I did Cardio Fusion "All Step Cardio" premix! 48 min. That one kicked my butt!

I will shower up and go Black History Celebration! I will be back tonight!

Good Morning Ladies!

Where is everyone? I guess it is a Sat morning after all!

I am up to early. DH called last night and asked if I had a easy night if he could play hockey at 10. I told him the only way that was possible was if I had a nap in the afternoon, which is the plan. I didn't have that great of a night though b/c my boss as this 12 pax van and I had to do transportation for the American Airforce and 2:30 in the morning...Barf! Oh well...I made a extra 40 bucks on top of my normal pay.

Im not sure what workout i will do, its suppose to be just cardio and abs so maybe today I will end up doing BM2. We will see what I am in the mood for when 1 ish rolls around:)

Good Morning Committers to get fitters!!!!;-)

Today is my free day/rest day and boy am i glad! I have been dragging my bootie all week!

My WI was ok,i guess...1.3 down! Dang its alot of hard work just to lose a mealsy 1.3 x( ! I kinda disappointed,was looking for a bigger lose! Ive been super good this week,and I didn't have an extra meal last sunday either! Oh well,it will come-all in due time;-) :)

Belinda-Great workout girl,48mins....fantastic! I think I will throw in some step next week! I just miss it too dang much! Oh,I will post the turkey meatloaf meal from bfl,we had that sunday and it was delish! This week we are trying the sloppy joes...chicken fajitas...and another one i can't think of! I can't figure out how to send them through email....they are 5.62gigabits(sp) so maybe that has something to do with it! Any suggestions?

Ok,gotta go make some breakfast then I will be right back with those recipes
 
Yes-Saturday! Last Saturday I worked, and that really sucked, not doing that again. So I am way excited for today!

Today is my Recovery week. I am 'supposed' to do YogaX, but I think I will do BM2, and see if my SIL will do it with me. I would like to do just cardio, like, Scrambled Eggs, and skip the weight work, and then do abs.

My pain has subsided in my stomach, possibly because of all the IBU 800 I have been pounding down. My DH thinks I pulled a muscle in my abs, is that possible? They day b/f the pain i did CM#2, which I haven't done in a long time. Its on a stability ball. Who knows?

Amelia-hey a loss is a loss right? It wasn't a gain, so I would not be disappointed. Are you measuring too? Or maybe you do that monthly. Enjoy your free day!!

Lori-thanks for carting around our American AirForce-men! 2:30AM? WTH? Hope you get a nice nap in before work.

Belinda-the EFL Turkey meatloaf,with mashed potatoes and fresh greens recipe

6 servings

1 1/2 lbs lean ground turkey
1 onion, chopped
4 egg whites
1 cup salsa
3/4 c old-fashioned oats,uncooked
1 pkg NORR vegetabls soup mix
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 cup kethcup
6 portions of red potatoes
2 lbs green beans
3/4 c skim milk
2 tbs butter buds

1) Preheat oven to 350

2) In a large mising bowel, combine ground turkey, onion, egg whites, salsa, oats, soup mix and black pepper. Press mixture into a 9' by 5' loaf pan and spread ketchup over top. Bake in preheated oven until meatloaf is no longer pink in the center and juice is clear, about 60 minutes.

3) Approximately 25 minutes after putting the meatloaf in the oven, cut potatoes into 1-inch chunks. Place cut potatoes in a large saucepan, cover with cold water and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium and simmer until tender; about 20 minutes.

4) Cut stems off green beans and place in a large saucepan with 1 inch of water in the bottom. Heat to boiling over high heat; reduce heat and simmer; uncovered, for 6 to 8 minutes or until crisp-tender; drain.

5)Remove meatloaf from oven and let sit for 5minutes before slicing.

6)Drain the potatoes and return them to the pan. Mash while adding skim milk a little at a time. Add butter buds and mash vigorously until potatoes are light and fluffy.

Hi, everyone!

I did an 80 min. TM session this morning. My weight is down another 1.2 to 132. Woo hoo! Lori, you better behave, because I'm determined to catch back up with you!

I'm glad to be winding this cycle back down. I go this week to one week of stabilization and then one more round, which I plan to modify to include 1-2 more protein servings and get back to my full-on weight workouts again. That will slow me to 2 lbs down a week, I think, but I could do that and still hit my goal of 120-121 by 4/1. I'd rather do it that way. Although I don't think I've lost any muscle, I know that you need at least 2 weight workouts a week just to maintain. I think going without for one 20 day cycle for the sake of fat loss was worth it, but any more than that? Nope.

Amelia, congrats on the 1.3 down. Hey, I'd take it! You're going in the right direction. Great recipe. THat looks really good. I'll have to try it. Found out that standard Hines ketchup contains HFCS. Yikes! Won't be having that anymore. I can go to Applebees and easily eat 1/3 a bottle of ketchup. It's more deadly to me than the fries!!! Oh well.

Lori, I hope you pick a fun workout and that you enjoy it.

Hey girls,

Today's workout was 4ds C,T,S and kettlebell upper body work. Haven't done much else, just relaxing. I think we are going to town soon to have my husbands truck washed but other than that we do not have much planned.

Belinda - Great job on your workout. How do you like Cardio Fusion? I've heard it's tough but is it a fun one?

Lori - Sounds like you had a tough workout, good job:) My husband wants to go ahead and start trying too but I would just rather wait and see the doctor first. I guess my public health background is coming out a bit...I just want to make sure I'm doing everything right and I'm as healthy as I can be for this. Hope you have a great day:)

Amelia - 1.3 lbs is wonderful, you are doing great:) The weight is coming off at a health pace and you should be super proud of yourself.:)

Carrie - Glad to hear you are feeling a little better. Have fun with your workout :)

Carrie** WTH is right! hehe The phone rang at 1:47, giving me a heads up. Which was good b/c it was freezing and I needed to warm the van up. Then I doozed again until 2:30...van was nice and warm so it didn't feel so much like torture. Now tonight the Royal Af is here...which means more transporting! Although...it is the refulers turn tonight b/c I did mine last night}( Im not sure what could be going on with your belly! Hope you feel better in the morning! Kinda sounds like you could be preggo again!}( LOL Had to put that in there!

Cheryl** Glad to hear everything is working for ya! Now I have to be on my best behaviour. I kind of hand to glue my mouth shut earlier this week and the extra water weight fell off, now I am sitting at 121 so Im thinking this is where I am meant to be. I have been lifting heavy lately so Im sure that contributes to the scale being up a wee bit.I do like the definition I am getting in my arms though.
