Morning girls, im off to work....Im going to try and get in a dogwalk afterwards and I have my meals planned for the whole day. Everybody have a great day!:D
 
Good morning ladies,

I ended up doing 30 minutes on the treadmill. Once again, not sure about today's workout, planned is Stepworks and abs from B&G, but I am not sure yet. Just not into stepping lately, more my TM, so we'll see what happens.

Belinda - 30 min are better when nothing, so be proud of yourself, plus you are sick, so you did a great job!

Amelia - Have fun at work!

Hi Everyone!

Hope you're all doing swell!! I'm fighting a cold and haven't worked out since Friday!!!!!! YIKES:eek:!! I know...sounds crazy right?? I think I'm on the mend, so I'm hoping to get in a little cardio tomorrow. Eating has been decent, only one cheat...who can resist Outback's coconut shrimp??:confused:

Belinda - great job on the wo...hope you're feeling better soon :)

Amelia - Enjoy work today...isn't great when you have your meals planned out?? I find I it's easier to stay on track when I plan them out.

Kristine - Have fun with whichever cardio you choose...I'm looking to mix my cardio up a bit. I found a spinning studio not far from work so, hopefully, in the next week or so I will check it out.

Evening Ladies!

Sorry I haven't been as consistent in checking in lately. I do miss you all, and I'm going to really be here every evening. Promise, so I hope someone reads....

Belinda, did your daughter return to the US? Sorry to see you're not feeling well. Is it a cold? Hope you are drinking a lot of water to help flush it out and please rest. Better watch out that the running bug doesn't catch you; you could end up like Lori and be running 15Ks all the time.

Amelia, how is it going with juggling work and home? Planning out your meals is such a great idea. You are amazing.

Kristine, I also go thru times where I get tired of step. What are you doing on the treadmill? Any Cardio Coach or iTreads? How's the baby?

Trish, hope you feel better soon. Lucky you to have a spinning studio near by. That's something I would love to try someday, but then again just the thought makes me dread it. Good for you for only have one cheat. I'm never anywhere near that good.

Where oh where are the rest of our friends? I've got a few projects at work that have really been occupying my life right now. I did do CTX UB yesterday and Cardio Fusion this morning. I ordered a new high step and it was supposed to arrive today. Since it didn't I'm going to put off GS Legs until Thursday and do an Imax tomorrow. So, yep, you guessed it, then on Friday I'll have to do a high step workout! What can I say, I'm pretty predictable. I found gliding disks at Marshalls for $7 the other day. Now I just need to get platemates and think I'm set for STS. I mean I'll have the materials; not sure about the program though. Rather dreading that too. Tomorrow my youngest turns 15. Wow. I honestly cannot believe it. The years go by fast and the days slow when they are young, and now, wow. Guess I better enjoy her even more than I already do.

Hi gals! lower body and abs portion of MIS for me today plus a little cardio from MIC. That's all. I've been tired!

Belinda, 30 minutes sounds fine by me!!
