex I will sub in a run.

Cookie - I feel the same way about missing so many rotations. I will stick with LIS to get familiar with those workouts. What did you decite on?
 
Kirstin - glad you like SB, wtg! How did your leg workout go? Hope you forget about thos tests when you go vacation. Don't let it border you to much ((HUGS)))
 
Debbie - we understand! Hope things will slow down for you soon.(((HUGS))) Glad for your DS, that's one less thing to worry about.

Belinda, glad you found a rotation you like. I just finished that one, and esp loved all the low impact. Now I'm doing FF's latest one, which includes higher impact. Did you ds decide to move home?
Deb, sorry to hear your heartbreak. How's he taking the situation? It seems when it rains, it pours. Hope your workouts destress you.
Kristen, SB is good but I'm not that much into the dancy workouts. But since I haven't done it in a while, perhaps I should try it again to see if my taste has changed. Any special plans for your week off?
Did afterburn this morning. Feeling it and tbt lb in my quads.

It felt good to take a spin class. Almost couldn't get a bike 2 were broken:confused: but I took one that rocked but did some DIY & put a towel under one side & it helped:) I've been downing chicken soup & vitamin C because I feel like I'm coming down with something. I think I'm going to pick a rotation after I get back from vacation.

Belinda - The LIS rotation sounds really good. Are you going to replant your flowers?

Cookie - My older DS is easygoing so he adapts easily, he actually opened up today so keeping all my fingers & toes crossed. It's funny after reading about Coach Sean in OD you never know what is really going on in a person's mind. Is this the 1st time your doing an FF rotation?

Kristin - Are you counting down yet? Some of our schools have off this week & the rest have next week off.

Morning everyone. I didn't get to post yesterday, but I did do D35, plyo legs. One more STS workout to go! After I am done with STS I am going to do FF's get ready for summer rotation, putting in my own substitions where needed. It looks like a good rotation, with more cardio, which I think I need for these last stubborn 3-5 pounds.

I found out yesterday that my parents' neighbor, the father of the boys I used to babysit and my car mechanic too, died. He was driving home from work and he had a stroke or brain aneurism. He was 57. We are all shaken up about it. His one son is my brother's best friend. It is just crazy. The craziest part is he just did my car inspection on Saturday and was supposed to do DH's car inspection on Monday. Life is so short!

Deb- I envy everyone who has the longer break, including DS. Today is his last day. Mine is Thursday. I feel like I am running out of gas at work, lol. I just want a morning to sleep in (not very likely with my two wise guys).

Cookie- we are going to Hershey Park this weekend.They are having a spring in the park event and the tickets are half price. Then next week I am taking my mom to see Evita in the city. It is one of our favorite musicals.

Belinda- plyo legs workout was killer. Sweat was dripping from my hair. If my legs could talk, they would have been begging for me to stop. I kept up with Cathe and the crew throughout though :)

Okay, I am off to make myself presentable, lol. Right now I look like the bride of Frankenstein!

Kirstin - good job, getting your workout in and out of the way. You are almost done with STS, YEAH! Sorry about your parent's neighbors. I will keep you and your parent's neighbor in my thoughts & prayers!

Cookie - I am a little confused about the LIS rotation! I have TB Tri Sets LB on tap for Friday? Is that a premix or is it the first part of the org. workout? On Cathe's website, it talks about a LB splits? No, DS is staying in El Paso. He doesn't wonna leave.

Debbie - hope the spin class last night helped. Hope you feel better soon. I felt the same way, after reading about Coach Sean in OF, you never know what's going on in a person's mind! So sad!

I will do Cardio Supersets today.

Hi everyone. My workout today was CSS (Belinda- great minds think alike ;)). I added the weights part of weights and plates abs too.

One more day of work. I am so jealous of DS, who is off tomorrow. He is spending the day with my parents.

Belinda- Trisets has two workouts on it, Upper Body and lower body. So the TBT LB is just lower body. There is a premix that has both upper and lower together, which is very lengthy. There is yet another total body premix, but much shorter.

Deb- hope you are feeling better and that you were able to ward off whatever you were beginning to feel.

One more day. . . I think I can do it, lol.

Today I did Trisets lower body. Thanks for asking I feel like everything is falling in to place, also the beautiful day really helped. One more week till I see my Dad & vacation:) I'm going to do a bunch of lower body w/o's before vacation & alittle cardio & upper.

Belinda - I always get mixed up with tri-sets, I always do it separate but may have to check out the TS total body premix Kristin mentioned.

Kristin - I'm so sorry about your parents neighbor, makes you realize how precious life is. So tomorrow you can do the happy dance after work:D & before you know it summer vacation!

Cookie - Do you get any time off for Easter?

Workout is done:D I almost talked myself out off doing LIS Low Impact Cardio, glad I didn't:p I have to say, that one was a lot of fun! I had no trouble following Cathe step routine. I can't wait to do that one again, sooo much fun! I also loved the music in that one! I think, the LIS is growing on me:eek::p what is up with all those push ups:eek::p

Debbie - sounds like a good plan doing LB workouts until your vacation;) Glad you feeling better! Thanks for reminding me looking up that premix in LIS LB, I have that one on tap tomorrow. I am still confused!

Kirstin - Cathe's website talks about a LB split =39 min:eek: Which one is that? I saw the premix LB only, which is only 30 min:eek: I am confused!

Belinda, total body trisets has a few premixes, but the main ones are an upper body one and a lower body one. The lower body premix is about 39 minutes long, and you will feel it the next day! Or at least I always do. It also gets my heart rate up. Think you will like it. Did you get Rapid Fire? Have you ordered anything else recently? Did you sell the El Paso house or is your ds staying in it? Just curious. How is your dh doing after his surgery?
Kristen, v-a-c-a-t-i-o-n 10 days!!! Bet you are excited. My dh and I are both home tomorrow, and of course my dd. I'm hoping to workout, clean, and get some writing done. Got notified we received I huge grant I applied for and so now I'm going to coordinate that. A new challenge but I'm ready for a change.
Deb, how's everything going with you. Glad to hear things are falling into place. Yesterday up here could only be described as blustery. Plus damp. Today was a little better. Heard it ws 89 in Tampa yesterday. Lucky you going to Florida. Bet your dad is so happy you're coming.

I did KPC today. I have to try & get everything done for work & Easter before I can even think of packing. Right about now I wish I were "I dream of Jeanie" DS put in a request for me to make 50 meatballs to keep in the refrig while we are gone . . . bought 6lbs of meat so whatever that makes:)

Belinda - Did you DH go in for surgery today? Great job with your workout!

Cookie - That's awesome that you got the grant. Happy Anniversary to you & DH!!!

Kristin - I'm guessing your sitting with your feet up, so happy it's spring break. I remember you said you had skinny margaritas (I think) were they any good?

Cookie -Happy Anniversery!! Have fun on Satruday! thanks for the info on TB Trisets! I did TB Trisets TB last week, it got me good. My chest was sore 3 days after, lol! I still haven't ordered RF, keep forgetting! I haven't odered anything else recently...did you? We sold our house in El Paso last May. We put DS in a gated appartment community! He loves it! It was brand new too.DH isn't getting his surgery until April 26, we had to move it up a few days.
 
Debbie - well done on KPC. Hey Jeanie...can I put in a request in too?? I need vacation too. That's a lot of meatballs. Do you fry them? I bake mine now, makes it so much easier.

Good morning girls!! I know this is probably the 10000th time I said this, but I really need to try and check in with you ladies again! Things have been really hectic and with checking in on MFP, it sounds weird but I felt overwhelmed logging in on 2 places. I have just been physically and emotionally drained the past 2-3 months, but I think my mojo is coming back!

Kristin, I did FF's GRFS rotation last year and it was amazing!! Saw great results too...you will love it! I'm so sorry to hear about your friend. That is so young. Enjoy your time off!! You def deserve it :)

Belinda, I love LIC too. Very fun workout! I think I have that on tap for the weekend actually. Hope your day gets better!!

So, DA and I are completely done. He turned out to be someone I never knew he was and I was tired of the lies, empty promises, and neglecting to spend any time with me so 3 weeks ago I said GOODBYE!!! I don't need to be wasting my time w someone like that. Just sucks that he turned out to be that kind of person and it took 8 months for it to finally come out :confused: Oh well better late than never!

Not sure what I will do today...some kind of cardio. I'm planning on coloring eggs too since I'm a dork like that ;)

Hi ladies. Yesterday was a rest day. . . I barely made it to this vacation, lol. I just finished STS D36!!!! All done! It feels good to be done with STS. I may go back to it in a few months, but for now I want to do more circuits and cardio.

We are going to HP this weekend and the kids are so excited. We are leaving tomorrow evening, after baseball practice and then Sunday we will be at the park. I am so glad I booked this little getaway for us. I am really looking forward to it.

Cookie- Congrats on the grant!! Hope you are enjoying the day off.

Deb- the only thing that was missing last night was a glass of skinnygirl, lol. 50 meatballs? Isn't it funny what boys think of. .. I would never think of 50 meatballs, and I am a meat lover!

Belinda- so how did you like TBT LB? I love that it keeps my heart rate up the whole time!

Melissa- sorry to hear about you and DA. Better to find out now rather than later. I was watching this show on OWN this morning called, Who the bleep did I marry? Scary double-life drama!!!!!

Okay, I will bb tomorrow. I plan on doing LIC legs premix and some ab work.
