Good morning girls!

Im excited to see that the scale is down another 1.2 lbs this morning:eek: i just decided to peek at it and was pleasently suprised! The weird thing about it is that i got rid of my cheat day(now its a cheat meal) and the first cheat day in a month was last tuesday....and the scale moves? I didn't go wild but I didn't count anything....

How is everyone doing today? Whats everyones plans for the weekend?

I guess you guys saw in the OD thread that I dropped out of school yesterday. Just thought it wasn't worth the nervous wreck that i ended up being all this week. I took a bite of the college life and I was choking,LOL! My kids are more important right now!

Today i plan on doing somthing...not sure what! I will check in late to let you guys know. Have a wonderful friday!
 
Good Morning:)

I have been up for a while but just getting here. When DS woke and DH took him to get his breakfast, myself , the mop bucket and all my supplies went upstairs:) So far I have upstairs done but the kitchen and living room still need to be cleaned. I really need to get a pair of gloves though, my hands feel so dry.

Back to work tonight:( Night shifts all weekend, lets hope they aren't to hard. I was late getting to bed last night so I am going to head out for a run soon and maybe take a nap later when DS goes down.

Ameila** I don't go to the OD forum very often, only when I am bored:eek: And thats not very often, so I had no clue that you decided to drop out of school. DO you feel happy with your descision? As long as you are happy thats all that matters!

So todays workout is another run. I had planned on staying inside and doing a weight workout but I think I need a nap more then weights...and who knows, maybe thats what I will do while DS is napping!;)

WOW! Where is everyone????

I'm back from my run. Again, I was lacked in energy. I think its the flu that is bringing me down:( Either that or I really don't want to do it but Im forcing myself to anyway:confused:

Good morning ladies,

I am here, just having a late start this morning. Didn't sleep very well and DH went into work at 5 so I get up and when go back to bed and sleep is not that great anyways. Oh well, I am sure I'll make it through the day.

I am going to go to the library and when go to have lunch with my girlfriend. When I come back home, Heidi goes down for a nap and I will do my workout, which will be GS Chest and Triceps and I really need to do some abs.

Amelia - Great on the weight loss!!! Haven't read the OD thread so didn't know about the school thing.

Lori - Sorry to hear you are still not 100% but I am sure you will be soon.

Happy Friday!!

I only work a half day on Friday (9 hours M-Th). I will be off work in ten minutes.. enough time for me to post! :D I rested yesterday and this morning. I plan to do Ripped to the Core this evening. My ankle feels bettter. It is not as tender to the touch. A coworker suggested I ice, elevate it and take motrin. I did elevate it and was taking ibuprofen for TTOM anyway- guess that and the rest did it some good. I will rest from working the ankle- sure wish I had a spinning cycle right about now for some cardio. :(

Lori- hope you are feeling better; good job on the run- you are trully and energizer bunny. ;)

Amelia- you made the decision that you felt was best for you and your family- don't have any regrets. I have not been to OD yet, but just thought I needed to say that. Congrats on the weight loss!!!! You rock!

Kristine- Glad to hear Heidi is feeling better and yippee!! on getting the TM working again(yesterdays post), sorry to hear you did not sleep well. Hope your day goes well.

Cookie- Hey how are you, what do you have up for today?

Belinda- Hello to you. Are you settled in yet? Did you wear DH rearranging all that furniture? LOL

Trish- What is up with you today? what is the workout?
