Good Morning!:)

I had a easy night at work last night and checking in before I go home. One down, 2 to go!
DS has a birthday party at 10:30,which we will be late for but it will be the first thing I have to do when I get up. I don't expect that I will be asleep a real long time, I feel pretty good now and if I didn't have to work again tonight, I wouldn't go to bed.

I still have DOMS from Thursdays workout! Must have been a good one.Also hoping to go for another run today but it may be to warm by the time I am done with the party and lunch. If thats the case, I will do something in my basement, plus legs.

Belinda** Home alone, hey? That sounds like something I would do. I don't like feeling out of place. Good job with the workout!

Cheryl** Now, now...don't go wasting your money with new phones;) I think I will have the one I have forever b/c it hardly gets used. I don't even think my friends have my #, I only use it to call home.

Hey girls,today is suppose to be a circuit but we will be gone all day with the kids so today is a rest day and tommorrow is a circuit!

Lori-I may have to go up in weights with my LB:+ dont wanna}(. My upperbody weight workouts are pretty good,can't increase yet! I do have some doms in my triceps,lol! Have fun at the b-day party!

Lori how was the birthday party? I bet it was fun watching the little ones play together and make a big mess with cake. Or at least that’s what always happened when mine were younger. Are you going to work on your tan while staining those steps?

Belinda, I also ended up at home last evening. Don’t blame you at all for not wanting to go with your daughter’s friends, plus sometimes I just love to stay home, particularly if I can be alone.

Amelia, how’s it going with the rotation? I did KPC this morning and thought of you and Belinda. Do you live on a lake?

Cheryl, can understand your needing to support your client! Talk your husband into doing so also. Even though I have to confess I would love a Blackberry or an iPhone.

Well, I’ve been bothered by comments made the other day by the racewalking coach, even though he’s right. He asked me why I strength train so much if I am not preparing for a competition. To increase my pace he wants me to reduce it. When I mentioned it to my husband, he said to forget it ‘cause I’m fit, happy, and look good which is more important. However, I do have that race the beginning of September. While I’m not planning on being fast at all, and we certainly have not chance of winning anyway, I don’t want to let my team members down. Lately, I haven’t even been running because of the piriformis, which is why I started attending the racewalking clinics. What to do??? The team won’t let me out of the relay saying I can walk almost as fast as some of the runners run. Suggestions please!!!

Cookie **how did you like KPC circuit this morning? How do you like the rotation so far? I still have DOMS in my legs and UB!

Hi, everyone!

Cookie, I would ignore that coach and continue to do as you please. I've gotten more bad advice from running coaches that I can even begin to tell you, including that to really race seriously I need to weigh 105. As if!!! (That running coach has eating disorders, by the way, and has caused them in at least a few others...)

Don't tell him, I say, and go ahead and do as you please!!! xoxoxo!

Belinda, wow, a very ambitious workout on tap!

This morning I did the 30 minute speed intervals program on my TM at level 9. WOW! I was so happy to complete all 9 intervals without trouble, and then I did 35 minutes of Step Fit. Very fun.

I am done with KPC/L&G “Kickbox & High Step Circuit “ premix! I liked it! It was a lot of fun! I am glad tomorrow is my rest day! LOL!

Cheryl** how are your legs feeling after that workout? ^^^5 girl! I haven't done Step Fit in a very long time! Need to pull that one out! Keeping your phone will save you money! They are expensive!

Cookie** I agree with your DS! I would do whatever feel right to you! If you happy and it makes you feel good! Go for it!
