Good Morning ladies
I feel well rested after a good nights sleep. I fell asleep on the couch around 9:30
and got up at 7:30. I did wake around 6ish though, that always happens to me after I have worked 2 day shifts and gotten up to workout.
Im thinking about running outside again today and doing it in the a.m. I have to check and see how cold it is out. Its not sunny though and my outdoor runs seem to more energetic when its sunny out. If I go for one and DS falls asleep, I may end up taking him swimming at 2 this afternoon...that should be fun! hehe! He as never been swimming before. I always think about taking him but its during his nap time.
My stomach as been a bit weird that past few days, does anyone else get like this? I kind of feel bloated, then it goes away and I am starving and as soon as I have one bite of food...I feel stuffed again! Maybe I need to drink tons of water today and hope the feeling goes away.Yesterday I wasn't overly hungry during supper, then I ate 1/2 of my dinner, felt stuffed and felt that way for the rest of the evening. So weird!
Belinda** Im with Ameila. I would consider a 3 mile walk to be cardio, it was certainly better then nothing. How long are you in the US for

My running partner use to always stop and walk with me if I had an injury. I probably wouldn't have been as nice
I would have said..."o.k..see ya later!" And took off running!:7 Her DH saw mw out running on Sat and sure enough, when I checked the phone on Sun she was after calling. I guess he went home and told her that he had seen me. I didn't run with her much last yr b/c I was pushing a stroller. That in itself was hard to get use to, never mind talking at the same time.
Ameila** I don't mind grocering shopping IF I have lots of money to do it with. I like picking up EVERYTHING and putting it in my cart. I guess the kind of explains why we were spending so much on groceries! So far this month we have spent about $280...hoping to only spend $400 but its only the 9th! Have a good workout!
Well,todays workout is cardio and shoulders. I really don't know what I am doing. The scale as jumped up 3 lbs, there is no way my eating as been that bad...could it possibly be the heavy lifting again. Or maybe this bloated feeling as something to do with it? Im going to go the rest of the week being strict and lifting heavy, if it remains the same, I will have to ditch the heavy lifting and maybe just do two full body workouts a week.
