I did an 80 min. TM session this morning. My weight is down another 1.2 to 132. Woo hoo! Lori, you better behave, because I'm determined to catch back up with you!
I'm glad to be winding this cycle back down. I go this week to one week of stabilization and then one more round, which I plan to modify to include 1-2 more protein servings and get back to my full-on weight workouts again. That will slow me to 2 lbs down a week, I think, but I could do that and still hit my goal of 120-121 by 4/1. I'd rather do it that way. Although I don't think I've lost any muscle, I know that you need at least 2 weight workouts a week just to maintain. I think going without for one 20 day cycle for the sake of fat loss was worth it, but any more than that? Nope.
Amelia, congrats on the 1.3 down. Hey, I'd take it! You're going in the right direction. Great recipe. THat looks really good. I'll have to try it. Found out that standard Hines ketchup contains HFCS. Yikes! Won't be having that anymore. I can go to Applebees and easily eat 1/3 a bottle of ketchup. It's more deadly to me than the fries!!! Oh well.
