GOod Morning:)

O.k...I am so ready to start eating better starting today! It was a rough weekend at work. To many sweets and thats not good when sweets are your weakness. Why couldn't I enjoy chips and deep fried stuff? Atleast they aren't at your fingers tips ALL the time! I have my meals planned for the day, so lets hope all goes well!

Its a nice day here today so we are gonna go for a early morning run. I also need to do my P90X workout so that will be this afternoon or maybe tonight!

Ameila** DS sounds so sweet~! I can't wait for DS to start talking more! I think he is trying to pronounce alot of stuff now but there are only a few clear words. Hope you enjoy MM. I love that one!

Cheryl** Im hoping the jeans are o.k. I didn't know what size to order them in. The girl that is staying with us ordered some clothes the other day and her shorts were a 4 but a little to big. In the meantime I ordered 4's Im sure they will be o.k. Again, I don't know whats going on with sizing lately. I really don't think I am size 1-3 material but thats what I have been buying lately.

Cookie** Computers are evil,evil,evil! Should have never been invented.....well, besides for catheland:) DD puts me in such a nasty mood sometimes. Then I feel bad b/c I always seem to be bad with her until she does or says something again and then I remember why I get so mad! LOL Like yesterday, it was 6:40 when we picked her up, and she wanted to know if after supper she could go swimming, which started at 7:00! She thinks everyone is suppose to rush around for her. What she wanted wasn't even physically possible!

Good Morning girls!

today is a power walk or a run interval on the treadmill and im thinking about doing PUB! Havent done it in a while!

Lori-I didn't do too bad yesterday but did have some mint chocolate chip icecream after supper:-( oh well,today is a fresh new start! I will start posting my meals in the evenings so maybe that will help me stay on track!

OMG,we went fishing yesterday and my kids drove me nutsx( plus we didn't catch anything,my DH caught one catfish so the whole time i was playing referre with my kidsx(. The lake we went to was pretty though,i still don't understand WHY we have to go to another lake when we LIVE on a lake but thats what DH wanted to do,LOL!???

Hi Girls:)

Im back from my run. Im glad I went when I did b/c it is getting pretty warm out there. One thing about this weather when running, it takes your appetite away!:) Normally I am starved after I get back from a run but not today. I probably lost tons of water though so I will have to drink plenty to make up for it.
Im so glad DS likes his stroller. He just sits there. I noticed when some cars would pass, people would be smiling at me and I didn't know why. When I looked DS had his legs up in the air...I guess thats what they were laughing at.

Ameila** Kids can drive you crazy! DD drives me bananas ALL the time and DS does when he is whiny, for no reason (atleast I think there is no reason, could be something wrong I suppose) Enjoy your workout today.

Cheryl** I ordered express shipping with the clothes so hopefully it will be here in a couple of days. Good job on the workout.

Belinda** Enjoy your recovery week, if thats what you decide to do.

Ha...when I got home all the mail was already opened, WITH the cc bill laying on top and DH circling the only thing he bought! I guess he is trying to tell me that I put to much on there. I added up my stuff and it was only $500...the rest was walmart stuff...Lets see if they is an arguement when he gets home. Bring it on, Id say! He is going on a fishing trip in July thats costing $1400....bring it on..bring it on!

Hey girls

ive got to make this short, my kids are waiting on me to take them out and play!

so as promised im going to list my meals!

1/2 blueberry bagel and 1tbs strawberry creamcheese with 2eggs
turkey on whole wheat with ALOT of lettuce and some baked lays
chicken noodle soup with 10crackers
apple with string cheese
protein shake

that totals around 1700 cals so thats good for today.I only drank water today so that should flush all the crap out that ive been eating:+

And my workout was PUB(no abbs)then i did a 30min powerwalk on the treadmill and my legs were screaming,i walked at 4.0speed !

i will bb in the morning!

Belinda-did you decide to take a recovery week? Im not sure if i could do it either,LOL...working out keeps me sane:+

Yes, I decided to take a recovery week! I think my body need it! I still will do some stretches/yoga + abs! Nice job on PUB!

Hope I’m not too late! Sorry.

Well, today was an unintended rest day. We had horrendous thunder and lightning during the night, which woke the dogs up, which woke me up to deal with them. And then I slept late. It would be so much easier if my husband wouldn’t insist on keeping them out of the bedroom. If I didn’t get up, they would have scratched the door down.

MM came today. So my big decision is whether to do it tomorrow or Wednesday… probably tomorrow. I hate to put a new one off.

I bought a bunch of marbles and have been rolling my feet around on them and also using a golf ball, and it really helps. Belinda, thanks for your suggestion of those stretches, I’ve been incorporating them all day today. May have looked a tad more “quirky” than usual as a result. On that thread, there was this great toy, umm stretcher, that rocks. Have you tried that? I’m thinking of getting it.

Cheryl, I thought of you this afternoon. One of the sons came home and was tired and grumpy. I was thinking of chocolate and making brownies, when some of your suggestions/comments held me back. Thanks. Did eat some sunflower seeds instead, though.

Lori, my kids drive me nuts! I love them, but honestly at times my hair just frizzes. They are so extremely self-absorbed it is incredible. When they should be worshipping us!

Amelia, guess the grass is greener on the other side and the fish are larger also. I was never good at fishing – my stepfather always said we couldn’t talk while doing it. That and the worms just never appealed to me. Now eating them is another matter. Fish, I mean, not the worms!
 
Cookie** I am so glad the golf ball is helping you!I had a really bad case of PF last year, I couldn't workout! All I did is use the golf ball and did the stretches! If you get the stretcher let me know how you like it!

Keep rolling your feet with the ball! Hope you feel 100% soon!
