Good morning girls,

I am back form Italy! We had a blast! I ate and drunk way too much! I will not weight myself until Friday! I also have lots pictures to share! We got caught in a snow storm coming back to Germany yesterday! I couldn’t believe all that snow! I am also getting ready to fly to the US Friday! I have lots of work to do!
I hope I will catch up with all my workouts this week!

I am getting ready to do PLB and later today I will do cardio!

Belinda** Glad to see you made it back safe and sound!:) Sounds like you had a awesome time, can't wait to see the pics! Is DH going to the US as well? How long are you going for?

I went to bed early last night thinking that I would get a good nights sleep but for some reason DS was awake a few times, I think he may be getting another jaw tooth.Everytime we tried putting him back in his crib he would cry.Who knows, prehaps he had a bad dream? He was awake about 30 mins and DH finally gave up rocking him b/c it was getting him no where. Then I got up again and changed his pamper, rocked him some more and he went back to sleep.I still feel better then I would have if I had went to bed later without any interuptions.

Todays workout is back. I am pretty sore from yesterdays chest workout. Im not sure if I will do as many dvds for back as i did for chest though.Who cares about that muscle...you can't see it!;) JK! And my cardio is going to be a run.

I will check in when I return to work. I have 5 mins to get my workout started!

Good morning girls!!

Today I am going to do my new GS back, shoulders, and biceps dvd! I'm very excited! My knee ended up being very sore all day yesterday so the only cardio I got to do was a 35 minute walk with DH and doggie at the park. It wasn't a brisk walk by any means, but it was something (plus it was nice to get out in the sun!). I'm supposed to meet up with friends today to do a light jog/walk so we'll see. I had some car issues yesterday that might interfere with that today. I also looked up some knee stretches and strengthening exercises so I'm going to start doing some of those. I did some web research on knee injuries last night and it said the worst thing you can do is aggravate it if it's hurting so if it doesn't feel good today I am not going to push it with cardio. I honestly think I just overdid it on the weekend with all my walking.

Belinda--Glad to have you back from Italy. Can't wait to see the pics. I'm so happy you had a good time!

Lori--I read your posts from yesterday and I totally feel for you on the non-spoken competition with one of your girlfriends. I feel like I'm like that with one of my running buddies. She probably doesn't even look at me that way...but for some reason I always feel like i'm competing with her. Even now that I'm not able to run, etc. like i want to...i'm a bit jealous of her because she's able to keep up our regular spinning/running routine. I know it's silly of me to compare myself...but once you start doing it, it's hard to stop!

Cheryl--thanks for sharing your protein shake "recipe". I really need to up my protein intake so your shake would be a great way! THe shakes I've been using only have 20 grams of protein...40 would be awesome and for only two hundred and some calories!!! I don't have a costco membership, but regardless I am going to have to find some place local that sells your stuff.

Amelia--i'm proud of you for staying away from the scale. Everyone is right...it's inches that we should be more concerned with. I really need to get in that mindset too!

Welcome back Belinda:) Im glad you had a blast!! I also can't wait to see your pictures! How long will you stay in the states? I bet your kids are excited! Your a busy lady these days!

Lori-Im sorry your little guy wasn't doing so good last night! Do you have to work today? Maybe you can get in a nap later. Ive been meaning to ask you how's your sister doing? The pregnancy going well for her? Have a great workout,ugh,i hate working back;-)

Sara-What workouts did you find that strengthens the muscles of your knees? I need to do some of them,i kinda thought i was with lunges,squats...my knees don't feel any better! Yeah,this is my fourth day without jumping on the scale and i do feel better! I plan on going sometimes this week and purchasing some smaller pants and letting them be my 'scale'.

Todays workout is cardio for atlest 45mins,im suppose to do imax2,but i may jump on the TM for an hour instead and do a run interval and a powerwalk to finish! who knows!

im finishing up my cover letter and I will be sending them out on friday...every body cross there fingers for me;-). Im actually very excited about working,but not excited about those darn interviews;-):+

Sara** Thats to bad that your knee is giving you grief! You know what you need to do? Get pregnant and give it a nice long (yr) break:+ LOL Thats what I had to do! hehe! I stopped working out b/c it took me so long to get pregnant and I didn't want anything to happen so I just stopped, didn't take to long to get back into it though.I also have a running partner who is VERY thin but I have never felt like that with her. I think b/c she is in a place I will never be (110 lbs range) plus she makes me feel good about myself. Its probably b/c my other friend and I are the same height and body build that I feel this way.

Belina** Have fun taking your doggies for a walk!!

Ameila** My sister is feeling better. They put her on meds so the sickness as easied off. She is heading for 11 weeks now. There is only one baby there, they are pretty certain that the other one didn't make it. So certain that they don't need another US until she is 18 weeks. I have to get out my mat clothes and send to her now.Have fun with your workout today! I hate,hate,hate interval #3!

My workout ended up being PUB/4DS back and a 5 mile run! That was enough back work. From personal experience with back, once it gets tired I start losing my form so its probably just as well not to do it. Plus I had to take a bathroom break and that took me to 6:15 which only left me 45 mins for cardio:) TMI?;)

Just checking back in after my workout. I LOVED GS back, shoulders, and biceps!!! What a great workout! I loved it so much i went ahead and ordered the chest and triceps one! I'm going to hold off on the GS legs for obvious reasons. If my knee doesn't get back to normal soon i'm going to end up with one helluva good upper body and a saggin'lower body! haha.

Ameila--i found all kinds of knee exercises and info on the site: www.bigkneepain.com. i did some of the stretches last night specifically for the knee area and it did feel very good. i'm going to try to do some of the sitting exercises today at work because they'd be easy to do while sitting at my desk (w/o drawing attention to myself! haha).

Oh and I'm so excited that they are finished filming STS!!! I know it's still going to be awhile while they go through editing and what not...but I'm getting very anxious!!! :)

Hey girls,still me,myself and I:eek: DS is still asleep along with DH. Im waiting for both of them to get out of my TM Room (aka bedroom,lol).

Lori-Great workout!! I know what you mean about losing form once that muscle is worked harded enough...i do that alot with the gs series. I try to take a break(pause the dvd)then go ahead and finish the reps. Glad to hear you sister is doing good! So sorry about the twin though,maybe the doctors are wrong.

is the interval three that one that ends in the powerbox and the one hop jeanie arms? I hate that one too!x( I decided to do a tm workout instead because of my ankle.

Hi, gals! Wow, it's only 6 a.m. in Las Vegas and I already feel like I'm late to the party.

Belinda, welcome back! So glad you had such fun! Wow, double workout today.

Lori, your workout was beyond great. I'm always in awe of how much you get in, especially with a baby. Back is good to get in. Glad you did.

Sara, so glad you liked your new workout.

Amelia, you're so funny! I think it's interval 4 in imax2 eith the Genie hops. Good luck with the TM.

I brought DVDs to work out with but I think I forgot my resistance band!! I think I'll do 4DS KB and then Firm It Up. Yes, that's the ticket.

Good morning ladies,

I am back!!!! Well, I got back on Thursday and Heidi and I are getting settled back in. I took my big dog on a run on Sat and Sun, but did not workout yesterday. I am trying to decide if I should start a rotation or what to do. I am really clueless. I need to figure out something fast or I might end up skipping today's workout as well x( .

Belinda - Looks like you had a great time in Italy, can't wait to see pics. Wow and Friday you flying to the states, you are a busy girl.

Sara - I like the GS as well, they are some very nice workouts. Maybe I will do them this week.....

Lori - Sorry to hear that your little guy kept you up last night. Heidi is such an incredible sleeper, I have never problems with her, thank goodness, but I am sure the next baby will be the total opposite :-( .

Amelia - I like the powerbox jeannie hopping interval, hehe.

Cheryl - You are in Vegas? Oh wow, I hope that you have a wonderful time!!!!!

Ok, hopefully I get my head straight and figure out my workout. I will try to be back later to report.
