Good Morning Ladies
I went to bed last night around 10:30 ish and I DIED! I didn't move until DS woke at 4:20, then I went back for another hour. I feel alot better then I did yesterday morning. Its also nice to have the bed to myself sometimes
and I also got to snag DH's new pillow. I think I need to get one of those water pillows for myself! I bought one for DH for Christmas and they are soooo nice!
Todays workout is just gonna be a straight run. Maybe abs if I have the time. I would like to do step but at this early in the morning I think it would be wise to just put one for in front of the other:+
Started my cross stitch yesterday and its a christmas pattern! its a snowmans head with little birds on top of it. It should take a while to do if I only do it at work. I did alot to it yesterday and they day went by pretty fast.

Carrie** Thats a pretty good burn as well. Im thinking about wearing my HRM for my run today but it drives me nuts. When my HR drops I have to put my hands over the band part and then it will pick it up again. I don't know what else to do with it. Its as tight as it can go,plus Ive made it smaller by putting a safety pin in it.

Cheryl** Where are ya????? How is the weightloss going!? You have probably missed that I gained some weight back as well. Not alot. Just 2-5 lbs, depending on when I weigh. Im really trying to figure out where I went wrong. I have been lifting heavier for the past month so that may be the culprit but I can't help to think tha I gained a little fat along with those muscles. So I have went from 116.7-118 t0 120.6-122.5 and I haven't seen 120 in a while! Its staying closer to the 122 rangex( x(
Krisitine** Did you enjoy your play date yesterday? Mommy groups are nice. We are trying to plan a night out with our group now. Looking at the 14th of Mar. Pretty sure everyone won't be able to make it but we will have to go with the majority.

I bought some nice bars yesterday.BTW. At walmart. They are called slimdown but I dont think that they are for weightloss. I bought a cranberry cashew one, 140 cals,9 g protein,6 grams of fiber. And the other one was a little higher in cals and protein but a little lower in fiber. I haven't tried that one yet but I may go back and get some more!
