Good morning girls,

I didn't get my cardio in last night! I was too tired! Hope I will get everything done before Friday! I did walked my dogs over 3 miles!

I will be back to report my workout!

Good morning!

I tried running yesterday with friends, but my knee was not happy so we ended up walking several miles (thank goodness for good friends!). Meanwhile, this morning I woke up and my left arm is killing me. Not in a DOMS way though...it feels like i may have pulled something or maybe I just slept on it wrong.

Might try to do the elliptical this afternoon, but not sure. May just rest my knee. One of my friends mentioned that he gets tendonitis every few months and that it usually takes him a month or two to get over it. Not sure if I have tendonitis or not...but I'm on week three of "taking it easy" on my knee so hopefully it'll start getting better soon!

Todays plan is to do gs chest and triceps and some abb work(of course that first)

Belinda-a three mile walk with the doggies sounds like cardio to me;-)

Sara-Hopefully you just slept on your arm wrong. Great job with your walk yesterday! Thanks for the link yesterday,did you download that book that they offer? If you do an elleptical workout,i hope your knee doesn't give you any trouble!!

Good Morning ladies:)

I feel well rested after a good nights sleep. I fell asleep on the couch around 9:30:eek: and got up at 7:30. I did wake around 6ish though, that always happens to me after I have worked 2 day shifts and gotten up to workout.
Im thinking about running outside again today and doing it in the a.m. I have to check and see how cold it is out. Its not sunny though and my outdoor runs seem to more energetic when its sunny out. If I go for one and DS falls asleep, I may end up taking him swimming at 2 this afternoon...that should be fun! hehe! He as never been swimming before. I always think about taking him but its during his nap time.

My stomach as been a bit weird that past few days, does anyone else get like this? I kind of feel bloated, then it goes away and I am starving and as soon as I have one bite of food...I feel stuffed again! Maybe I need to drink tons of water today and hope the feeling goes away.Yesterday I wasn't overly hungry during supper, then I ate 1/2 of my dinner, felt stuffed and felt that way for the rest of the evening. So weird!

Belinda** Im with Ameila. I would consider a 3 mile walk to be cardio, it was certainly better then nothing. How long are you in the US for

Sara** Sounds like you are falling apart! hehe Bad knees...bad arms...what else?;) My running partner use to always stop and walk with me if I had an injury. I probably wouldn't have been as nice:p I would have said..."o.k..see ya later!" And took off running!:7 Her DH saw mw out running on Sat and sure enough, when I checked the phone on Sun she was after calling. I guess he went home and told her that he had seen me. I didn't run with her much last yr b/c I was pushing a stroller. That in itself was hard to get use to, never mind talking at the same time.

Ameila** I don't mind grocering shopping IF I have lots of money to do it with. I like picking up EVERYTHING and putting it in my cart. I guess the kind of explains why we were spending so much on groceries! So far this month we have spent about $280...hoping to only spend $400 but its only the 9th! Have a good workout!

Well,todays workout is cardio and shoulders. I really don't know what I am doing. The scale as jumped up 3 lbs, there is no way my eating as been that bad...could it possibly be the heavy lifting again. Or maybe this bloated feeling as something to do with it? Im going to go the rest of the week being strict and lifting heavy, if it remains the same, I will have to ditch the heavy lifting and maybe just do two full body workouts a week.

just a quick check in! I am done with PUB! After I am done eating lunch, I will take my dogs for a walk!

Lori** you and Amelia are right, walking the dogs is a good workout! i will be flying for close to 18 hours! I need all the cardio I can fit in before Friday! I will be in the US until May! Maybe later?? Not sure yet! I am getting ready to sell or rent our house! Enjoy your cardio and shoulders! What rotation are you doing this month?

Belinda** Wow!:eek: I knew it was a long flight but I didn't think it was that long! You will be ready for cardio after that! So your kids don't live in your house anymore? Do you think they are gonna stay in the US or move back to Germany?
I am doing one body part per day rotation. Lifting as heavy as I can (again) Last time I did this the scale went up and never did come back down. I haven't seen 117 since Jan...so I have gained about 5-7 lbs since Jan. The only thing I can think of is that I am lifting heavier and I have been picking in the night time, maybe my portion sizes have become a little bigger as well without me knowing it? My mearsurments have also went up some so I know that I have gained fat along the way...ugh..the body is a weird thing to figure out. The best results I had was when I was doing whatever whenever and eating whatever whenever. Seems like now that I have put more thought into my eating and workouts the scale is creeping up. Im thinking my goal weight is going to be 120...need to get back down. We will see what this week brings, I may stop my rotation!

Sara, sorry your knee has been hurting. not fun. Glad you're hanging in.

Belinda, 18 hours!!!! Oooh, I am so sorry for you for that part. Drink lots of water! I hear that helps - keeps your circulation moving - and you can get up and walk a bit in the plane here and there (perhaps to the bathroom if you drink all the water....)

Amelia, I forgot already what you did this morning - IMAX2, was it?

Lori, 120 is still may goal too. I am in Las Vegas yesterday and today and I have a sneaky hunch from the feel of things I'm still somewhere between 127 and 129. I'm going to have to get very serious again. Okay, girlfriend, I have to mention this - the only time I've felt that starving to death/one bite and I'm stuffed phenomena has been when I was pregnant. Is there any chance? Had to just check ;)

FIU was wonderful! Love it! Can't wait to get home.

CHER-YL!!!! I was afraid someone would mention that! LOL IF I am, its a VERY slim chance and IF I were, it would be to early to be feeling the effects. So don't talk about it anymore!;) ;) ;)

I haven't had a whole lot to eat all day and I am feeling better. I am having salmon,turnip and carrots for dinner so lets see how I feel after that.
I got a good shoulder workout in this afternoon (PUB and 4DS) then I got DS ready and we went for a run outside. I was running for almost 1hr and 40 mins. While I was running a guy got out of his van with a huge video carmera...hope Im not on the evening news~ I can hear the headlines "weather warms up and people start pounding the pavement" haha!

Hi girls,

I went for a walk at 5 pm and came back at 7:30 pm! My legs are fried!

Lori**my kids still live in our house! My DD is graduating collage in May! She is moving to San Antonio (for her masters) in May! My son will stay in El Paso! My DD would like to move to Germany, maybe in a few years after she is done with collage! My son likes the US! I am glad you like your rotation! Stick with it!

Cheryl** I am not looking forward to that long flight! I will try to get as much exercise in as I can! I hope I can sleep on the airplane! I usually don’t sleep! I am just glad my DH is flying with me and I don’t have to handle the dogs by myself!

Belinda-you got a laptop? We could chat on your flight!!! I wouldn't look forward to a flight like that either,but look at it this way. When its over your HERE!!! FANTASTIC walk today girl,wow! I consider myself victorious with a hour walk:+

ok,nobody laugh but i decided to take a rest day:eek:,I didn't take one on sunday and after a brief arguement with my self i decided to just double up on my workout tommorrow! First time ive done this in a while! I did manage to bake some banana applesauce bread and make up some bean dip spread. so my day wasn't a total lost;-)

Belinda-I haven't a clue about laptops? Maybe take a long nap and bring some movies? I think I could watch a couple while on the flight....if i had a portable dvd player that is,LOL! Oh and reading,reading is always fun! I just got through with a good book. The Glass Castle by Jeannetts Walls!

If your butt gets to hurting stand and do some squats,that should get the circulation going agian;-):7

Amelia they do have 2 new movies on each flight, tv shows, food network, you get the piture! I always watch the movies, foodnetwork and home channel! If you have a lot of small kids on the flight, I can't sleep! They always cry! I will bring a book! They do give you magazines! That helps!

Hi ladies,

Just a quick check in, I don't want to abonnend (sp?) you again already.

I did B&G today and had a tough time with the floor work. I should be nice and sore tomorrow.

Had my girlfriend over for lunch, haven't seen her in a month, so that was really nice. Fixing to go grocery shopping with DH.

Belinda, I stand corrected - it was YOU who did IMAX2 today. Hats off! Must have been prepping for that very long flight.
