Good Morning!

How is everyone? Well...I have a very sick boy on my hands! Apparently my neice as hand,foot and mouth disese, which no doubt, DS caught.Its only in the early stages and will get worse yet!
On another note Im just starting a weeks holidays,which I had a hard time getting! No one wanted to work my Fri night shift and for some reason my boss keeps defending the new girl( I think he feels sorry for her) and took out his fustrations on the other 3 girls. I didn't see his point there b/c 2 of the girls already took 2 shifts and the other girl was working day shifts anyway so the only girl who could do it was the new girl...but she didn't want to b/c she just worked 4 fri nights in a row. So I had to listen to him rant yesterday afternoon! Thought i was gonna lose my mind.

Im gonna catch up on personnals and i will be back!

Ameila** Are you turning 30 this year as well? I knew you were younger then me but I figured it was by more then I a coupe of monthes. I thought you were 28 or so. What workout do you have planned for the day?

Chica** Yes, you read right...I had DOMS! LOL I couldn't figure out why though.I said to my BIL, "why am I sore,I have ran that far before" He said " you probably ran faster then you have ever ran" Which is probably true. Its finally gone now!

Pinny** Hope you got a good nights sleep!

I am melting! DS is cuddled in and he has a temp.
I was hoping to get a run in outside today but we will see how DS feels. I may have to wait till nap time and do something in the basement.

Good Morning Girls!

Anybody want a really whinny,clingy chihuahua! My goodness,he has to be in somebodies lap while hes sleeping and night time FORGET IT nobody can sleep with that big mouth crying,i keep him in the bathroom for right now because if i didn't he would sh*t everywhere I did put him in the bed with DH and I one night, that didn't work either because he peed at the end of the bed. Hes doing better as far as his potty training is going,atleast he sh*ts in ONE AREA i take him out after he eats and whenever i see that 'im fixin to go' look on his face!

ok,i feel better now and ive used up all my smilies....urrrrrrr

Today is a dogwalk and a run interval on the treadmill! I haven't used my TM in a while...i miss my "baby"!

Lori-I love your new avatar....yep,your four months older than me! I don't want to turn 30...im still a toys-R-us kid,LOL. I hope your DS feels better soon,poor little guy! Enjoy your run! sorry your boss was driving you nuts,sounds like he was gonna drive somebody nuts!

Hey,is anybody gonna try the new nutrition meals program here? There is a trial membership for only 10.00 for one month! I may give it a go,but first im gonna give what i'am doing now a few more weeks! The scale hasn't been down this far since march!

Punka-I'm sorry about your puppy being a little sh*t.....I'm sure that will get better, though!

Lori- Tell the new girl to lock it up and quit whining...cuz she's new! Anyways, it's a well deserved/and needed vacation, so I wouldn't even worry about who's going to cover that shift....you boss gets the big bucks to worry about those things, doesn't he?... And I'm sorry about your son!! I hope he gets better soon! Enjoy your w/o if you can get it in today!

Hey girls,done with my workout. my dogwalk is usually pretty peaceful but this morning a small dog came charging out of now were and my dog was trying to bite it...urrrrrr! And the owners of this charging dog was on there front porch WATCHING??? Never said a word,next time i will accidentally let my dog go so she can teach this charging dog a lesson

ok,after all that drama i also did a very nice run on the TM....my endurance was pretty good too,jogged for 20minutes straight!!!

Hey Girls!

We ended up getting out for a run today. Its pretty muggy out there though and my energy wasn't the highest, but it is over and done with now! DS fell asleep while I was running. Im thinking he will have a couple of naps today.

Ameila** Oh...training a dog...what fun! We had our last dog before I was pregnant with DS and during the puppy stages, I wasn't sure if I could handle a baby again. It will be over with before you know it though. I don't have alot of patience though so I use to get really irritated when he would crap somewhere.

Iris** The new girl is a real pain the in the rear! She lies, whines,does things she isn't suppose to do and 5 monthes later...STILL doesn't manage to do her job right. She just doesn't care. She is truly this new generation, if she doesn't like something she will quit on a dime and not worry about how she is gonna pay her bills.She gets away with things we wouldn't...again, b/c I think he feels sorry for her. Have fun with your workout today!

Belinda** I don't need to call in sick, its my holidays, not my problem..hehe..someone elses. When are you gonna start your new rotation?

Must go make some lunch for DS, he probably won't eat it though.

Lori, my kids had that when they were little. I remember them wanting a lot of cuddling. Hope it passes quickly. When is your birthday? Mine is the 8th, but I'm two decades and one year more than you! I found 35 was a hard year for me. I kept thinking about it so much, I actually started thinking I was already 35 and was turning 36! That's a lot of perseverating.

Belinda, how was today? What are you doing for BFL LB? This week I'm alternating circuits with outdoor runs. Saturday we're leaving for vacation, so I really won't be able to do any weights, just hopefully lots of walking and running on the beach.

Amelia, I'd love your dog! Don't knnow that my husband would agree though, since we already have four. I remember reading that chis are really hard to housebreak. Have you looked at the library for a puppy training book, or do you know others who have that breed? I wouldn't be too happy either. Good job with your endurance.

Iris, sorry I missed you yesterday. I woke up in the middle of the night and remembered. Were you haunting my dreams? How did SJP go? Perhaps that's what I'll do tomorrow. It just might be the lucky one. Are you doing a rotation?

Cheryl, I still need to go read about the RT. Never got to it last night. I'm happy you got to go. It must have been a lot of fun putting faces with names and voices. How many of them have you gone to? How's your rotation and nutrition going?

Oh, Amelia, I caved and am doing the one-month membership. Well, Sunday I took the time to enter and even got ahead and put in Monday's, but I haven't had a chance to get back on it again. However, I do need the accountability, and notice that I'm really trying to remember what I had so I can input it. After paperwork is done, hopefully I won't be too sleepy to get it in.

Had about 6 mile run this morning. Took two of the dogs, but their different heights really makes it a challenge at times. One is short and the lease will get caught under this leg, and that dog has the habit of trying to trip me. But heaven forbid if I try to leave without them!

Has anyone seen a musical called Menopause? Went to see it and laughed and laughed. Felt sorry for any guys in the audience. If it appears near you ladies, you should investigate it. Well, maybe not the youngun just turning 30!
