Good Morning!

I didn't go to bed when I got off of work today, instead I am getting things ready for our trip and I will get to have a little nap on the way (i hope).
Im getting excited about this race business. I think its gonna be fun! Cross your fingers that everything with the registration goes o.k, thats the only thing that will stop me right now.

Im going to get a small run in shortly. Maybe 45 mins or so and tomorrow will be a rest day.

Go Lorie.....high fives on going for the race! I think it will be so much fun! I still giggle a little when you say your going for a 'small' run for 45 minutes.....that sounds like a loooooooong run to me! well it would be if I tried it,LOL:confused:

Today is a dog walk and thats it! Im putting on my happy face but dang its hard when the scale jumped up two lbs last night.....i shouldn't of been on the damn thing anyway,my WI is tommorrow!:confused: stupid lite soup with its 836ml of sodium per a servings,errrrrrrrr.......awwww that feels better,thanks:cool:

OK,todays goal is to drink water and to walk my dog! Im doing pretty good with my eating......

I had a great workout! (finally...I felt strong today!) I did DM...and I didn't curse! lol

Lori- So you didn't get any z's overnight last night either? I do hope DH does all the driving today ;)

Punka- Don't you know the first rule of weighing oneself?? ....Never weight yourself at night!! lol...

Hey Iris-Great job with DM and high fives on not cursing! Sometimes i will make comments while doing cathe workouts like" shes crazy" or " yep,you go right ahead and do that cathe...I'll watch" LOL! .....I kinda mess up on my post ealier,i meant to say that the scale was up this morning from that stupid soup last night....

I had another good night sleep! I am glad I am finally sleeping!
My workout for today is MM UB splits!

Iris** high five on DM! Oh, boy! I did Push/Pull 3 sets LB last night, on the DVD it said it's only 37 min. long! It was almost one hour long + abs!

Lori** when are your signing up for a race? You gonna have fun! Go Lori go!:eek:

Amelia** how is your puppy doing? Have fun waking the dogs!

Cheryl and Amy have fun at the RT today! I want to see lots of pictures!

Kristine** how are you! Hope you have your PC soon!

Cookie** how do you like the rotation so far? Hope you have a great day!

Belinda,i uploaded my avatar from my computer.....i had problems using photobucket.

Just popping to report my workot,did a thirty minute dogwalk and 35minutes of rymthic Step! first time doing it and it was SO MUCH FUN.
 
Belinda,did you try choosing 'custom avatar' on the edit avatar page? You'll get it figured out iam sure.....

I hope you're all doing well.....HAPPY FRIDAY!!!

I had a phenomenal workout this morning...I got to bed only 15 mins late so my energy was good...YAY! I did L&G and I know I'm gonna be feelin' it in the AM :eek:

Lori - Enjoy that *small* run today and race tomorrow...I'm so jealous of people that run...my knees have always given me a little trouble (sometimes ALOT!!), so I don't even attempt to do it. But, one day, I hope to be able to run...as more weight drops off ;)

Amelia - I hope you enjoyed your walk with your pooch...and high fives on adding 35 mins of RS. I'm thinking of adding more step dvds to my collection. Does RS get your heart pumping?

Iris - I had DM yesterday and I'm still cursing...LOL!! Great job;)

Belinda - How did you like PP LB? I've never done this premix, but it's coming up next week and, frankly, I'm scurred:confused: I uploaded my image from the computer, too. Did you resize yours before uploading? Are you getting any error messages?

Belinda, I did ME UB also this morning! Feels good doesn't it? I have such a hard time doing my workouts if I don't get them done first thing in the morning. Tomorrow I'm catching up by doing DM and a run.

Amelia, the good thing is it will be easy to lose that water weight. I often wonder why I sabotage myself. Yesterday at the conference, I put a couple of cookies down in front of me. I was taking them home to my husband, since I had raved about them. Well, as I'm talking, I started eating them instead of wrappiing them. As I was on the last one of three(!), I suddenly realized what I had done. I've been kicking myself since. I realy could be an example of mindless eating at times.
Pinny, are you also Iris? Sorry, if that sounds rude. A Bosu is like half of a stability ball in a frame. It makes for an unstable surface that engages your core as you do step on it. It is also great for doing pushups - or so I've heard. I have actually used it that way a few times, and it is tough.
Trish, I really enjoy L&G - works good. Don't have PP, so I'd appreciate you and Amelia providing a review.
Off to a bbq. I love sweet potatoes off the gril. Ummmmmm.
