Good Morning:)

Im happy its TGIF today:) b/c I am off this weekend:)

I was planning on a long run today(outside), but its not a very nice day (again!) so I will have to do something inside while DS takes his nap. I also need to get a leg workout in. I will probably do a run on the TM and GS Legs.
We are leaving for the city tomorrow morning @ 9 so I will be setting my alarm to get a workout in before I leave. Eating shouldn't be to bad tomorrow but I will be having a few drinks tomorrow night. Although, I will spend most of the afternoon strolling around the malls...thats counts for something,right? LOL Im kind of looking forward to the trip now, I think I need a break! Life is to hectic and its nice to take time out for yourself.

Belinda** Good job with the yoga yesterday. That reminded me, I was gonna bring my P90X stretch dvd to work last night and do it but I forgot it!

Cookie** Those drinks sounded yummy:9 We need to have a bad day every now and then! Im thinking I should eat relitivly clean all week and Sat be my cheat day, or one day a week. Not a huge cheat day but just a treat.

Anyway, I will check in when I get up. I have a few things to do so if I don't, I will report back when my workout is done:)

does anybody else here count cals...im getting sick of it! I think thats why i keep falling flat on my face:+ this week has been horrible eating wise:-( it began tuesday evening-im good up until the evening then all hell breaks loose,LOL! Ive gotta get that will power/motivation back?

Lori-Yep,walking in the mall counts for a cardio:7 what is your favorite drink? Mine is a margrarita:9

I got MM yesterday,previewed it and was SOOOO wanting to jump in it yesterday!! While i was previewing it my sister was doing the warmup and the warmup squats with 8lb dbs and yelled" Dang,you do this everyday?" LOL anyways,i will do it today:7:7 im excitied too! I will also do a thirty min walk with the dog (hopefully this morning if DH will be willing to watch little toad frog;-))and a thirty minute powerwalk! My sister walked thirty minutes on the treadmill yesterday,she said she felt great afterwards! Maybe i can enabler her to come to the 'cathe side of life' ;-)

Im calling about my internship on monday so im excited about that too...i just hope they haven't forgotten about me already:-(!

Don't you just hate mornings that start out ALL wrong?
I decided not to get DD's teacher anything this yr, I don't know about you guys but my mom never bought anything for my teachers when I was growing up. I just hate wrecking my brain over it,not to mention that he is only 26!
Soooooo, as soon as I wake, she says "mom, I only have 30 mins to be at school and I don't have anything for my teacher" I said " i wasn't going to get him anything this yr" Then she says "everyone else as something for him".
I leave to go get the teacher a gift card of some sort, plus a card,need gas,coffee,hair dye and pick up DS from the sitters. I also have to take the car seat out of her car and put it in mine.
I get to the place where I need my hair dye and they are paving the parking lot,just get out and some guy makes me move. When I come out of the store, they are all standing around having their lunch! WTF?
Get gas,line up...DD gets card, I get coffee and gift card, another line up,plus someone cuts me off.
By this time the sitter is already gone to school with her son, not sure if she took DS but it doesn't matter b/c she as the car with the car seat and its pointless for me to go there.

SO there is my sorry a$$ story;( :) Im better now that I have my coffee but I still have to go get DS and get the car seat, WHICH I hate to do!

Ameila** I think sometimes we forgot how in shape we are. Not everyone can do these workouts,they are TOUGH! But when you do them day in and day out, we forget. I can remember having to take numerous breaks throughout the Imax's and MIC! They were just so tough! I use to count cals faithfully and I can handy about count up my cals in no time. It did the trick though, I lost the weight that I wanted to lose back then. When I started going out with DH I gained about 15 lbs! Got up to 137 and then put the breaks on. I was also in collage so that didn't help. Not sure if it was the freshmen 15 I gained or the nice new cozy relationship! LOL

Belinda** Hope you are enjoying your coffee:) I know I am. Its so quiet here! I just hate the fact of having to go out again!

I still haven't totally decided on todays workout, other then legs. I wish it would clear up. Its only 10 degrees out and misty rain! BARP!

Lori, just think of all the exercise you’ll be getting on your trip: walking – lower body, looking at price tags – upper body, swiping and signing ccs – upper, lugging packages - upper, deep belly laughs – core. Gosh, all that alone is worth a few margaritas!

Yesterday morning I happened to weigh myself, which is something I don’t normally do. Well after yesterday’s badness I was curious how it affected it. Go figure – down 2.4 lbs.! Good thing I don’t usually pay attention to it ‘cause that would drive me nuts, and I do think at times I’m already pretty close to it.

Amelia, ,just do it. MM is awesome! I really like that you have time to change equipment, but you’ll love the DOMS. Lots of low ends, squats, band burners, oh my! I did it again this morning, and it even hurts to sit on my glutes, let alone get up and walk around. Good thing I had already walked the dogs beforehand.

Belinda, abs for you. Alright I’ll be honest, I ran out of time on MM and left abs for this evening. I really do hate to not finish a whole workout, but then again being late is not acceptable. Are you able to take your dogs back and forth to Germany? How many do you have? I was thinking of you this morning, and how hard it must be to be separated from your husband for so long. You’re in my thoughts.

Hi, everyone! It's been a wild week. Sorry to be AWOL for a couple of days!

Lori, what a day! I feel for you. Yes, extra exercise to deal with everything that happened. Grrr. At least it's FRIDAY.

Cookie, those MM abs are the worst. Or the best. Depends on how you look at it. I think that section is the hardest ab section in all of the Cathe workouts. WOW on the weigh in. Yee haw!

Hey girls

Im done with my workout! Did a thirty minute dogwalk,had breakfast,then hopped on the TM for a thirty minute powerwalk then i did musclemax for the first time and i absolutely LOVED it! Wow,what a workout! I was burning all the way through it,thats when you KNOW a workout is kicking your but!

My kids are going over to my parents house tonight so YES,I GET SOME FREE TIME TO MYSELF...DH will be at work:7...im thinking SHOPPING:7:7

ok,ive got to get some house cleaning done,and my dh is fixing to go to work so everybody have a wonderful day:)

Lori** what did you end up buying for your DD’s teacher? The stuff we do for the kids!

Cookie** Congrats on your weight loss! That is great! I will do MM this evening with you, OK! I have 2 dogs , the on my pituretrail! I do miss my DH! He is coming in almost 2 week, and then we will pack our furniture up! We will take a vacation in our RV in the US somewhere! I am so excited!
