a grand total of nine dvds with 11 new workouts,I can't explain how excited I am right now,can't sleep,LOL :7 If these new workouts and my TM don't drop kick this darn plateou I don't know WHAT will;-)
Question: Do dumbells come in 12lbs size? I need to get 12's and 15's and maybe 20's
