Commit to get fit and lean for Wed Jun 25th 2008

Oh, Belinda! I’m sorry you couldn’t sleep. Too bad I didn’t check earlier we could have been chatting. I’ve been awake since 3. I think it is one of the unpleasant side effects of this stage of my life. Did get in HCE #3. I forgot how long those leg conditioning drills were. Or perhaps it is just my pf. I love the feeling of a great workout to start the day though. Of course, this afternoon I’ll probably be wishing for a nap.

Good grief!:) Im glad Im not one of those girls that can't sleep!:) When I go to bed, Im out like a light...love it!
I had another great day of eating yesterday and it doesn't take long for the scale to show it. Hoped on again today and I am 122.5. I feel better to. It doesn't take long for that bloated feeling to go away.
Im a little unsure about what I am doing today. Should I take DS to tumble time, or should I work out b/c I was planning on running and I think it will be to hot this afternoon. Then while he is napping this afternoon I could either do housework or take a nap. I feel bad though if he can't play with his friends but after yesterday, Im not sure he cares! LOL

Here is what I ate yesteday:

B-Protein shake,1/2 banana,vanilla yogurt
L-ww english muffin,1 egg,1 white,1 slice of cheese
S-apple and 1 tbsp peanut butter
here is the tricky one-
D-1 lobster claw,a veggie salad,1/2 chicken breast,little bit of corn,little bit of pasta and a peice of cake:)

We had family here (again) for dinner so there was a few dishes to pick from. I ate mostly salad though and my MIL didn't notice. Im not hungry at all which is great, and had to force myself to eat my apple b/c I knew if I didn't I would be starved when dinner rolled around.Ive just stopped picking b/c that is a dirty,dirty habit!

Belinda** I hope you are getting some z's now! Atleast if you can't sleep in the night you have no wee ones to get up with in the morning so you can sleep in!

Cookie** Im not looking forward to those side effects that you are talking about. Why does that happen to us? I think it alllll goes back to the garden of eden! LOL

I will be back later. Today is just cardio and I have some nice DOMS from yesterdays workout!

Holy! Where is everyone???? Sleepyheads;)
Im back from my run. Did another 9 miles and now I am eating lunch. My run was really tough near the end b/c I was getting super tired. It was to warm and on some st's there was no wind and then others, i was fighting against it.
DS is gone for his nap and after I have cleaned up from lunch I may take a little nap myself:)

Lori** I am glad you don’t have trouble sleeping! Since my mom passed away almost a year ago, I have trouble sleeping! Maybe it is age?? LOL! Awesome job on your 9 mile run today

Kristine** I have trouble with my laptop too, I need to bring it in to get it fixed Hope you enjoyed your rest day yesterday !

Amelia** Alesia is sill doing Cathe’s rotation! She said this morning is getting bored with Basic step! LOL! BTW, the pink step comes with Basic step! I couldn’t see the tiny picture to save my life! LOL!

Cookie** I also have the original step in gray/black the one Cathe uses! I also have the original Reebok Step and the little blue step from Target it came with 3 Cathe’s DVD’s , tubing, a gray stability ball and 3 # weights! I think I have enough steps! I don’t think the pink step is the same size as the original step! I need to look that one up on FW!

Have to get off the PC, son wants to go on it! BBL!
