Good Morning girls

im so sorry i havne't been able to respond and do personals lately:( I do want to thank everybody for all your kinds words the other day! You don't know how much it means to me!

Well,im off to my new job today...my in laws are watching the kids for me! Ive got my scrubs on:)rolleyes:) and im out the door...wish me luck!

When I get home I plan on doing a major sweat fest....i didn't workout yesterday!

im gonna try and catch up with everybody this evening!

I'm also guilty of not posting lately....:confused: Still have this cold, but I think I'm going to try the Cardio Conditioning Premix from KPC (which is only 37 min.) and then follow up w/ some abs...

Hi Girls!:)

Pretty quiet here again? :(;) My first night shift wasn't to bad and we don't have anything tonight but SUNDAY night isn't going to be very nice:confused: I already have to early morning flights:mad: Oh well!

Im hoping to get out for my long run tomorrow. So today I am going to do a full body weight workout (soooo in the mood for that:)) and maybe some hills on the TM, just a short workout. Want to save my steam for tomorrow, thats if I even have any!:eek: Ive been dragging my feet lately...I guess its this stupid cold!

Ameila** Hope you are having a good day at work! I beat you will love your new job. It always took me a while to get the hang of a new job and I never truly liked what I was doing until I got the hang of it.

Iris** Sounds like you and I are going through the same thing:eek: The worst cold I ever had was last year when DS was just a small baby! I was sooo sick! And I couldn't get any sleep b/c he was eating every 3 hours. Ill never forgot that! And even when I could sleep, I couldn't! We thawed out some breast milk for him so DH could feed him and instead of sleeping all I did was sweat and toss and turn. Wasn't nice. So this cold really is a walk in the park;)

I will BBL to report my workout. Im not 100% sure what workout I will be doing but Im in the mood for some DOMS!

Me again....guess I will be talking to myself today:p

Just finished up my workout. I went light with the cardio b/c I am aiming for a long run tomorrow so I thought it was best if I take it easy. I also wanted to do a leg workout but then realized that DOMS in my legs wouldn't be wise tomorrow so I will save that for Mon.
My workout was GS UB"S, 4DSKB and abs. I love the abs in that workout. I think I am going to do that one more often. It was nice to get a taste of Cathe today instead of the same 'ole, same 'ole. I will be happy when this race is over!

Hey girls,my first day at work was so much fun! I loved it! Can't wait until next saturday...maybe I will called in on thursday!

TTOTM started for me this morning...and its catching up to me. So im not working out today,im going to listen to my body and take a rest day! Tommorrow im doing a circuit...maybe one of the high steps or LIC?

Iris-im sending you some cold-be-gone-vibes;) They've been know to work:D

Lori-lol,its ok to talk to yourself....just don't answer yourself,thats when your in trouble:confused::p My kids ask me 'who' im talking to alot...:eek:Great workout today!

Hi, gals! Rhythmic Step for me today. I hadn't pulled it out in a long time. I think I'll have to do Muscle Max or something like i tomorrow. I'm overdue for a weights workout.

G'Night Ladies,

I'm about to head off to bed, but wanted to say hi since I haven't checked in since THURSDAY!! No w/o on friday or saturday, giving my body a good rest. Tomorrow morning will be Imax 3. Really like that one, but my energy has to be way up to really handle it.

Amelia - Sounds like you're off to a good start with your job!! So glad you are liking it:) Like you, my body was needing a rest day;)

Hey Iris - Sorry to hear you are fighting a cold:confused:...the weather has been a little crappy lately. Hopefully, the rain will clear out by tomorrow. Anyway, hope KPC was fun!

Hey Lori - So sorry you got stuck talking to yourself:p!! Great wo (as always;)) You are so motivating...you really stay at it. I haven't done ab work in about a week, I think. I just might check that one out.

Hi Cheryl - I did RS for the first time last week. I really liked it and it was different from the other Cathe dvds I have, so I was really happy about that. I really liked the first song after the warm up...really had me going;)

Hey Kim - Hope your ankle is healing up okay. I am studying for the ACE certificate for two reasons...I dream of leaving my FT job (web technology manager @ a law firm) one day and working part-time as a consultant or possibly being a personal trainer to a few celebrities:eek:....ok, that will never happen! But, I do want to understand my body better and really understand how different exercises affect it. With my little ones I have to w/o @ 4:30/5:00ish in the morning, so I can't imagine getting up any earlier to train someone else and my evenings are totally shot! Who knows, a few years down the road, that may change. I will tell you, that it is much more challenging than I expected. Most of the research I found indicated that ACE was the easiest of the big certificates, but it really covers a lot of material. Don't be intimidated...you're already committed to exercise and being fit. Just think how much MORE knoweldgeable you will be after you've studied and gotten certified;)

Ok. Off to bed to get some zzzzs. Hope to check in tomorrow.
