I can't believe July is almost over,before we know it-it will be hollaween agian and then here comes the holidays!
Cookie,Lori-How are you gals liking the nutrtion software...have you been on it since getting it
i KNOW i would be! Very tempting...may be getting it soon! How is it different from sparkpeople or fitday though?
Cookie-were you able to put in your days you missed? Great 6mile run yesterday..wow! Oh no... please don't tell me you heard chi's are hard to houstrain,i will save me the trouble and pull my hair out now.:-( My strategy for right now it to just keep taking him out every couple of hours so maybe he will get use to going outside! Its kinda a pain in the arse though because i have to sit and wait for him.....

Today my baby neice is coming over,i will babysit today(while my sis is at work,works partime)...then my sister will spend the night and i will also watch the baby tommorrow as well....they will leave tommrrow afternoon!
My only workouts,if any,is a cardio....i may get in a step workout today and some abb work!? Im dying to try rhymthic step agian! I think with all the cathe dvd's i was able to build up my strength and thats how i was able to run yesterday...man it felt good to just RUN! I use to when i was 16,lost some weight doing it too!
I just placed Chi running on hold at my library,its suppose to show perfect form and effertless running....will see
