Good Morning
Good grief!

Im glad Im not one of those girls that can't sleep!

When I go to bed, Im out like a light...love it!
I had another great day of eating yesterday and it doesn't take long for the scale to show it. Hoped on again today and I am 122.5. I feel better to. It doesn't take long for that bloated feeling to go away.
Im a little unsure about what I am doing today. Should I take DS to tumble time, or should I work out b/c I was planning on running and I think it will be to hot this afternoon. Then while he is napping this afternoon I could either do housework or take a nap. I feel bad though if he can't play with his friends but after yesterday, Im not sure he cares! LOL
Here is what I ate yesteday:
B-Protein shake,1/2 banana,vanilla yogurt
L-ww english muffin,1 egg,1 white,1 slice of cheese
S-apple and 1 tbsp peanut butter
here is the tricky one-
D-1 lobster claw,a veggie salad,1/2 chicken breast,little bit of corn,little bit of pasta and a peice of cake
We had family here (again) for dinner so there was a few dishes to pick from. I ate mostly salad though and my MIL didn't notice. Im not hungry at all which is great, and had to force myself to eat my apple b/c I knew if I didn't I would be starved when dinner rolled around.Ive just stopped picking b/c that is a dirty,dirty habit!
Belinda** I hope you are getting some z's now! Atleast if you can't sleep in the night you have no wee ones to get up with in the morning so you can sleep in!
Cookie** Im not looking forward to those side effects that you are talking about. Why does that happen to us? I think it alllll goes back to the garden of eden! LOL
I will be back later. Today is just cardio and I have some nice DOMS from yesterdays workout!
