Today is a dogwalk and my new workout from beachbody,totally tubular! I will let you girls know how I liked it!

Hey, Amelia, can't wait to hear how you like your new tubular workout!!

I had to sleep on Nyquil again last night... this is how my life's been all week, but I think I'm nearly over it. So I slept well but missed church... slept in... and now I'm looking forward to an extra hard workout. I'm thinking lower body weights from 4DS followed by at least an hour of hard cardio. My knee is still too banged up for speed intervals, but I think I could maybe handle something like IMAX2. we'll see.

Hi girls,

I am still here:D My sister and her DH came to visit on Satureday! They stayed unitil tonight I didn't worked out since Friday. Oh, well! We had a blast all weekend! I am so tired from all the fun.

I will be back tomorrow for personals!

Hey girls! Finished with my workout....I gotta say that i loved that tube workout! Chalean johnson is the instructor and i love her energy(OF COURSE she's no Cathe;))! I got a good burn going with the triceps, but i may have to use dumbells for the biceps and shoulders on there! AND my butt was burning during the squats and lunges:eek:

Cheryl-I hope you get to feeling better soon! What workout did you end up doing?

Reporting in - workout was LB section of 4DS (love it!) followed by 11 minutes Slim & Six Pack from Debbie Siebers/BeachBody and finished up with 1/2 of Step Fit and then the stab. ball segment of Stretch Max. A perfect mish/mosh workout for today, total 1 hr 20 minutes.

I'll do the other UB segments of 4DS tomorrow a.m., plus some cardo.

Belinda, glad you had a wonderful weekend and glad that all is well!

Amelia, glad you liked your new Chalene workout!

Cheryl, sorry to hear you weren't feeling well, but you sure sound like you're doing great now. I'm set for UB weights tomorrow also. Are you doing Debbie's rotation?

Amelia, going tubular huh? Sounds like fun, and glad you enjoy it. When you said it was your favorite time of the day, I realized your little darlings must have been sleeping in. I also like the quiet before the day really begins. Have you been journaling your food? I did mine today, and I think it is helping at least so far today.

Amelia, sounds like you and your family had a wonderful time. Glad to hear it.

Well, I did #3 from Hardcore Extreme, and have my weights all set out for tomorrow's start of Debbie's rotation. What a dork, huh? It sure looks like a challenge.
