Hey everyone,
Late posting for me. I think it's going to be a habit. If I post in the morning I have to rush my workouts and I just don't like to post from work too often. Though I do lurk during the day
Belinda: Glad to hear that you are better. It seems to be that a week is what is needed to recover for a lot of people. I'm crossing my fingers that you can go on and feel great by Friday. Then the MRI results will hopefully just confirm that all looks OK.
Lori: Yeah, too bad about your coworker. But keep being nice. When you are nice, nice people gravitate to you as well and then you will find other dependable friends. I agree with others, I wouldn't do anything for this particular lady anymore. Especially if your DH says she is usually like that. Then there's no need to go out of your way. You could always say DS is sick......let's see, frequent ear infections?
Trish: I went to TJM. Saw the Cathe ball at $9 but didn't buy it, I actually want the big one that looks like a basketball I think. I did come out with a bunch of stuff I wasn't planning on. I got "operation" for the kids. You know the game where it buzzes when you touch the sides with the plyers trying to get the little bones. I remember playing that when I was little! So sorry to hear that your MIL has been through so much. I hope the treatments will have worked when this is all done.
Amelia: Well done with YogaX. I still weigh myself everyday, but I write it down. So I can compare my weight to the previous week on the same day and see if I am making any progress. I am just adicted to the darn thing. I swear, if there was one at work I might step on it.

Anywyas, right now I am also cycling my calories (3 days at 1400 to 1500 and 1day at 1900-2000). It seemed to work well. Until tonight, I think TTOM is right around the corner and I went a bit off plan........chocolate.......my downfall everytime, and DH keeps buying some for the kids. Let me know how that rotation works out for you. My weight seems to be going down now that I added a bit more cardio (probably 4 good sessions) on top of STS. Before I think it was not enough.
Cookie: Great to hear the wedding went well. LOL on the FIL paying up and the MIL shutting up. I get along great with my MIL so hopefully you can find have a good relationship with your DIL. I bet you are sleeping like a baby now that all the wedding stuff is done and you have that nice new bed. Won't know the details for my mom until she goes for a checkup on the 15th. Then we'll know more how to proceed. I'll have to try Imax sometime. I bought the disc when it was 30% off but haven't tried it yet. And I do like Imax 3 and Imax 2. Well done on the workouts. After the run up to the wedding, you probably deserve a vacation!
Deb: Yeah, I didn't realize that we just have a 4 day workweek until I saw your post this morning. Still couldn't get into it somehow. I was sluggish all day. And hungry

. Glad to hear the BBQ was fun and that you got to see family. A cafe with local Farmer's market food sounds delicious.
Iris: sorry to hear that your mom is going through some health issues as well. She is lucky you are around here. That is one thing that makes me sad. My mom is in France. At least my dad takes good care of her.
hey to everyone else I might have missed.
Today was a rest day. And tonight was my night off the diet without meaning to. I didn't mean to have a cheat meal, but a cheat meal I had. Oh well, I enjoyed it. And I haven't had one for a long time. So I'll have lots of energy for tomorrow morning's workout.
Have a good night all!
Helene
