Good Morning Everyone!!

I hope everyone has great workouts today! I had a great IMAX 2 today (I just love that workout). Off to shower and work...blahhh...

Good Morning!

Sounds like everyone is off to a great start.Im happy that the scale finally dropped one pound today! LOL It went up last weekend after the wedding and i am not having an easy time getting it back down to 123. Everytime I got on the scale it kept saying 125.7...not one ounce! I can only imagine what I weighed on Sun morning though, Im happy I stayed away from the scale for a couple of days b/c Im sure I would have been upset.

Anyway...enough about that....

I had a pretty good night at work last night. I wasn't super busy but when I lay down for a little shut eye, I ended up with lots of interuptions...which only leads to a headache. Tonight the machanic is working with me and he isn't use to working night shifts at all. I don't know if he will stay awake alnight or if he thinks I will keep an eye out for him. I was hoping to get a good rest b/c we are leaving for the city tomorrow and I didn't want to go to bed when I got off. I want to get my workout done and then hit the road.
Still on decided about the race. I have to make up my mind today. My only problem is that online registration closed last week,prehaps I will see if there is a number I can phone?

Pinny** Good job with your workout today. I love the Imax's as well but #3 interval in all of them always seems to be the longest...therefore, I hate #3! LOL

Belinda** What workout are you planning today?

I think for the next little while I am going to do 2 full body workouts per week and cardio. I did MM on Tues so Im going to try to do PH today and some form of cardio. I don't think I am going to run b/c yesterdays run was kinda long.

Lori-go on and do the race,ya know you wanna;) hey,when you get done you can put it in your signature that you completed it....ive thought about doing a race too,walking of course:cool: Enjoy PH today,awesome workout.....

Good Morning Ladies :)

YAY...I finally did DM Ultra Cardio....Whoa, it was tough! I actually cheated just a little...my dvd had issues with drill #4, so I had to skip that one...DARN!

Iris - Way to go with Imax2. I only have Imax3 (Killer!), but I hear IM2 is the best of the series.

Lori - Have fun with PH today...and good luck getting some rest before your trip into the city!

Amelia - I have L&G on the schedule for tomorrow. It used to be my fav before B&G came along. Which LB do you think you will do?

Belinda - Have fun with PP LB :)

ok,just popping in to report my workout,did GS LB premix then a thirty minute powerwalk on the treadmill! Feels better,but i must confess that since going on this low calorie diet my energy was lacking in gs legs:( but im losing weight:eek:...

Back to report my workout. I am dritched with sweat. That Cathe sure does know how to work ya!
I did PH, then a 2 mile run (17:51 mins) 4DSBC and 4DSKB. Im pooped!

Beinda** Have fun with you workout!

Ameila** You have the same thoughts as I do about LB...I hate it. Thats why I am going to try doing 2 full body workouts a week. That way I hit the legs but not for a long time.

Trish** Yes...shoot on missing cardio #4! LOL My thoughts exactly! My CF dvd starts skipping during #4 as well, its a real pain b/c alot of the time I forget and then it gets stuck and won't skip to the next part...then I have to start it all over again (of course I skip through what I already did, Im crazy but not that crazy!) Good workout!

Im pretty sure I am running the race! I checked it out online and they have registration set up for Sat from 2-5. I think tomorrow will be a small run, Sat rest and Sun 10 miles....ouch! LOL

BBL, my baby is awake and I need a shower!

Hey, Ladies!
Glad to hear everyone is doing so great with their workouts. Are you trying to rub it in that I didn't get in mine today? How did you all know? Guess it was the guilt coming thru the wires. Still am hoping to get in UB this evening, otherwise it will be done in the am. Had the second day of a workshop, so had to be there early to prepare. It's over now, and tomorrow is catch up on workouts, and get the hair colored and cut. Can't wait. Hate it when the roots start to show.

Lori, hope you can get in on the run, and can't wait to hear about it.
Belinda, sorry you couldn't find a sofa for the kids. Are you taking yours back to Germany? What workout did you do today?
Amelia, are you feeling alright otherwise? Hope you're not coming down with some summer bug. What kind of diet are you doing?
Pinny, I really enjoy Imax2. All the drills are killers. I'm partial to the speed skaters in any workout. Oh, I also like those jumps on and off the step. They're a lot of fun done on a Bosu. Do you have one of them?

Guess Cheryl's busy traveling. Hope she remembered to pack a camera and her laptop to keep us informed.
Off to figure out dinner at this late time. I feel so tired, I don't want to cook or do anything but read on my couch. Oh well.

Hello everyone!! I just want to say that a great workout SHOULD be followed by a great workday...but noooo...lol

Chica- I do not own a Bosu...i'm not entirely sure what it is...?
Gidget- Nice workout!!
Punka- I wish we all knew the perfect ratio for caloric intake/energy level/weight management.*sigh*.....there has got to be a happy medium.....
Trish!- Hello. I"m so glad you finally did DM and you got through it...Congrats!! I think I might try it again soon and hope that I just wasnt' feeling good last week.
Belinda- How did PP LB 3 sets go?? (since we're on the same rotation and all...hehe)
