Good Morning!
I guess its TGIF for you guys but I am back to work today, weekend day shifts! Better then weekend night shifts, i suppose I have those cc's receipts to keep me busy most of the weekend. I can take all that stuff and plop my butt in front of the t.v if I wish...just as long as I am doing it, he doesn't care.
I got 9 miles in again yesterday and todays workout is gonna be BC and 5 mins run. I should have time to finish the whole thing if i start soon.
Amy** How are you feeling today? Is your headache gone?
Ameila** I have to get a few solorium apts in I think to work on my tan. My arms look good, but thats about it:+
Cheryl** O.k...lets make a deal! Lets both get our eating back on track? Im the same as you, my workouts are great but my eating could use some improvement. Actually, I was gonna take this weekend to try a certain # of cals and then weigh myself on Mon morning to see what I weigh. I haven't count cals in yrs so it would be nice to know how many I actually need b/c thats what it comes down to,right?
Belinda** Did you buy anything good yesterday? Did DD like Cathes step workout?
I will be back when i get to work and get settled in. Time to get this workout started!
