Good morning girls,

I am awake! I am still tired! LOL! Went shopping with my kids and DH for a washer! Can't go without a washer! Went to Costco and found one!! I didn't worked out yesterday, I was to tired around 4 pm! I got up early today! My plan is to work legs and do cardio! I have too! U need to catch up!

I will be back afer my coffee!

Lori**My dog both got stressed out, they ok now! DH took them for a run yesterday! They still a little confused, they gonna be ok! I couldn’t leave them for a month in Germany! Your recipe sounds good!

Amelia** I landed in Atlanta at 3 pm! I was thinking about you! Glad your jeans are fitting! Don’t worry about the scale; go by how your cloth fits!

Cheryl** you are in NY? I hope you having a better time then me! I am not on vacation, I am getting ready to sell or rent our house out! I have fun cleaning and getting things ready! LOL! Hope you post some pictures? I would love to go to NY one day!

My plan for today is to catch up on my workouts! I will do legs on the Bowflex and cardio! I hope you girls enjoy your Sunday and workout today!

Im having another arguement with myself today:eek: unsure if i should take a rest day or finish up with last weeks workouts and do what i was suppose to do last night...GS Shoulders,back and bicepsx(

anyways,i found a rotation that im going to start tommorrow,its one of fitnessfreaks and it looks really good! Here is a link to it!

I need to change,im tired of doing BFL workouts:+. And after measureing yesterday without any resultsx( i figure its time for a change! I will still eat every 2-3hrs and just try to keep it clean with a carb and a protien. And still have my free day on saturday!

BELINDA-im so glad to hear from you!Im also glad your doggies aren't stressed out as bad,that long plane trip must of been hard on them:-(. So you were in ATl at 3pm yesterday....i was checking my P.O box around that time.How sweet..you thought of me;-) Have fun with your workouts today....i would love to workout with you on your bowflex machine.

CHERYL-Sounds like your having a blast in NYC!! I too have always wanted to visit there. When your on top of the Empire State look for me waving from atlanta;-)!

Amelia, I'll definitely wave to you from the Empire State building!
We'll climb up the little ladder to the pinnacle like they did in King Kong (yeah, right! I'm more afraid of heights than anybody I know of. I can't even climb up a 2 story ladder, LOL!)

This morning I was good and got up and worked out in the hotel gym. I did Keep It Up/Slim in Six pack and I'm having a protein shake I brought with me for breakfast. Time to behave again after 2 days off.

Belinda, yuck, good luck with the cleaning, but a great workout you have planned.

Amelia, your new program looks like a good one. I think it's a good strategy for you.

Lori, what will you do??

Good Morning!:)

I had a easy night at work last night. When I came home I let DH sleep in for a bit and I didn't go to bed until 9:30. I feel good and I think todays workout will just be a run and abs.I was thinking about a long run but Im not sure what I could watch on t.v to keep me occupied.

Belinda** Yeah, you might need a washer while you are there:) Clean clothes is important:) Seems like everyone is starting to settle in. The time change must be an adjustment!

Ameila** Thats rotation looks pretty good. Not enough cardio for me though:) I would be sooo tired of the same workouts as well. Prehaps your body is ready for a change?

Cheryl** Your not home yet? I thought you were home. Sounds like you had a good workout. I seen a good advertisement last night for the new beach body workouts. Im wondering what they are like? They can't possibly be harder then Cathes workouts but maybe some different moves would do a world of good?

I just put DS down for his nap so I should be able to get my run in very soon! One more night shift to go...hopefully it will be another easy one!

Hi ladies,

I took a rest day yesterday and I will do LM today. Oh, I know it will be a hard workout. Went to bed very late last night, like arounda 12.30ish and Heidi got me up at 8.00, which really should be enough sleep, but I feel kinda sluggish x( . Anyway, I will do that workout today, no matter what.

Belinda - Glad you had a good trip and are now in El Paso. I didn't know that you were coming up here to sell or rent out your house, that sounds like a lot of work.

Amelia - Yes, I am sure changing up your routine is going to help with losing more weight. I am doing the April rotation right now, but I skipped yesterday's workout which was supposed to be KM. Oh well.

Cheryl - Uh, you are in NY, sounds like fun. I hope that you have a good time.

Lori - Good to hear that you had a good day at work. Hope that you have a good workout.
